Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone

A number of maintenance issues are being neglected, i.e. kitchen faucet, peeling paint unable to see-through windows, saggy mattress, etc.. Some of the furnishings need to be replaced. 1 mile onto Park Road.

Setting of cabins and proximity to the west entrance was excellent. Our cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable with a welcome package of smores ingredients to use in the outdoor fire pits which burn each evening. Bathroom was large, very clean and well stocked with extra towels at hand. Pool and hot tub in hotel for our use were very clean and delightful after a long day of sightseeing and hiking. Kitchen area had everything we needed. Finally, complimentary laundry facilities! All in all, i would recommend this stay 2000% to everyone!

We stayed for 3 nights. Very well maintained cabins. They even had binoculars in the cabin for wildlife viewing in Yellowstone NP. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend them.

Although it’s not a traditional cabin, it’s definitely such a cute place to stay at. Once inside, the rest of the world disappears.
