I've stayed at a lot of ski condos over the years, and I'd have to say this was one of the best. The location was perfect -- easy ski in/ski out -- and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we loved having the washer and dryer. We had a slight problem accessing the ski locker on the porch, and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Everything worked perfectly. From check in to check out. Great off the slop location which was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had pans, dishes, glasses and everything you need to make a meal. I will definitely stay again. Only minor item was there is only one parking spot so going to dinner requires an extra trip to grab the second car from the parking lot but it was not a big deal for us. Thank you for hosting.

Easy on and off the slopes, condo was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean... Susie was very helpful leading up to our stay, she sent links for stuff going on during our visit dates. Would definitely stay here again. Only 1 parking spot though so plan accordingly.

We found the location to be great! Walk less that 30ft to get on Grammy Jay and start skiing!! The place had a locker for the skis and was as expected. The layout is perfect for a family. Absolutely enjoyed our visit to Jay Peak and plan to be back next year!!

The until is very spacious but it has a cozy cabin vibe. Everything was clean. Kitchen appliances were up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cutlery, and tableware. The bathrooms were spotless and had plenty of replacement toilet paper and towels. The beds were comfortable and linens were spotless. The unit itself is in the middle of several others, but you wouldn’t guess because you can’t hear anything from any of the surrounding units (which by the looks of the parking lot were all booked). The unit is right on the Granny Jay trail which connects to the Village trail. This is easy access to both stateside and tram side lifts/trails. There is only one assigned parking spot outside the unit but there is overflow parking next to Ice Haus/hotel jay. There is a free guest shuttle all over the resort so parking shouldn’t be an issue. This is an upper unit so there are several stairs upon entry. There is also a very convenient outdoor closet to store your ski equipment so the unit stays try and clean and your equipment is secured.

Great place. Clean and tidy but parking is a major issue. This condo can sleep 8 but 8 people rarely fit in one car. Having to park the second car a mile away was tough. But totally get that the lots are small for all the units there. Otherwise was a great and easy stay.

This was our 6th annual visit to Jay Peak, and our favorite rental we've had! Things that were great: 3 beds in second bedroom, so each kid had their own space; very clean and updated condo with everything we needed; access to the ski locker; perfect location on Grammy Jay trail, and a responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay in July while visiting from New York for a wedding! The space was larger than expected, very clean, and offered plenty of beds. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We did run into a minor issue with someone parking in our designated spot, but the host was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely love to return in the future!

Everything was as described! The condo was very clean! All amenities were available in our unit so that we could cook/hang out when not on the slopes. The only downside to the trip was the lack of snow meaning the trail we were staying on wasn’t open so we didn’t get to ski in- ski out. But that was not the property owners’ fault. We loved everything about this condo and would love to return!

We stayed at this condo for a weekend of music at Jay and it was perfect. The condo was clean, and well stocked with all the cooking amenities we needed. Communication with the property manager was very clear, and the condo is only a short walk from the concert venue. I would highly recommend!

This an excellent two bedroom ski-in ski-out condo right just a very very short walk to the Grammy Jay trail. The condo was recently refurbished and is very quiet being on the top floor of the building which nice views out both sides of the unit. The host was excellent and provided great check-in and check-out instruction and stay information. Our party of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed in the condo very comfortably.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. The kitchen had every pot and pan one could need and plenty of nice plates and glasses. The condo comfortably fit our family. Having the bunk beds and the extra twin bed in the second bedroom was ideal for us. The condo is right next to Grammy Jay so a convenient ski in/ ski out. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Aside from the gorgeous resort that the rental was located on, Ms. Townshend went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. On the way to the rental property, I received a call from Ms. Townshend regarding the rental and how we needed to move to another property last minute. Little did we know, she did not simply find another place to stay, but she upgraded us to a stunning townhome at no additional cost! Needless to say, our experience at Jay Peak was beyond outstanding and I will be visiting again, along with recommending Ms. Townshend to anyone that hopes to visit Vermont.

This was our 6th annual visit to Jay Peak, and our favorite rental we've had! Things that were great: 3 beds in second bedroom, so each kid had their own space; very clean and updated condo with everything we needed; access to the ski locker; perfect location on Grammy Jay trail, and a responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay in July while visiting from New York for a wedding! The space was larger than expected, very clean, and offered plenty of beds. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We did run into a minor issue with someone parking in our designated spot, but the host was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely love to return in the future!

We stayed at this condo for a weekend of music at Jay and it was perfect. The condo was clean, and well stocked with all the cooking amenities we needed. Communication with the property manager was very clear, and the condo is only a short walk from the concert venue. I would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 loved this condo for our ski vacation! The location was perfect, everything was super clean; the kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfy, the heat was cozy...it was truly a home away from home. There wasn't a ton of snow on the slopes, but we loved that it wasn't crowded and EVERYONE we met was super friendly and helpful. The slope and lift right by the condo weren't open when we were there, so we weren't able to ski and and ski out. But, it was a 2 minute drive or 6 minute walk to the Stateside lodge and the lifts there. So it really wasn't an issue. It was still plenty convenient to come back for lunch every day and enjoy a little break mid-day! We would absolutely come back here again!

Everything was as described! The condo was very clean! All amenities were available in our unit so that we could cook/hang out when not on the slopes. The only downside to the trip was the lack of snow meaning the trail we were staying on wasn’t open so we didn’t get to ski in- ski out. But that was not the property owners’ fault. We loved everything about this condo and would love to return!

The process was simple, easy and communications were clear. We love Jay Peak, and this is truly ski-in and ski-out and less than a mile for the Tram Haus, restaurants and indoor waterpark.

This an excellent two bedroom ski-in ski-out condo right just a very very short walk to the Grammy Jay trail. The condo was recently refurbished and is very quiet being on the top floor of the building which nice views out both sides of the unit. The host was excellent and provided great check-in and check-out instruction and stay information. Our party of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed in the condo very comfortably.

We found the location to be great! Walk less that 30ft to get on Grammy Jay and start skiing!! The place had a locker for the skis and was as expected. The layout is perfect for a family. Absolutely enjoyed our visit to Jay Peak and plan to be back next year!!

Place was nice and clean. Plenty big enough for me and my husband. It was really nice to stay slope-side. It was easy to come back for lunch and have a nice leisurely lunch between skiing.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. The kitchen had every pot and pan one could need and plenty of nice plates and glasses. The condo comfortably fit our family. Having the bunk beds and the extra twin bed in the second bedroom was ideal for us. The condo is right next to Grammy Jay so a convenient ski in/ ski out. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
