Good location, could sometimes hear traffic noise. Great diner next door, Lowes and Walmart around the corner. Did not use the shuttle to train station, but booked hotel for that reason, since we were going to NY city. The breakfast was really good, lots of variety. Always coffee, tea & hot water available in lobby. Friendly staff, lots of parking available. Nice pool, did not use the gym.

Let me preface that we normally love Hampton Inns, however this one was undergoing renovation. The lobby was closed, the front entrance was closed. the breakfast was very limited.No pool... The front desk was in hotel room 102 and yet none of this was listed in the description. You had to enter from the back of the hotel. Very inconvenient for those with disabilities, and yet there was no mention of this when booking. There was also no consideration in the pricing of the rooms. The staff was wonderful, but had we known, we would've never stayed there!

From planning to departure, ALL staff were extremely kind and very helpful during every interaction. I’m from Texas and called to ask a question prior to booking. Very friendly staff. Throughout the stay just the same ! No complaints ! I was satisfied with every aspect ! Scott was the driver who picked us up from the airport with the shuttle. Very kind gentleman ! Pool was clean, nice little gym, overall very nice hotel! Breakfast was good , nice location with locations to eat around. Very central location ! Would definitely stay again !

Bathroom faucet had crud and there were small flies. towels very worn, some stained and shabby. I complained and had to get my own. The Ice maker was broken and it was suggested I visit any of the other floors for ice. No complimentary water. I drove 5 hrs and paid over $600 for a 2 night stay. I expressed my displeasure and requested a 1 night refund. Will not recommend.

I booked a night last night I could only stay for 3 hours , roaches were crawling on the table. I had to leave I spoke to the lady upfront and she told me there is nothing she can do. I went to sleep in my car.

Not sure about the other rooms but mine (rm. 200) had the air conditioning set to ECO MODE and that is disruptive when sleeping… the inconsistency in the air flow would wake me up when it would shut off or turn back on. Sometimes it would not turn on until it got hotter in the room…did not get great sleep. Overall, the hotel is nice & clean in a great location with friendly staff. Just the A/C needs to be turned off ECO mode to better sleep for visitors.

I liked: 1. The indoor pool 2. The tea and coffee available 24/7 3. Breakfast was convinient 4. Room waa clean and beds were comfortable. 5. The nearby diner was nice I disliked: 1. Wifi very unstable 2. Shuttle driver was not available one of the days. I had made a reservation but they cancelled and I had to arrange my own transport. 3. Staff could have been be more helpful. Especially in helping me get around. I don't drive and don't have access to Uber. 4. While the breakfast was convinient it was very basic and lacked doversity. 5. I reserved 2 weeks in advance for 2 queen size bedroom thru Expedia. Check in about 1130pm that night , they only had a kingsize bedroom available. They overbooked and this was the best option available. I had to move furniture around to squeeze in 2 pop up twin beds. I was told I should have booked directly thru hotel. How you just give away my room, that is reserved, totally unacceptable. If I would have cancelled or no showed , they would have still got their $$$. But I was totally inconvenienced with 3 other adults for their sleeping arrangements, late at night, with no choice but to accept the accommodation they offered. My room should have been available to me whether I checked in at 2pm /7pm /9pm/11pm. It should not have mattered who I booked through, I got a confirmation, reservations and iternary.

Check-in was bumpy. I had two reservations for 2 nights which one was cancelled. I had to pay out of pocket for 2 nights. I didn’t feel I was treated right. Long story short I stayed another night and my 2nd reservation was refunded and I’m happy about that. I’ve learned a valuable lesson. Check reviews and make sure reservations will be honored.

Check in went great most polite so I’m in my room at 11 pm someone tried to enter then the front desk calls says I’m not supposed to be in that room 😳 I thought we straighten it out but nope 1130 wife sleeping another call please come down to front desk we have to verify that your in that room 😂 go to front desk prove who I am and go back up n try n get some sleep In addition they had a queen size sheet on a king bed so spelt most of the night trying to sleep on o mattress pad. My room wasnt ready when I got there - they accomodated me immediately with another room and gave me a credit for the room difference, it was a little disappointing that the room I chose wasnt available, that is why I didnt give 5 stars. My teenaged son and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I am so glad I booked here and can’t recommend them enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful, kudos to the front desk in every way. I requested a quiet room and our room was superbly quiet. Everything was sparkling clean (both the property and our room) and I loved the toiletries in the bathroom and other amenities. If I had had more time there (we only stayed one night) I would have worked out in the fitness room because it was so clean and there was such a range of equipment available. Plenty of parking! The unexpected bonus of the wonderful diner located next door was fantastic. It was very easily accessible (didn’t even have to move the car or cross any streets!) and we enjoyed a lovely dinner there. I will absolutely stay there again if I am ever in the area. Thank you!
