Great location and views. Although, rooms were very warm and mine was on floor 1 and road level, so windows couldn’t really be left open at night. Booking for parking and restaurant is a must, as nothing was available on the day of arrival.

The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme. The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. Incidentally, dining provides for great views over the harbour. Our room had the most complete sea vista, was incredibly clean with a very comfy bed and was very well stocked with tea and Nespresso coffee. In contrast to other large hotels locally the Harbour provided for a quiet, relaxing stay and a memorable visit to Fowey. Thank you to all at the hotel.

Great hotel in a great location we had a wonderful two night stay , the staff were all very helpful. Make sure to reserve parking as they only have a very small car park.

Stayed for two nights midweek. Our room was well furnished and very clean. Well stocked hospitality tray with an essential coffee machine and a very welcome complimentary gin on arrival. Beautiful view across the river to Polruan. Excellent continental breakfast. Having just experienced Japanese service and hospitality, we were happy to find the staff at the Harbour Hotel can match this! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing views lovely location, great dining area, food was excellent. Room was dusty so moved to another which had stairs to go to the ensuite, wife found stairs difficult so had to go back to the dusty room, was awaken early with deliveries just outside our bedroom window.

Lovely weekend in fowey! Treated wonderfully for our anniversary with a card and some chocolates. Lovely hotel with great staff/service. Dinner and breakfast wonderful. Only slight flaw was bedroom could have been slightly cleaner.. coffee stains on decorative cushion

Room was spotless and nicely refurbed since we last stayed there under the previous owners. Only criticism of the room was an inch high "step" from the room to the bathroom. Amazed we didn't stub our toes. I bet plenty have!

It was great having a designated parking space at the hotel in a town with limited parking. Unlimited choice of food for breakfast plus fabulous views from the dining room. Easily walkable into town. Perfect position for a Fowey holiday. The only minor downside was that the room window did not open very far, the room was warm and airless and the duvet was very thick and hot, therefore we did not sleep very well. It would have been perfect on a cold winter’s night, but not ideal during the very mild nights when we were there.

Beautiful hotel in charming Fowey. Problem they don’t have AC and ceiling fan so it gets stuffy. Refrigerator doesn’t work and would be nice to have washcloths.

This was a last minute choice and overall it was a good choice. The location is fabulous although there is limited parking due to its incredible location. The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated in keeping with the hotels overall theme and estuary location. My wife and I had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our two day stay. The choice was good and the meals including breakfast were to a very good standard. My only gripe would be the attentiveness of the staff. All the staff were pleasant and knew their job. It just felt the system they have employed is slow, e.g ordering drinks at lunch. The drinks took too long to arrive and eventually came with our meal. This was disappointing. This is our only gripe. Other than that, we loved it.

The staff at the Harbour Hotel could not do enough for us! So happy and helpful. Extra special thank you to Receptionist Carley for going above and beyond. The rooms are exceptional as are the grounds and Fowey is a beautiful town with amazing bars and restaurants. We can't wait to come back.

Our room had the most complete sea vista, was incredibly clean with a very comfy bed and was very well stocked with tea and Nespresso coffee. In contrast to other large hotels locally the Harbour provided for a quiet, relaxing stay and a memorable visit to Fowey. Thank you to all at the hotel.

Friendly and efficient staff; good food; fine views of the Fowey estuary from the dining room and sea-view rooms and a pleasant garden area for when the sun shines. Just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and located directly on the Cornish Coast Path. Highly recommended.

Great location for Fowey. close to town, beach, ferry and walks. Quality hotel, bedroom well appointed, great mattress, pillows. Very helpful staff. Continental breakfast okay but i felt it wrong that hot food was an extra cost bearing in mind the cost of rooms. Even a cappuccino was an extra at breakfast. Really?? Issues, not enough parking at hotel, lift is old and was out of order one day, not an issue for us but elderly clientele could have issues. Lovely interior but exterior due a paint job but don't let put you off.

The position and view from the hotel is wonderful. It is withing essy walking distance of hhe quay, pubs and amenities. It is a slight walk uphill back up the hotel, so might no be suitable for everyone Breakfasts are very good, bit it was not made clear on booking that it is Continental Breakfast, and not English Breakfast, which you have to pay an extra £10 to order. Rather unnecessary when you consider the cost of staying. Bed was extremely comfirtable. Staff very good

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Fowey estuary. The interior design is contemporary and very well thought out. We had dinner in their restaurant twice as the food & service was first class, everything we ate was fresh & delicious. The bar area has comfy sofas overlooking the water which is so pretty. Lastly the staff were all friendly and helpful, all seemed happy to be there. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

Really nice hotel and food Great location Hard to park if you dont book a space on hotel car park Fantastic garden Only real negative is you are paying 280 for the night then asked to pay another £10 if you want a hot breakfast in the morning....bit cheeky me thinks should be included But apart from that loved it....

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are super friendly. Room was lovely. Didn’t eat at the hotel only breakfast. Shame you now have to pay for a hot breakfast so we stuck with continental which was limited but adequate. We aren’t big breakfast eaters. This hotel was the best of my 14 day trip to England. The view is amazing! The food is very good—lots of dairy free & gluten free options, too. I very much appreciated the competent & friendly service. My only complaint is the music at breakfast—not my taste & too loud.

Very spacious well appointed room. Bathroom excellent and again spacious Huge bed and very comfy Staff very friendly and helpful Views from room 202 wonderful (dual aspect). Breakfast superb Evening meals superb Fowey is a lovely port and access from the hotel was a short walk and mostly along flat. Will definitely be visiting again.

Bonnie on the front desk was outstanding. Beautiful hotel exceptional friendly staff . Breakfast was really good . Could not fault the place . ( they even had water guns to get rid of the seagulls our favourite personal touch).

Our car space was ready for us upon arrival. The room exceeded expectations, was fabulous. We opted for the continental breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has the most amazing view. It sits high above the sea so when you want to go to town there are quite a few steps to go down but the parking is on the same level as the reception. You must book parking ahead. My only complaint is there is no air conditioning so the lounge and restaurant gets warm on hot days. Our room was downstairs so was quite cool and there is a fan you can use which we did. Overall we had a wonderful time at the hotel and in Fowey.
