Our room had several maintenance and esthetics issues. There was a milky fossilized stain across the table surface. When I attempted to clean it I was not able to. The furniture was scratched, dented and otherwise damaged throughout. The television was broken. 1 /2 of the screen had the blue hue of broken LEDs. The toilet didn't flush, unless fussed with. The handle for the shower was loose, falling off, the hardware falling down into the drain below. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and sagging indicating a moisture, mold/ mildew issue. The hinges of the bathroom door were corroded causing the door to be stuck. Further sign of moisture concerns. The climate control unit had discoloration where there was a condensation leak. There was old crayon scribbles on the window frame and utility box.

Didn't receive a full refund. The front desk was closed. Had to stand in the foyer after calling the night manager. While waiting for the night manager to let me in, I noticed a sign hanging on the door. The sign said no water from 9 am to 3 pm. I took a picture of the sign. Once the night manger let me in he was trying to check me in. He said he couldn't check me in because thr system was in an audit and it would be another 15 minutes. While standing there I looked around and noticed that the lobby was extremely dirty. At this point I was very fruatrsted and asked for a refund. Still waiting for my refund.
