Stayed 1 night

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. When I went to take a shower, I turned the shower head away from me and the entire shower head assembly broke off. I immediately tried calling the front desk, but the phone just rang and rang before giving a message that no one was available to help. We finally had to walk down to the front desk ourselves. Instead of simply addressing the problem, the employee acted like we weren’t telling the truth and kept insisting that the shower head should just screw back on. He actually made us go back to the room and bring the broken shower head down to prove it. Eventually, another staff member helped move us to a different room, but the experience didn’t get much better. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the hotel overall felt very outdated, and the customer service surrounding the issue was disappointing. We were in New Jersey for a football game and really just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night. This hotel couldn’t even provide that. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and this was easily one of the worst. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Gave me free razor and toiletries after I forgot at home, well it parking lot. Only downside was no hbo or other movie channels and no breakfast.
