It is hard to rate this place. The rooms were “dated” but okay. The ironing board was for show. It would not stay up without collapsing. They were remodeling the lobby, so you had to check in at the “rent by the hour” window. It was okay for a one night stay, but do not be fooled by the internet pictures.

The room was clean, front desk was courteous and the building was secure. There was no continental breakfast, extremely lightweight bedding and the snack vending machine was empty. Other than that, I would definitely book another stay when in town.

Everything was amazing from concierge, to the suite being exceptionally clean, the breakfast was amazing as well, I will definitely book my boyfriend and I another night here really soon. I used their laundry room, that was very clean, my clothing was washed well and dried even better.😃😃😃👍

Someone was smoking weed and it smelled up the hallway. Found dismembered cockroach parts in our bath towels. Bathroom was grimy and just felt gross. Ended up leaving and not staying.

During my seven-night stay, my room was only cleaned once. I had to visit the lobby daily to request towels. I spoke with three different staff members, but the issue was not resolved. People fixing cars at the parking lot. No security Furthermore, the virtual chat service provided by Expedia proved to be unhelpful.

I always enjoy the stay here with my partner and pup but on my last few stays I have started to see more and more little roaches in every room I am in. This is a little unsettling and my only complaint.

Everything in our room was very clean. It’s also across the street from the outlets and landers center which is why we picked it. However, the hotel and the room had a very old musty smell to it. So much that it lingered in my hair and clothes after one night. We didn’t get in from my daughters meet until 10:30pm either. Breakfast was waffles, muffins cereal and a loaf of bunny bread. Worked for my daughter, not for me.

Issues with bedspread it one was dirty did stuck to it; the other had cigarette burns in it. The wall from past water damage had a bad patch job. The shower had bad water pressure and no cocking around where it came from the wall. Was in a non smoking room could smell smoke. Walls very thin could hear other tv all night. No breakfast not even coffee. All in all just lack luster experience for the money. Should have been 25 a night not 60.

For the price, my room was clean and comfortable. I have back issues, so appreciated that the mattress was firm enough. The room was pleasantly quiet. The desk staff, tv service, and breakfast were satisfactory. It was a good value for a night's stay on the road. The furniture showed quite a bit of wear and tear. My room door was damaged and the chain bolt hadn't been replaced, but the deadbolt was secure. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

I am just now finding out that this place charged me $176 dollars after I had already payed Hotels.com for my stay. There is no reason to have charged my card whenever I had already paid. I feel like they do this to people staying on the weekend, because some banks don’t show charges over the weekend until Monday. I called back up there a few times and “the manager” is never there.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in engaging with hotel visitors and could have been more friendly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hall leading to my room also had a musty odor. There was no pool on the property as advertised. One of the major disappointments was the false advertisement about amenities. The ad listed a pool, but there was no pool on the property. Breakfast was also misleadingly advertised as a continental breakfast, but all offered was coffee. Furthermore, the presence of two roaches in my hotel room was unacceptable. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Called to inquire about an early check in. They said 11am and 25 dollar free. I arrived at 1230 and room still not ready. Got in at 130. Tv didn’t work, channels won’t change. Room key card did not work. Bathtub was filthy. Room phone did not work. Staff had an attitude about coming to try and fix. Fixed phone but tv did not work entire stay.

Staff was friendly the hotel was very clean and quiet every night. I stayed with my teenagers they enjoyed it and it near my job. Right off the expressway so very convenient for travel and it's a lot of food options and a mall near by. Highly recommend

I have always stayed at this location because of location and its normal quietness. This stay however was very noisy with barking dogs, screaming women at 4 a,m., someone in the room above me moving furniture every night of my stay, slamming doors all throughout the night each night. I will probably stay elsewhere on my next visit.

Excellent location and with very convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the interstate. Friendly staff and super easy check-in. Room had microwave and mini fridge.

This location is in better condition than the Collierville location. This location also has much friendlier staff and cleaner rooms! No complaints and would return or recommend to others. Sheets are a bit thin but that’s all. Everyone is nice and it’s a peaceful location. Near many food options and near the mall as well.

The price was good. The vending machines only take cash, no cards. No decaf coffee served with the breakfast. A sprinkler was making a hideous noise that I had to ask the desk to check it out, so loud and irritating. Very limited and poor selections in the vending machines.

The room was clean, front desk was courteous and the building was secure. There was no continental breakfast, extremely lightweight bedding and the snack vending machine was empty. Other than that, I would definitely book another stay when in town.

The bathtub was unclean and slippery. Breakfast was not provided, contrary to what was advertised. There was no soundproofing between rooms, making it noisy. The building featured numerous unsettling pictures, possibly of a religious nature.

Everything in our room was very clean. It’s also across the street from the outlets and landers center which is why we picked it. However, the hotel and the room had a very old musty smell to it. Guest in the next room next door blasted their music around 10:00 pm. I had to call the front desk twice to ask if they would ask them to turn the music down. On the second attempt, he was able to convince the guest to turn the music off. The continental breakfast could be better. Everything else was ok.

The room wasn’t what is shown on there website. We had to change room because the first smell bad.No towels in our room. The breakfast was very poor. The only thing that was good about our stay was it was quite,in a good area for as the shopping areas .

The deal killer on this property was no elevator. I am older person who has bad knees. I had requested a ground floor room in advance when booking but upon check in was told none available. Apparently a message was sent a few hours before my arrival advising this but I don’t get messages while I am driving. Had I known the elevator issue and lack of ground floor availability in advance I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay.

They did not have rooms equipped for people with disabilities. They said they only had one room equipped for disabled people. The toilet set broke and they gave me another room with one bed and I had go back to my room next morning. They had breakfast and they didn't. They didn't have bathroom up front for you to use. It really looked like to they just opened up. There wasn't no vending machines or drink machines?
