The rooms are neat but very small and there is no airconditioning in the hotel. Breakfast is very simple. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, they also speak English. The location of the hotel for travelers is perfect.

Very convenient, free parking and WiFi. Staff very nice, for example we could borrow a kettle at the reception. Room exactly like the pictures, not big but exactly what we expected for the price. Nice shower too!

A very clean hotel in a good location, very close to good restaurants and the tram to Orleans. The room was described as superior. But it was far from it. It was very small, and extremely hot, even though it was quite cold outside. A huge curtain hides a very small window, which we had open every minute that we were there. The place requires aircon, or at least a fan. The bed was quite hard. Only 1 small pillow supplied. The shower is hand held, and yet you need 2 hands to squeeze and catch the shower gel from the bottle. No power point close to a mirror. No kettle, which is usually standard in Kyraid hotels. The breakfast room was very small. The meal itself, looked basic, but fresh. The parking was good, right outside the hotel. I have stayed in worse places, but i have no desire to return.

Hôtel non climatisée mais nous le savions, commentaire + mail de l’hôtel pour prévenir. C était une pause sur notre route donc pour le prix, l’hôtel était très bien. Lit très confortable. Effectivement chaud. Douche petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Par contre n’apportez ps de frais, il n’y a pas de frigo dans les chambres.

Weather was super hot when you arrived. Fantastic place to stay for a night or two if journeying further south. Place is spotlessly clean. Got everything you would need for a good nights sleep. The hotel doesn’t have aircon though so room can get very hot, plus no fan so if it’s 38° outside like it was when we stayed on our return it can get hot. But that’s a minor issue. Just have a shower in the morning before you leave and your fresh ready to go, The hotel does do a nice little breakfast if needed but the breakfast area is small so not ideal with excited little children but perfect for more grown up families or couples etc. would definitely stay again if we were off to the south of France or Spain as it’s only about 4.5 hours just over from the tunnel or ferry port in Calais. There is also a gigantic Auchan supermarket a stones throw away so you can stock up on anything needed for the next leg of your trip. The staff are lovely and are so willing to help, even in English if your French is patchy like mine!!.

Arrivée après 20h, réception fermée mais borne automatique efficace Cependant arrivé dans la chambre, télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas, le bidon du distributeur a eau vide le lendemain a 11h00 encore vide, donc pas d'eau pour boire, pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche, une seule serviette alors nous étions 2et plafond de la salle de douche écaillé ,c'est regrettable car au vue du prix ça aurait été un très bon rapport qualité prix

Het inchecken ging makkelijk buiten receptie tijden om buiten bij de computer. De kamers zijn een stuk kleiner als dat ze ogen op de foto’s. Wij hadden een luxere kamer genomen. Helaas niet goed schoon gemaakt, veel stof en haren. Het bed was netjes opgemaakt en schoon. De douchekop hangt niet op de juiste hoogte 1meter. Waardoor comfortabel douchen niet mogelijk is. En wij miste handwaszeep. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas zullen wij hier niet terug komen.

Des araignées (12) dans toute la chambre. Explication nous sommes à la campagne. Très très mauvaise isolation sonore & thermique une chaleur de 35° dans la chambre et surtout la nuit à 69 € c'est hors de prix au vue de l'état générale de l'établissement. Même si l'on m'offrait la nuit je n'y séjournerais pas

Parfait pour une halte sur la route de nos vacances. Chambre très propre, déco sympa, lit superposé très solide et silencieux !! Ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas, bien souvent ils grincent et tout le monde se réveille à chaque mouvement! Bien reposés pour reprendre la route, je recommande .

Kleine lelijke kamer met een klein bed, we konden er amper omheen lopen, laat staan met de hond!! Een plastic campingbadkamercabine, te erg voor woorden!! Kleine verouderde tv en als klap op de vuurpeil een kakkerlak op bed! Deze tent zou gesloten moeten worden! Ook shitontbijt! Niets in vergelijking met Kyriad Perpignan

Le maximum du minimum c'est pas possible de faire plus petit. La salle du petit déjeuner est grande comme une chambre, la chambre grande comme une salle de bain et la cabine de douche j’ai pas de mot. Literie fatiguée.

Het zijn zeer kleine kamers en je hoort rustig je buren snurken (echter niet heel erg hard). Maar voor een nachtje wanneer je op doorreis bent, is dit zeker een aanrader! Ook na de inchecktijd kun je makkelijk nog inchecken bij de automaat die buiten het hotel hangt. Het is erg warm op de kamers.

Es un hotel pequeño y esta reacondicionado muy bien. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero bonitas y limpias. Todo nuevo. El baño nuevo y limpio. El check in fuera de horario se have con un ATM fuera del Hotel. En nuestro caso no funcionaron las key card y tivimos que esperar ayuda Humana. Desayuno muy bien. Estacionamiento perfecto. Esta alrededor del Hotel.

A part le problème au checkin commandé chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus sur hotels.com la réception a voulu me faire payer les petits déjeuner. Cela a été résolu rapidement. Pour le reste chambre propre pratique petit déjeuner correct. Au calme malgré la proximité de la sortie d autoroute. Volet roulant occultant un petit plus.

De passage pour rejoindre ma famille à Paris l'hôtel est d'abord facile. Dommage que sans clim par grande chaleur les nuits sont difficiles. Heureusement que la douche aide à se rafraichir à sa guise. Le réceptionniste a été charmant, gentil et attentionné.

It is what it is, you get what you pay for, clean and comfortable. No air conditioning, which is stated but it was very stuffy in the morning. We checked in on the machine so didn’t meet a reception but the house keeping people were really lovely.

Chosen due to it's proximity to our route to the South of France. Room was comfortable and clean with a decent shower. Located not far from places to eat and shop for supplies. Will book again if travelling that way again

A very clean hotel in a good location, very close to good restaurants and the tram to Orleans. The room was described as superior. But it was far from it. It was very small, and extremely hot, even though it was quite cold outside. A huge curtain hides a very small window, which we had open every minute that we were there. The place requires aircon, or at least a fan. The bed was quite hard. Only 1 small pillow supplied. The shower is hand held, and yet you need 2 hands to squeeze and catch the shower gel from the bottle. No power point close to a mirror. No kettle, which is usually standard in Kyraid hotels. The breakfast room was very small. The meal itself, looked basic, but fresh. The parking was good, right outside the hotel. I have stayed in worse places, but i have no desire to return.

De toegewezen kamer 205 ontzettend klein! Douche/badkamer zo klein dat je je kont niet fatsoenlijk kon keren. Ontbijtzaal op de begane grond ook veel te klein. De stoelen bij de kleine tafeltjes zo mogelijk nog kleiner. Behalve de goede matrassen op de bedden is dit hotel eigenlijk het meest geschikt voor kleine mensen/dwergen etc. Volgende keer wordt het weer een B&B hotel in Orleans.

Rooms are what you pay for , small . The hotel is very noisy from other guests staying. Don't bother paying for breakfast as there's no room at all for more than a dozen people.
