This hotel checked all the boxes for my family and I. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The food and drink at the restaurant were fantastic and the the kids loved the pool option after a day at the beach. Huge plus is the shittle that takes you to local restaurants and shopping in the area free of charge. Parking is a big question mark at WB so the shuttle is a no brainer.

We stayed at this hotel on Valentine’s Day and it couldn’t have been any better! The room was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. Bed was super cozy. We didn’t t have any reservations so decided to go down to the bar and see if we could have drinks and dinner. The food and drinks were excellent and the bartenders were so nice! The live music was absolutely fantastic (loved the saxophone player and her beautiful singing voice). Front desk check in was excellent as well. Huge bonus were the EV chargers in the parking deck! Loved the convenience and it was completely unexpected. We would definitely return to this hotel!

The property is in a great location right on the beach with the option to rent chairs and an umbrella. Parking is free and conveniently located but the parking garage is small and a bit of a maze. The coffee shop, restaurants, and bars were absolutely amazing! Delicious drinks and food. Staff was incredibly friendly. My only complaint would be the room. For the price, the property could use some updating. We booked a king suite. The room was large but underwhelming. Dirty couch, uncomfortable bed, dirty/stained bathroom window overlooking the ocean. I would stay here again for the location and convenience but would love to see some updates.

This is not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn The hotel is beautiful. The service is great. I recommend getting the breakfast package for every morning because it is a delicious buffet and the waitresses are so friendly. The view looks over The ocean. You are right on the beach with a big huge pool. They have a beautiful bar and restaurant and the drinks are delicious but pricey. The rooms are decorated so cute and if you stay in a room with the balcony, you get a nice view we stayed in 613 and had a view of the bay and the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again Oh, and by the way, they have a transportation bus that will take you anywhere within 4 miles of the resort And pick you up!

Very nice location to the beach. Love the beach chair rental service and ability to get poolside drinks but very limited menu which is disappointing . The pool was not the cleanest with all of the sunscreen floating and there could be more chairs around the pool. Rooms really nice with great views.

Amazing food—truly outstanding. Fantastic staff at the restaurant, front desk and coffee bar. Rooms are very quiet and well soundproofed. Dirty rooms, especially for a place that bills itself as a resort. Stained bath towels, dirty walls in the bathroom, pubic hair in the shower, mold, food crumbs on the guest chair, not a vacuum cleaner in site.

The couch in our room was as hard as the floor. The TV aim living room area wasn’t lined up with the couch, it was 3 feet to far to the left. It was put in a really weird place. None of the trash cans anywhere in the room were big enough to hold anything bigger than an empty water bottle. The water in the shower took 15 minutes of constant running to get even a little warm, it never got past luke warm. There was multiple spots of mold in the shower.

Everything was so nice and clean. The room had a wonderful View. Beds were super comfy. Love the walk in shower. Breakfast was great and the view again was amazing.Just a few short steps to the beach. Most of all the staff were very helpful and so nice. Not just one of them but all of them. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

This resort is an older property and you can hear everything on the floor above. Some of the guest staying at the resort were extremely loud! Don’t book during spring break if you’re looking for a peaceful stay. Our room had light fixtures that didn’t work and the linens weren’t clean. The ocean view from the room was breathtaking. The food in the onsite restaurant was delicious. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

I enjoyed a nice 3 night stay here for the first time and I’d definitely come back. The oceanfront view is worth the extra cost, it’s very nice to sit on the balcony and see such a panoramic view.

Loved our deluxe room since both beds faced the oceanfront balcony, so you always had an ocean view. Also, shower was great! Everything you need, clean, spacious and even had a small bar in the corner to prop your foot on 😊

There is only room service upon request. Had asked for room services the 2nd night for a full clean and no one came. Had to call the front desk numerous times when they said they would have someone come at 3pm. House cleaning was a no show. They then told us later they don’t have anyone to do a full clean but would just give towels and trash bags for our trash. Room began to be messy during our stay. Also got charged incidental charges that were not mention when first checked in. The dryer on the 4th floor was out of service which was inconvenient. Towels also ran out at the pool. This place is only good to stay one night. No more than that if you want room service and things that are readily available.

Lily was very accommodating from the start of our stay. She was holding a very upbeat smile of friendliness. Spoke to us every time she saw us in the lobby. At checkin she made sure we had our vouchers for breakfast, parking passes and asked us if we had any questions. Warm and kind after a long drive was so nice to walk up to. Lily is definitely an asset to your company, she even checked on us During our stay. How involved is that?!!! On our way home, we were already making plans to return in March.

We enjoy your resort so much we come once a month now. Use to stay at Blockade but you guys are getting our money and one time of the main reasons is your Dining area/ restaurant. Your staff there are some awesome people. Kind, courteous and helpful. One person that stands out is Kinsey in the restaurant. She is so sweet and kind and makes wonderful drinks. She has a drink called Tequila Sunrise that is awesome! She recognizes us when we come for breakfast and she has beautiful energy. Her name is Kenzie or Kinsey. Dark hair and beautiful ink. Please acknowledge her on our behalf. We definitely coming back because of her. I’d like to also mention the checkin staff. Kathy and Ora. Wonderful smiles and inviting faces. We checked in around 8:30, got to the room everything looked good. Me and my girlfriend went down to the lobby to look around, we were looking at the coffee shop menu and the lady worker comes over. She was not happy to see use, she took a big sigh and came over. She asked “really, coffee at this hour?” and proceeded to say she gets off at 9 and was upset that she had to clean all of the equipment again before her shift ended. We then walked away due to the horrible customer service she then approached us trying to offer a drip coffee. We walked away and went back to the room. The next morning I went to the manager to tell what happened and she offered a free beverage, I asked if we could have a later checkout and they said 12:30 would be the latest we could checkout. Around 11 we hear a knock and with no warning the cleaning service came in and I was completely undressed getting ready. Then the front desk called our room saying we had to leave and the room checkout was actually 11:30. This was a bad experience and made me not want to come back to this hotel ever again.

Had a lovely stay with my husband over Memorial day weekend. Exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The onsite restaurant and coffee shop were great. Access to the beach, which was beautiful and clean. The pool and the hot tub worked. The gym had a very nice view. Beautiful property. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to many restaurants and surrounding entertainment and parks. Our driver Butch was wonderful! Overall, highly recommend
