The lobby and restaurant a/c was not working the 8 days I was there. The heat in my 1st room didn’t work. I was sent to another room that had inadequate an/c and weak heating . I gave up when I went to the desk and commented again and was told “we’re all suffering”. The room was good as was the restaurant.

When first walking into the building I noticed it was extremely warm in the lobby. Had to wait 20+ minutes to check in. Was informed the ac was broken in the lobby. The ac in the rest of the building was fine I get it things happen. Got to our room it was clean seemed nice. We stayed Saturday and Sunday night. The kids wanted to go to the pool and my husband and I were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub only to find out the hot tub was broken. 8am Sunday housekeeping was knocking on the door to come in and clean we told them we didn’t need it. We then left for the day and when we got back housekeeping came in and cleaned up the room and left the curtains open we closed to keep the room cooler. Sunday we were trying to find a place to get some beer after being outside in the heat all day apparently on sundays you can’t buy beer after 6 pm so we thought we would utilize the steak and ale connected to the motel and they had closed way earlier than they were supposed to. Monday morning when cleaning up the room to leave my husband lifted up the bed skirt it was as covered in black stuff my husband said that is a sign of bedbugs.

The hot tub was broken. The pool is pretty small. The TV didn’t work in our room at all. The staff was nice. I wouldn't stay here again.

Super disappointed for the price. Hot tub was out and was precisely why I booked there. No AC on first floor common areas. Felt bad for front desk staff and waiters. Adjoining room where our neighbors were loud. They tried to open our door and then slammed theirs shut. Loud and could hear. Microwave and fridge in bathroom? Curtain was ripped. Friend found glass outside of our door. Other side, baby screamed loudly at 7am and pounding against wall.

Nice hotel nice rooms. Did have a problem with the parking. It is shared with a restaurant and event center. When we returned from our outing we had to park in the furniture store parking lot which is quite a walk in the rain snow and ice. I feel if your spending that kind of money on a room you should be able to park somewhat close to it.

Got to our room and unpacked Used restroom and toilet overflowed and water came into main room. They gave us another room, but didn't bother to help us move our belongings. It was sub-zero outside and our room would not heat up. Front desk gave us a small portable heater, which didn't heat the whole room. Bathtub had constant running drip that couldn't be shut off. The entire fixture was extremely loose from wall. When room was "cleaned" the never cleaned the faucet or the tub, The swimming pool area was freezing. When checking the air vents, only cool air was blowing. Disgusting visit and won't ever stay there again!!! How about some recourse from Hotels.com????

Staying at this property, we were originally told our room would be cleaned and refreshed daily. In our 5 day stay our room was refreshed 1x. On the other days, we were told to call the front desk for towels and on one of the days we received a note under our door saying they weee short staffed. Short staffed or not, our room should have been cleaned more frequently than that. I believe that is unacceptable and not the standard I am used to when staying in a hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Lobby had a really pretty water fall. Clean. Friendly staff. Hotel was quiet even though there were numerous other people. Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was amazing!! Nice and hot. Clean towels by the pool. Room was updated. Clean comfy beds.

Overbooked and couldnt even give us the room we ordered. Pool so full it was unsafe. Child throwing up because he was not being supervised. Room old and outdated with dust everywhere. Shower curtain snagged and full of holes. Bath tub was disgusting. Had breakfast and it was terrible. Not a good property and short staffed as well.

The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and Steak and Ale. Food was good and portions were great. Mik and waitress who served us breakfast on 08/05/25 and 08/06/26 were awesome. We will definitely return.

Hotel was attractive and well kept. Room was 70° and no amount of thermostat adjustment would change that. For me, that is way too hot for sleep. Shower head also needed to be replaced.

The hotel is in a great location and was priced pretty good. The only real issue was that the room was very hot and you couldn’t control the thermostat as the building run off a boiler so the rooms didn’t have their own individual comfort settings.

So the hotel ground were nice, lobby was nice, everything was nice until you got to the room. The lock would shock you no matter what unless you managed to cover your hand with something. There were holes in the curtains of which I'll leave some pics. The place to store your food and make your coffee was in the freaking bathroom. Last thing was the size of the room. Bed (King size) barely fit in there, and left about 2 feet to walk around it. Overall not happy for what I paid.

The location was convenient for getting to other places in the Twin Cities. The hotel as a whole seems outdated with a layer of paint added. Staff were not overly inviting, didn't greet us when we checked in. Hotel layout was odd including having the microwave and mini fridge placed in the bathroom. Had to paid much more for this room I'd hace rated it even lower.

Really happy with our recent stay here! The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly, and everything was very clean. The decor was all modern and nice, you can tell they've put in a big effort to update it! The room was a great size. Will definitely go back!

There was no soap in the room Called the front desk and they said they didn't have any and couldn't help. There was no one at the front desk ever. During check in had to wait 30 mins to get someone to come to the front. Waited another 30 mins because they couldn't figure out how to bill my room that was already paid for.

Nice hotel in a perfect location, but some poor customer service left a very bad taste! While we understand plenty of people are NOT honest & how difficult it would be to distinguish, twisting a person’s words & being accusatory of someone who *is* being honest is extremely disrespectful! It very quickly changed the opinion of our stay, & we could not in good conscience recommend While we have no doubt there are many dishonest people out there, being accused We chose to add the breakfast option to our booking, but nothing was said about it at check in so we later asked for details. We were told it wasn’t included, but I said I would check reservation details on my phone as I was sure we had paid for the breakfast option. She was quickly able to find it then & gave us a little ticket-like “voucher” with our room number on it. However, when we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast we were told we *each* needed vouchers. Back to the front desk! But while sharing the details & showing the gal what we were given, she the so had to go back to It was disappointing to have had to *ask* for our breakfast voucher in the first place, but to then be accused of “changing my story”

Front desk wasn't the most customer-service friendly, especially to people who were out of state. They were not very helpful with information about wifi, breakfast (hours), complimentary drinks, where stuff is within the hotel and in the surrounding area, etc.

The air conditioning wasn't working in one of the rooms we had. The front desk staff when we came was not welcoming or friendly. I don't think he smiled once and I tried being extra friendly to him. The biggest issue is that we had reserved a 2 night stay and after the first night, we returned to discover they had given away our rooms, and a stranger was in one of our rooms with all of our belongings. They did apologize and give us two new rooms but they did not go out of their way to rectify the situation or give any compensation.

This hotel is excellent! We were allowed to check in prior to our arrival. On our way we called to have a crib put in our room. Desk staff was very helpful even though she was the only one working. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Great location near shopping and eating, and easy to find. Great property at a great price!! I’d definitely recommend!!

Quick efficient check in and sincere welcome. Quiet 5th floor room. Easy interstate access and nearby mall and restaurants. Bathroom well stocked with towels and lotions/soaps. I'll stay here again.

It was a very nice stay. Location is perfect; at the hub of Interstate 35E, 35W and 35. Lots of eating and shopping. Nice room on the top floor. The "Continental Breakfast" was so-so. Coffee in the room was MUCH better! Using the bathroom at the pool requires your key to get back in. Had to go to the Main Desk to get back in! No rinse off shower at the pool. Not a big deal. The fresh, warm cookies one evening were a nice surprise! 10% off at Steak & Ale is a plus. Salad bar is terrific, but the filet mignon is questionable.

The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and Steak and Ale. Food was good and portions were great. Mik and waitress who served us breakfast on 08/05/25 and 08/06/26 were awesome. We will definitely return.

Nice hotel in a perfect location, but some poor customer service left a very bad taste! While we understand plenty of people are NOT honest & how difficult it would be to distinguish, twisting a person’s words & being accusatory of someone who *is* being honest is extremely disrespectful! It very quickly changed the opinion of our stay, & we could not in good conscience recommend While we have no doubt there are many dishonest people out there, being accused We chose to add the breakfast option to our booking, but nothing was said about it at check in so we later asked for details. We were told it wasn’t included, but I said I would check reservation details on my phone as I was sure we had paid for the breakfast option. She was quickly able to find it then & gave us a little ticket-like “voucher” with our room number on it. However, when we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast we were told we *each* needed vouchers. Back to the front desk! But while sharing the details & showing the gal what we were given, she the so had to go back to It was disappointing to have had to *ask* for our breakfast voucher in the first place, but to then be accused of “changing my story”

I really enjoyed the Hottub. and Steak and Ale.The food was excellent , nice portions. The waitresses Mik and another young lady that served us breakfast on 08//05/25 and 08/06/25 were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were a nice size and they were clean and cozy. I will definitely stay there again.

When first walking into the building I noticed it was extremely warm in the lobby. Had to wait 20+ minutes to check in. Was informed the ac was broken in the lobby. The ac in the rest of the building was fine I get it things happen. Got to our room it was clean seemed nice. We stayed Saturday and Sunday night. The kids wanted to go to the pool and my husband and I were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub only to find out the hot tub was broken. 8am Sunday housekeeping was knocking on the door to come in and clean we told them we didn’t need it. We then left for the day and when we got back housekeeping came in and cleaned up the room and left the curtains open we closed to keep the room cooler. Sunday we were trying to find a place to get some beer after being outside in the heat all day apparently on sundays you can’t buy beer after 6 pm so we thought we would utilize the steak and ale connected to the motel and they had closed way earlier than they were supposed to. Monday morning when cleaning up the room to leave my husband lifted up the bed skirt it was as covered in black stuff my husband said that is a sign of bedbugs.

Overall a nice property. Restaurant lost AC during our stay so we ordered pizza instead. Reserved a double queen room and was given a single bed only. They did give us a roll away bed at no cost, but less then ideal.
