We stayed one night on our way to Florida. Looked like a brand new hotel but I think it just renovated. Everything was new and clean. Pool looked very nice, clean and well kept. Depending on which end of the hotel you get you might get a lot of street noise. Breakfast was just OK, bagels and muffins. Coffee was not that great. I don’t like that you have to join Hilton Honors to get the free Wi Fi, kind of a cheap move since just about every other hotel has free Wi Fi with no strings attached. I gave it 5 star even with that and the not so great breakfast.

The desk clerk and the manager were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. For our needs (1 night), it was a very good fit. The continental breakfast was okay, but a few more options (bread for toast, coffee service in the breakfast room, etc). There was no ice maker on our floor, which while not a major problem, would have been nice. As we went down to breakfast, the staff were very friendly, and we observed something not often seen in hotel like this: hands on housekeeping management working with housekeeping staff. Upon checkout, the desk manager was obviously pitching in with clearing the breakfast room. It was a well-run hotel and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, however our my sister was in the room next-door, and there were a bunch of young kids that ran back-and-forth in the hall most of the night. I think it was a group of wrestlers if not for that it would have been excellent stay. Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding.

Huge room but nowhere to sit. We had one chair. We brought take out with us when we checked in and had to sit on the floor to eat. Very very very noisy area. On a super busy highway off the main interstate. (Which we had no idea as we are travel ing) Heard nothing but semi trucks, loud radios and truck exhaust all night. I never write reviews but needed on this one. Would not recommend.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and kind. The room itself was fine. Breakfast was very lacking-it was basically cereal and oatmeal. The bananas and apples were the only fruit and the bananas were browning the first day and were not there or had run out the second. Very limited options. We opted out of housekeeping but then my daughter spilled something on the fitted sheet so I called and asked for one to which they told me no. I told them she spilled and they said they can’t give me one. They just were planning on making us sleep on dirty sheets. So I asked if I can at least have a blanket to which they told me “Yes if I come down and get it” I have never had this happen at a hotel…I did go down in my pajamas and get one. Just seemed very silly. The hotel was loud inside and out and did not feel rested. Inside we could hear everything in lobby and everything from road.

Front desk staff was not particularly courteous. Our reservation was for a King Suite and they gave us a Queen double (no suite.) The explanation was “well we tried to call you and this was better than canceling your reservation “. No record of a call from them. Then at 11:05 we got an abrupt call that it was time to check out.. not a friendly reminder call. We were out by 11:15. Breakfast was poor. Apples were rotten inside. We won’t stay again.

I booked this for my son-in-law last minute who needed a place to park the UHaul and sleep a little bit. I called the front desk and spoke with Megan. She and I handled the check-in. She set my son-in-law up with a nice quiet room. And when he arrived all he had to do was show his ID and get to bed. Awesome customer service. Just that little bit of extra attention Megan made his short visit perfect.

Overall the place was nice. The front desk staff were nice and the room was clean. The location isn’t the best due to the one way road exit (there are medians everywhere blocking turns). It is a congested traffic area. The room was clean. Comfort: the pillows were flat so bring your own, and it won’t let you turn the AC down much so it’s kinda stuffy. The breakfast was not great. There was nothing warm, just bagels and cereal. The water doesn’t taste fresh, bring water bottles. It’s not a horrible place to stay if it’s available, but there are better options.

The hotel waa very clean. The room was very nice and spacious. It was right off the highway. You are in walking distance to fast food. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, walkable/close to many different restaurant options. Fast food and sit down dining are all available close by. This hotel is also close to an established Tanger outlet and a Walmart just down the road.

The property is relatively new but it is bright and attractive. My room was clean and comfortable and the desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is in a very busy area right off I85 and across from Outlet Mall but as long as you know it’s a busy place, it’s a good place for a brief stay.

We stayed one night on our way to Florida. Looked like a brand new hotel but I think it just renovated. Everything was new and clean. Pool looked very nice, clean and well kept. Depending on which end of the hotel you get you might get a lot of street noise. Breakfast was just OK, bagels and muffins. Coffee was not that great. I don’t like that you have to join Hilton Honors to get the free Wi Fi, kind of a cheap move since just about every other hotel has free Wi Fi with no strings attached. I gave it 5 star even with that and the not so great breakfast.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and kind. The room itself was fine. Breakfast was very lacking-it was basically cereal and oatmeal. The bananas and apples were the only fruit and the bananas were browning the first day and were not there or had run out the second. Very limited options. We opted out of housekeeping but then my daughter spilled something on the fitted sheet so I called and asked for one to which they told me no. I told them she spilled and they said they can’t give me one. They just were planning on making us sleep on dirty sheets. So I asked if I can at least have a blanket to which they told me “Yes if I come down and get it” I have never had this happen at a hotel…I did go down in my pajamas and get one. Just seemed very silly. The hotel was loud inside and out and did not feel rested. Inside we could hear everything in lobby and everything from road.

The facility was comfortable and easily adequate. However, there a few minor issues that could be improved. First, while I realize that many people are adept at technology, many older folks, such as me, might find it difficult to navigate the television to any particular station without a "hard copy" of the various available channels. Second, the breakfast was significantly lacking , especially when compared to other hotels I've used. The offerings pretty much consisted of cold cereal, fruit, juice and toast/bagels. One item that may be more difficult to change is the real slope of the sidewalk/driveway starting immediately outside the door. I had to struggle to keep the luggage cart from rolling away. I will likely use this hotel again but just mentioned a few minor things. Thanx and God bless.

Our stay was nice and the staff was very friendly and corteaous. The breakfast options were limited however we weren't there for the breakfast. I would definitely recommend Spark by Hilton Commerce, GA.

The desk clerk and the manager were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. For our needs (1 night), it was a very good fit. The continental breakfast was okay, but a few more options (bread for toast, coffee service in the breakfast room, etc). There was no ice maker on our floor, which while not a major problem, would have been nice. As we went down to breakfast, the staff were very friendly, and we observed something not often seen in hotel like this: hands on housekeeping management working with housekeeping staff. Upon checkout, the desk manager was obviously pitching in with clearing the breakfast room. It was a well-run hotel and we would stay here again.

Overall the place was nice. The front desk staff were nice and the room was clean. The location isn’t the best due to the one way road exit (there are medians everywhere blocking turns). It is a congested traffic area. The room was clean. Comfort: the pillows were flat so bring your own, and it won’t let you turn the AC down much so it’s kinda stuffy. The breakfast was not great. There was nothing warm, just bagels and cereal. The water doesn’t taste fresh, bring water bottles. It’s not a horrible place to stay if it’s available, but there are better options.

We just needed a room for 1 night so it was good for what we needed. No coffee pot in room, and breakfast is very limited with only cold items. For a Hilton property I really was expecting some hot items.

The Sparks by Hilton indicated each room has a microwave but our room did not have a microwave. The breakfast area served only bagels, coffee and yogurt. Not much of a breakfast. The pet fee was not shown on the website and and was $50.00 that was paid on arrival. Compared to Comfort Inn, the fee is double the $25.00 that Comfort Inn charges plus Comfort Inn serves a full breakfast. Next time we stay at the Comfort Inn.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s fine for an overnight while traveling through. It is a minimalist hotel with few amenities but it’s clean. The breakfast is sparse but there’s a McDonald, Chick Fil A and a Cracker Barrel nearby. The coffee is weak but available all the time. Overall, it’s convenient and moderately priced.
