I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out couch as we had 5 adults and a child in our group. When we got to our room there were only 2 beds. When I went to the front desk the attendants actually asked me if I was sure there wasn’t a pull out couch in the room. They moved us to a different room that STILL didn’t have the ability to accommodate a 6 person party without bringing in 2 roll away beds and would have left us with essentially no way to move around the room without playing “the floor is lava” until we got to the door. 2 people in our group chose to drive over an hour to their house after the concert instead of staying because of this. If you’re hoping to book a room that will accommodate 6 people, just know there probably aren’t any rooms that will, even though they advertise 2 beds and a pull out couch.

The front desk is staffed by inexperienced employees who don't know how their hotel is ran or how hotels work in general. There is poor communication between the front desk staff and the cleaning staff- our room never was serviced by housekeeping despite us NOT putting the "do not disturb" sign on the door and specifically telling the front desk that we had no toilet paper, kleenex or towels. They asked us to take our trash down to the front desk (ew) and that's when they provided us with stacks of supplies which we then had to schlep up to our room. It was a really frustrating experience. However, the breakfast was great, parking was a breeze, the pool is perfect for us, and the room was otherwise comfortable.
