Fairfield Inn & Suites Woodbridge

I like the indoor swimming pool.

The stay was comfortable, the employees were nice. I slept well. The breakfast was good. The pool was a bit small.

No parking at night in the hotel

I recently discovered greatness in the Fairfield Inn properties. My favorite one was sold out so I decided to give this one a try- ugh. As I walked in I noticed an awkward smell that wasn’t so pleasant or welcoming- kind of as if I walking into a smelly nursing home. The person at the desk was busy handling a difficult check-in but took a moment to acknowledge my present which I appreciated. When it was my turn she was very friendly and welcoming. After getting my room key I decided to check the facility out before grabbing my books and bags. The “fitness facility” is very small and smells HORRIBLE. I rather put on a video and workout in my room. As I walked through the rest of the hotel and made my way to my room it all seemed so gloomy- very unlike my favorite property. I walked into my room and noticed home much it resembles the layout I know so I was okay with it. However, something about the carpet just gives “dirty.” I did not a circular stain closer to the window. I decided to use the ironing board to place my bags on instead of the floor. I know for sure I will not be returning. This property may work for someone who isn’t looking for too much. I am very into aesthetics, something modern, cleanliness, a nice fitness facility, free WiFi and free parking.

Very nice the pool was shut down kinda a bummer but we still felt at home vibes.

The bed seemed damp and the sheets were not clean. The breakfast I would rate at a 2 star The lobby and hallways seemed clean but the room was not. The parking lot was full and it took 15 mins to find parking Staff was great.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue linking my grandsons PS5 to wifi and the techsupport team was able to swiftly rectify the issue. We had an awesome stay. They enjoyed the pool too!

Elevator was not working . Our room was at 6th floor Have to bring the luggage down by stairs . That’s so not good.

Traveling with family of four, The hotel is placed very conveniently to reach Manhattan. Very clean, good breakfast, and gym &pool working perfectly for our needs.

Our room was clean with no issues. Didn't like that there was 1 ice machine for 6 floors. Also breakfast during the weeday should also be until 10am.

The room cleanness was worst,first they told us the room will clean every second day and even second day the cleaning was very poor floor was dirty no vacuum on the carpet dirty linen still sitting on the table did not put soaps and only put couple of clean towels very disappointing. Reception staff was very friendly but the staff working in the kitchen for breakfast was rude.

This property has excellent staff that never disappoints. It was sad to see no pool to enjoy as I was on vacation and rather not work out . But the food on the floor from the previous individuals was upsetting and the dirty bed The staff did there best to correct the situation

We just needed some place to rest and this was perfect. It was clean and quiet.

The hotel is very clean, nice room, tv got Netflix, the only thing they didn’t have microwave in the room.

Unpleasant experience and very poorly maintained “hotel”. Outdated & worn out furniture. Jersey state prison located near the hotel - not included in hotel description. Junk yard behind the hotel - not included in hotel description. Location of hotel was not pleasant. Room phone was not working, asked to have it fixed and it was not fixed during our stay. The rooms smelled musty and moldy - terrible for people with allergies and asthma in my family. The AC unit was extremely loud and disturbing. Noise from surrounding rooms very disturbing. Falsely advertised with rating 8/10. Not at all as expected and not consistent with Marriott standards.

A bit on the older side but clean and friendly staff.

Overall good, but the hot water in shower does not work well. It takes a long time for the water to get hot and once done it’s too hot and it takes too long for the shower to have normal water

Low quality Marriot in need of renovation. The tv did not work, front desk does not answer phone for assistance, room is dingy and dated. Major pass on the below average contintental breakfast

We had a comfortable stay at Fairfield Inn. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with our requests.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

They double charged my dad for the same stay of night all because they told us to different story one over the phone and another when we had got there because they told us it was needed of adult supervision and to check in being that i was not of 21 age so my dad was supposed to had been the add on but that didn't happened or was done, so they made him book another over night stay on his card again which charged again that they said that couldn't do anything with the first cuz I was of under age so I couldn't check in and they didn't refund his money back for the first reservation!!!

Always the best customer service!

We booked a double bed for a family of 5. We got there and was given a room with i bed, and a sofa bed. Literally a room for 3 people. None of the staff where considerate. No remorse, no empathy. They moved on like nothing happened. There was no question on how can we make this right? The following day, the front desk had the guts to ask about my stay and hearing my response, she didnt even offer an apology. Staff are not well trained neither are they customer friendly. Total experience was trash.

The location to shopping and the highway was great. The staff was great and attentive.

I fell at the front door. Your front desk staffer saw me fall and completed a report which q no copy was given to me. Since the fall I have been in pain and will see a doctor to be checked. Our first room had a tv channel problem, we had a phone problem in the second room we were given. There was no maintenance on site to fix anything. TheyThe front desk staffer was compassionate.

We stay for 2 nights ans the service was very good. The room was clean. The personal was kind specially the guys at breakfast room who gave us advices for our treap to Central New York.

Stay here only for a night, hotel was very clean and cozy. Location wasn’t the best but it was perfect to spend the night and rest after a long drive.

It was a great stay, clean premises and courteous service. I wish there was more flexibility on late checkout of up to 2 hours if possible. A shuttle to and from the airport would also be very helpful.

No storess near by and you charged $4 for 20 ounce drinks . Insane

The lobby was nice. The scrap yard next door brings a lot of stray animals that are around. Also,the bathroom shower curtain was torn up.

Excellent from check in to check out. Great staff, especially breakfast crew.

Very clean, good service, and the breakfast was good.

The room was clean and quiet, and we had a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had some odd stains and at least one of the towels was seriously frayed. The free breakfast was minimal - eggs were watery, coffee and waffle stations were crowded, seems they could have set up second stations for these popular items. They appeared to be understaffed.
