I had a wonderful time here! The water pressure was a little low, but every other amenity was super helpful and really added to my sense of comfort during my stay.

Our check in process was weird. Reservation name got changed to my dead grandfather's name at the hotel but in the app it stayed the same. But the daytime receptionist who was still there was insanely helpful. He determined we could check in when the overnight gentleman was hesitant to let me check in. The rooms were clean and housekeeping replaced Our towels without having to ask which was nice. But you could feel the springs in the bed and the head of the bed had a lower elevation than the feet, so they needed to turn and flip the mattress maybe? Or just get a new one. They also gave me a king when I booked 2 queens, so if thats important to you double check before you go in the room. The sofa in the room also smelled awful my mom accused me of farting every time we sat down on it. So maybe steam clean is needed there? Overall we will be back. This is the better hotel to stay at in Mocksville
