The entrance wouldn’t work half the time, when you took a shower you would be standing in an inch of water because the drain didn’t drain properly, and the free breakfast was absolutely the worst.

There were no key cards for our rooms. The employees had to let us in our room each time we left which was not convenient but overall our stay was very nice.

The check-in process was horrible. It took an entire hour to get to my room because the key did not work twice. The person working in the desk had me waiting while he checked in other people rather than dealing with my broken key. Once I got in the room was very clean and very nice. I never received an apology or anything for the inconvenience, which was very disappointing.

This is my second stay at this location and needless to say I did not sleep well because the tv cut itself off every hour on the hour. I play the tv at night to drown out noise and when it cuts off I wake up. I am sick and tired of not being able to operate the implements in my room at my convince. This help us be green has grown so old with me. The lovely firepit does not always work. There are also people allowed to linger on the property that looked drug fueled and makes one feel uncomfortable as well as unsafe.

They count not give me a room key because of the outage that went on. Anytime you leave they have to come and unlock the door. I could not lock the door only pull the latch to keep anyone coming In. Make sure you call and they can give you a room key

Nice place that seemed to be well kept. The room was laid out nicely and seemed clean . Shower walls were stained or dirty. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Didn't like the air conditioner blowing directly on me in the bed. The breakfast was terrible.

We enjoyed our stay in Dothan, Alabama. Hotel was very nice and modern. The room was exceptionally clean. The only complaint I had was there was no soap in bathroom. I think it was honest mistake on part of housekeeping. There were two bottles of lotion and I think one was supposed to be soap. Hubby ran downstairs and got what was needed.

Had a weekend visit for a family event. We often choose Marriot brand hotels and this was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. The hotel is newer so it was clean. However, the mattress was overly firm(like sleeping on the floor firm)and the reason given was that it was new. Needless to say we had two sleepless nights and achy backs. Also small shower with low water pressure.

The gentleman that works the front desk in the mornings and the breakfast area, is phenomenal. I feel bad that I didn't catch his name, but he is pleasant, helpful, hard-working, efficient, and an absolute asset to this hotel location. Upon checking in on Saturday March 22nd evening, the lady that was at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as well. Overall our stay was wonderful!

breakfast was just ok. the only employee who was not at all interested in the guest happened to be the person serving breakfast. Who I may add talked on her cell phone the entire time and acted rudely if you asked her for anything. Other staff there were great, helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome.

My stay was amazing…from check in and to discharge…Charles the front desk check in person was amazing..his smile, his attitude, his eagerness to make sure everything was perfect for us…When we arrived to our room the tv wasn’t working..well we didn’t kno how to get it to show a picture..well one phone call to Charles and it was fixed..Heather our housekeeper came and showed us how to work it…her patience was everything…Our trip was perfect little getaway but our stay at this hotel was perfectly amazing…

The hotel was fine. Timothy was an outstanding. Charles was very nice. The problem arise when I went for breakfast and the oatmeal was hard as a rock so I asked the attendant to heat up some oatmeal for me in the microwave. I put some milk and water in it to get it to be oatmeal again and she handed it back to me the very same way I gave it to her. She refused to make get fresh oatmeal. She basically just ignored me. Charles had to go back and make New oatmeal. She was rude and inappropriate.

Close to the Dothan airport and tons of food and shopping nearby. Right next to a gas station for filling up the rental car before heading to the airport just about 5 minutes away! Property was new and very nice. Happy with everything except they did have issues with the coffee one day so had to make our own from our room.

My go to when working in Dothan. I also highly recommend Ooka Sushi across the street near the AMC movie theater. I’m a sushi snob and yes I’m wholeheartedly endorsing an “all you can eat” sushi Japanese steak restaurant.

We stayed at the Dothan, there’s only one way in and one way in and one way out. To exit the facility I had to go through the gas station. However, the staff was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, bed was a little hard for me, but husband liked it. People were right about the shower - took a long time to warm up, so let it run before you hop in! Breakfast was not ready at 7, even though it was supposed to be ready by 6:30, so we ended up leaving as we didn't have time to sit around waiting. Also, be aware that Google maps gave us the wrong side of the street it was on

This place was great to stay at. The conditions of the hotel were immaculate. Staff was great. The only thing I would say was bad was the breakfast. Good items just not cooked very well. Still this is a great place to stay.

Close to the Dothan airport and tons of food and shopping nearby. Right next to a gas station for filling up the rental car before heading to the airport just about 5 minutes away! Property was new and very nice. Happy with everything except they did have issues with the coffee one day so had to make our own from our room.

Our stay was short and we had my sister and her little family with us. The place was very cozy and comfortable.really wish the breakfast had more healthy options such a fruit.

Room was very clean. Check in attendant was awesome, Shaquita. Very polite and pleasant. However, the breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, and no meat. Took a cup of coffee and checked out and ate at Cracker Barrel. Need to better with breakfast buffet. Not appealing at all. For the price of our room, breakfast should have been a whole lot better.

The hotel was fine. Timothy was an outstanding. Charles was very nice. The problem arise when I went for breakfast and the oatmeal was hard as a rock so I asked the attendant to heat up some oatmeal for me in the microwave. I put some milk and water in it to get it to be oatmeal again and she handed it back to me the very same way I gave it to her. She refused to make get fresh oatmeal. She basically just ignored me. Charles had to go back and make New oatmeal. She was rude and inappropriate.

We enjoyed our stay in the way from Indiana to Florida. The mattress was pretty hard and could stand an upgrade but other than that it was awesome. They could get some help for the poor lady that was trying to keep up with the Saturday morning breakfast rush!

Overall, the room was fine however, the charging port for phones would not work in the receptacles. They were broken in the room. The pool is totally useless in a city that is bringing in hundreds of thousands of children to participate in sports from soccer to football to baseball, etc. and you’ve got a tiny pool for hundreds of children and stay in your hotel to get in. Also, there’s two elevators. One of them was out of service and did not work the whole weekend and the hotel was sold out for being a Marriott property. You think these things would not be.

Check in was fast and unexciting, had to ask questions about amenities. Got up for breakfast with my partner and there were no plates or bowls to eat on, no coffee, no water, no hot meat items. When asked for plates, staff said they were coming and as we stood for 10 minutes waiting when the staff member finally got some styrofoam plates. Again no refill on food items and multiple kids dropped tongs on floor with no clean replacements. While down in lobby for breakfast I asked if we could have a late checkout, I was denied because I’m not a rewards member and regular checkout was at 11am. So we proceeded to go get breakfast since the hotel couldn’t get it together, we arrived back at 1015am to our room and they had gathered our things as if we had checked out and stripped the bed and cleaned the room. When advising the front desk they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. This was a disappointment as this is one of the nicer places in town and expected more for the price.

Loved the cleanliness of this Hotel. It appears to be all new and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is powerful and the set up of the room is wonderful. The staff is very kind. We will definitely stay here again.
