Staff is polite, if you have any problems with knees ... make sure you arent on 3rd floor. 2nd floor is accessible from rear parking. No elevator so staircase only for 3rd floor.

We always stay here when we travel that way. Rooms have bern updated to hardwood floors. Front desk staff are helpful and attentive. For a continental breakfast it was fine. Would recommend.

We stayed for one night on the way to our destination. Hotel is conveniently located on highway exit near gas stations and food joints. Room was okay and clean for the price paid. Plenty of parking was available around the hotel premises. They could do better on Breakfast offerings. Overall stay was worth the price.

This was a great stay with pets (dogs). Nice potty area right outside the hotel. Room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful during our stay for extra room cleaning and providing extra towels. Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, etc. Hotel location is near grocery store, food options, gas, etc. Beautiful park that is walking distance. Overall great stay.

The rooms were very dated and the bathroom floor was sticky. The sheer curtains were torn and needed replaced the furniture was also very worn and not in a good way. The bed was ok the pillows were the best part and the bedding was clean and no stains they lacked having any extra blanket in the room the frigid did not work at all we call and spoke to the from desk and nothing was done. I asked housekeeping the next morning to mope the bathroom floor it was sticky and leave extra towel and blanket. They did none of what was asked. Never staying there 0-10 would not recommend.

The first room they gave us terrible. Floor sticky, a/c real loud,tv didn’t work, toilet seat broken. I asked for another room. It was better but had one hinge on the toilet seat loose . Noisy all night. Breakfast waffle maker not working good. Top bed covers were upside down and did have some stains. Chair in first room had stains n burnt spots. We asked for a smoke free room. Don’t think we will stay there again ☹️

Room was dirty, smelled really bad. The top blanket was dirty and had stains and hairs on it. Walls were dirty, no toiletries at all, not even a bar of soap. Nothing for breakfast really. No milk, not much cereal, no fresh fruit.

This place was FILTHY. Dirt, hair and god knows what else in every corner of the room. The entire place reeked of cigarettes (even though it was a nonsmoking room) the hallways/stairs were covered in stains and had not been vacuumed in a long time. I would absolutely not recommend staying here if you can avoid it. Nasty, nasty, nasty hotel.

The hotel is outdated. The carpeting is stained and needs replacing. The lobby was tiled and very clean. It was mopped every day. The dresser in our room was missing hardware. The room was a little cramped but not bad. The coffee maker was missing a part so we couldn't make any in the room and even if we could, no sugar/stirrer/creamer packets provided. Coffee in the breakfast hotel area only available during breakfast hours. The beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. The bathroom was very clean. Water pressure was good for showering. The room was clean and price was very affordable. The staff vacuumed the hallways every day (3 days for us). The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options include waffle maker, yogurt, apples, cereal, breads, coffee, hot water for tea). We're not big breakfast eaters so we were okay. We walked to Orchard Park from the hotel one morning. Nice small park. Our stay was good overall.

The price was very reasonable. The lobby and rooms were clean. Front desk staff was very kind and courteous. The bed was very uncomfortable and kept both me and my husband awake all night. That is my only complaint.

It was fine for the night. Stayed on second floor, was a little sketchy coming in and out. Room was nice, had a damp smell and feel to it. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. Coffee pot in room didn’t work very good and at 903 when my husband went down the coffee was already put away.

The rooms are small, but clean. There is no elevator and it is 3 floors high. This was a little tricky with all the luggage. We did not have a remote control in the room. Called to the front desk for one. Didn’t receive it. Asked the next morning at breakfast for one. Received one, but it didn’t work. We took that one back and requested a new one. They told us they would bring one up. When we returned that evening, still no remote control. Called for one and they brought one up. Didn’t work. We gave up. Breakfast was scarce and poorly stocked. It was eventually replenished after I asked for the waffle batter to be filled. Overall, it met our needs, but did not offer any extras.

Hotel was cleaner and more comfortable than expected. BUT, the front desk gave total strangers a key to my room and they walked in on me completely naked with my boyfriend. Total apology from the front desk was "Sorry." Honestly, I'm glad that I was there because otherwise total strangers would have had full access to all my unattended belongings. Utter fail.

It took a full 10 minutes to check-in and get my key, even though I was the only customer. I was exhausted after 16 hours of travel and had even prepaid for the room to expedite my check-in. The clerk typed more stuff into the computer than the bank did went I went for a loan. Otherwise, the room was clean and a good value.

Good standard at this price point , but the deposit system on debit/c. cards confusing and this is becoming all to irritatingly common . Earns the system a bit of interest whilst blocking funds on the card , then the waiting to check if its been released . Other than that the hotel is fine and suited my needs

No one at the desk when we showed up. Picked up the phone as instructed on a note on the desk. After answering the phone it was another 10 minutes before the attendant came out to the desk. We were the only guests in the hotel, so no idea what he might have been doing.

We are moving cross country with lots of trips back and forth. We stop here every time now. It’s clean, convenient, economical and lets my dog stay. Check-in is fast and service excellent. It’s an older budget hotel, but clean and serves our needs well. Great little coffee shop on the Main Street 4 min. away called Riverbend Coffee.

The property has little to no handicap access and the staff is not familiar with the laws concerning service dogs. The desk clerk asked for documentation for my service dog that was wearing his vest clearly marked "service", as required. The ac inside the room did not work and neither did the phone, so I was not able to report the problem without going down an incredibly steep ramp, getting in my car and going around to the front of the hotel, park my car, and go back inside to the front desk. There is no accessible parking at the back of the hotel and the accessible parking at the front does not have the signage required by the Americans with Disabilities Accessibility Guidelines. Epic fail....

The room was fine. Comfy bed and good price. The only problem we had, is that someone at the front desk gave out my personal information without my consent. This was in very poor taste. Apologies were given, but it could have put someones life in danger to give out such information.

I stay here every time I'm in the area. This time I didn't feel safe. If there's no response when calling 911 in a serious situation, you're kinda out there with no help. The back door latched was broken and not fixed, usually nobody at the front desk, anyone can come and wonder around.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, however, there was a lot of noise coming from both the hallway (doors slamming, people yelling, etc) and from the room above us. The breakfast that was provided was decidedly underwhelming! No hot water available for tea or instant oatmeal, ran out of fresh coffee and ran out of bagels.
