Filled out check in paperwork online and had to do it again in person. Informed location my husband was in a boot from surgery and was given a 2nd floor room which we declined...no elevator. Breakfast was very limited.

The bedding was not pure cotton and felt very uncomfortable. The washing machine and dryer did not look very clean. The main dryer started after I put in coins but it did not actually dry. I had to put in coins again before it started working properly, which resulted in me paying twice.

First staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s not their fault the building is run down and has no elevator. They offered to help me carry my suitcases up the stairs. Again, the staff was really helpful. The place smelled like smoke even though I had a non smoking room. The carpet is really worn out and dirty looking. I kept my shoes on. Thankfully all I needed was sleep before a really early flight and the bed was ok.

This was an excellent stay! Rooms were clean, pool area is awesome- complete with fireplace. We traveled with friends and played cards downstairs. This is a very relaxing place.

The smell of cigarette smoke (with perfumed "air freshener") permeated the entire facility, including our room and hallways. The toilet and sinks were badly stained and the furniture very worn. Definitely not worth the cost of the room.

I was surprised to learn there was not elevator. The carpet in the lobby and stairwell was filthy. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was very small. The coffee maker was dirty and there was only one serving of caffinated coffee. We choose not to eat breakfast in the dirty lobby area.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was not vacuumed, the shower curtain was mildewed, hair was in the sink, etc. The only saving grace was that the sheets and towels smelled of bleach.

Room wasnt vacuumed or cleaned well. Hair and other debris was noticeable. Tv didnt work. Hvac was inconsistent. Sheets and other items were heavily worn down Piles of garbage at all the cans Side access doors didnt work Carpet and common areas as well as exterior was not upkept. Its clear the owners/management do not care. Staff was pleasant but clearly high and struggling to do simple tasks. They had visitors in the lobby at checkin who also were visibly high(guessing meth) Check in took almost 30 minutes as they couldn't work computer or other devices(pens were a struggle) We didn't dare try the breakfast I was pleasantly suprised my car waw

The staff was great. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The TV didn't work. The toilet and tub were very dirty and gross, like they had not been cleaned in months. The dust was thick, someone even wrote "clean me" in the dust on the head board. The coffee tray was dusty and dirty. We were given only 1 coffee and no cups. There was a dirty fridge, and no microwave. Very disappointing. Days Inn used to be much better than that.

The sink area was very dirty....some kind of gunk on the faucet and dirty all around the sink itself and the bedding had stains on it - kinda gross. Wasn't the best to listen to all the casino noise but you can't do anything about that. I think everything else was good !

We were put in room 213 - the bedside table was sticky, sink and bathroom not cleaned and there was a plate of half eaten food on the TV stand. We were moved to room 227. Here, the bathroom was not cleaned - there was poop in the toilet! Sheets dirty, stained, top sheet was missing. Merrily, the receptionist came up and cleaned the bathroom and completely changed the bedding. Both rooms were not vacuumed. It was midnight - or we would have left. Two other guests were in the lobby complaining about the cleanliness and smell of their rooms. We went to Days Inn because it had a good name - this was a terrible experience. Breakfast was minimal. I have pictures I would love to upload and show corporate if possible.

Found the property dirty, the room could use a complete cleaning. Improper lightning, the bathroom sink faucet wasn't connected, the room refrigerator wasn't cold. The young lady at the desk was courteous, business like, and professional. And we appreciated her help.

The night desk staff was really nice and very quick. That, however, was the only decent part of the stay. The room was oddly damp, the pillows smelled like dirt, one bed had a loud plastic mattress protector on it. In the morning we found a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. The walls were so thin we were woken up by the man in the next room over talking to his wife at 5:30 in the morning. He wasn’t being loud, it was just that thin. The included breakfast had a basket out for bread for toast, but no bread in it and the front desk person said it wasn’t going to be refilled. This was 35 mins into the 3 hour breakfast. Just pay the extra money and have a longer drive and stay at one of the hotels in town.

Room was very small for two people, and only came with one chair. But it was clean and the facility and room were not run down or dilapidated, like so many chain hotels can be. Evening check in staff was poor, casual dress and casual attitude. Morning check out staff Lisa was excellent. Dressed appropriately, cheerful, communicative, and helpful.

Overall the property was pretty good. However, I was a little disheartened when I was told I'd be in a smoking room. In addition, the WiFi was very unreliable at the far end of building where my room was on this visit.

The surrounding area is loud, with trucks making beeping sounds long into the night. The cleaning chemicals leave an awful smell in the hallways. Be sure to ask for a no smoking room, because somehow, they still have smoking rooms which really stink.

After reading bad reviews about this hotel, I was a little wary mainly because they allow smoking which I hate. I requested a non-smoking room and none were available. However, when we checked in, Brett—bless his heart— put us in a non-smoking room. I was so grateful! The room was clean and did not smell of smoke at all. I was so happy! The hotel is an old hotel but they do their best. The bed was comfortable. The staff were amazing. We would stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening after being on the road for 12 hours and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who made checking in easy. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast included with the room was good. The location, close to the interstate, was very convenient as we were continuing our drive the next morning. The receptionist at check-out was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

We would of had a lovely time, but they charged us for nothing and we still havent recieved the money back and we went to the desk to fix it and they said they did but we still havent recieved the money they never should have taken, we almost didnt make it home, and we had our three month old with us,we paid for our room threw expedia, and then checked in, they took our visa card at the desk like most places to have on file and then the next morning there was a charge not threw expida but threw the hotel itself, now if this was some kind of insures they hold until we leave to make sure the room dosnt get destroyed is fine, but we didnt recive it back like we should have, and we left the room in great shape, but ill give it till the fallowing weekend and if we get the money back like we should have then ill update this review.

We reserved non smoking rooms. On arrival, we were told that "third party" reservations were given smoking rooms, and non smoking rooms were not available. Desk clerk was not at all helpful, just a "take it or leave it" attitude. On checkout we were again told that they don't necessarily give non smoking rooms to people who reserve them. People who checked out after me had the same complaint. A smoking room is a deal breaker for me. And the attitude of the people at the desk didn't help. Breakfast was nothing more than toast, packaged muffins, juice and coffee. Excersize room was a single walking treadmill and an elliptical machine which wasn't in the best condition.

Waited 1/2 hour to check in standing at the desk. I booked my reservation through Expedia at the last minute and it was paid prior to my checking in. When I checked out the next day, I noticed an extra charge to my account. I inquired about it and all she said was "it was reversed". Ten days later and it still hasn\'t been credited back to my account. Other than the rate and the slow check-in, the room was nice and comfortable.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk started to check me in and after telling me sorry about 20 times, telling me my card was declined twice which it wasnt, I was finally checked in after 18 minutes. I had only 4 hours to sleep so every minute counted. Upon my departure at 4am I was greeted with a giant dog in the lobby that barked and lunged at me before the employee’s boyfriend leapt up grabbed the dog before it could potentially attack me! Or lick me to death who knows?!? Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would suggest you train better and not allow dogs off the leash in your lobby! I have stayed at 100s of properties. 1st review ever given. It was that bad.

The lower hotel rate was justified for the location. It was quite a ways from downtown and the amenities around the hotel was very limited. Hotel was a bit outdated and the bathroom definitely need a renovation. Staff were Friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable, a little outdated, but decent accommodations. Front desk on check out did not want to provide a printed receipt at checkout. Finally got them to print one and realized after leaving that it wasn't even mine. Also, the website and front desk offer a complimentary breakfast, but its only a banana and cold coffee.

They say they have breakfast! They don’t! Breakfast was your choice white or wheat toast! Fruit was a bundle of black bananas, no other fruit! Coffee? They put coffee grounds in the carafe and added hot water! I got more grounds in my cup than coffee! Pastries were more a taste than anything else! Blueberry muffin was packaged and about the size of a 50 cent piece, so were the packaged donuts! Rooms were clean though! Nough said!

Room carpet and drapes had holes in them. 2nd room carpet had urine stains on carpet. Had very strong smell in both rooms assume it was a disinfectant. Bed was hard. Complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal or pre-packaged hard boiled eggs, yogurt and toast. Not really a breakfast worth eating. We had coffee then found a real breakfast.

Staff were great, unfortunatly our room was less than clean and it was too late to do anything about it. Hair was all over the bathroom and the fixtures were covered in soap scum. There was underwear in the parkinglot and walkways. The breakfast contained no protien of any kind. Full cold breakfast. Harldy continental like they claim. Good for a single guy needing a quick nap but not good for familys. Not for 140 a night.

The staff was very kind and helpful at the desk. The carpets had weird stains including one that looked like poorly cleaned up vomit in the hallway. The air "freshener" was way too strong and mixed with the smell of dirty carpet and cigarettes, it was not great. Breakfast was pretty limited but better than nothing and there are places near by for better food. The room was alright, very small but the bed was clean and so was the bathroom. Glad we only had to stay one night.
