The breakfast variety was excellent. Service was pleasant and engaging in conversation very personal attention to detail. Parking was very convenient and well lit within in sight of the lobby, front door and cameras and adjacent businesses with automobile and foot traffic.

The room was clean and updated. The hotel connected to Chili’s which made the dinner decision easy. Good location close to 83. Only negative was the filthy pool. It was full of leaves, dirt and clumps of hair.

I needed a last-minute night around Baltimore. The rate was good and I liked that there was a pool at this location. The hotel’s location isn’t in the nicest area, it’s in an industrial area. There is a Chili’s attached if you like that restaurant. I was worried that the inside wasn’t going to be that great by the look of the outside of the property. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was nice and seemed to be newly renovated. The lobby and the fitness center were very nice as well. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get to the pool because it was completely overrun by about 20 rowdy kids!!

The check in was exceptional. The Room was very neat and clean and the (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner) were attached to the wall and easily accessible. The quality of the breakfast wasn't that great. The check out receptionist was very "cold", and the smell of Marijuana (Whether it's legal or not) should not be present in a NON-Smoking Hotel...

The hotel was nice on the inside and the lobby. A little market open 24/7. Ice on 3 floors. Free parking and a small size outdoor pool. Once you go up it's dusty. The hall way give warning. But the rooms are nice. If they were dusted. Not the table or TV but they forget the AC and then vent in the bathroom as well as the cabinet. The issue with the first room was a hold in the wall that I didn't want to be charged for so we swapped and the second one was nice still dusty and in the same spots so I wasn't bugging. The obviously do swift jobs and clean the obvious areas people check. Either easily EVERY room has a microwave fridge coffee maker and they use big bottles of dove soap, lotion, and shampoo. But the most important and the best thing have 100% is the best and pillows! Best bed ever. Like I didn't even get to use the tv. The bed takes you once you lay down.

I was there for a family reunion. They knew well in advance that our family would be staying there and they did not properly prepare for the volume of us that were coming. Not to mention, they had roaches in several rooms. Disgusting. Also there were other large parties there and they just assumed it was our family causing the disturbances so the staff was not very friendly to us at all. They asked us to be quiet in the room they set aside for our family so we could help accommodate another large party. Why is that? We all paid for these services just like they did, so we shouldn’t have to be limited. They also offered breakfast that you had to pay for but didn’t make enough food to accommodate how much they sold for, they only had 2 cooks. I was very disappointed in my experience here. They need to plan better if they are going to have large parties staying at their hotel.

Bathroom in the rooms is extremely small. If one person is at the sink, another cannot enter and get into the shower because the door opens in against the tub. The person at the sink has to exit the bathroom and then the person who wants to shower has to come in. Then you have to open the door against the tub and the person can then reenter and go to the sink. Toilet is not chair height so it sits really low to the ground. Definitely not for an elderly person. Also the electronic lock on the entry door made noise and crackling sound all night every 5 minutes. Maintenance man had no idea what the problem was. Still crackling when we left in the morning.

Bathroom in the rooms is extremely small. If one person is at the sink, another cannot enter and get into the shower because the door opens in against the tub. The person at the sink has to exit the bathroom and then the person who wants to shower has to come in. Then you have to open the door against the tub and the person can then reenter and go to the sink. Toilet is not chair height so it sits really low to the ground. Very clean. Room spacious ( but bathroom was very cramped - difficult for my husband). Bed and pillows clean and comfortable. Loved the usb ports and outlets - so helpful. A request for extra linens was met quickly. An issue with breakfast tickets was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Disappointed that we didnt have coffee maker in the room. Conveniently located near the highway for our purposes. Was surprised by no carpeting in the room, but I have since heard that is a new trend.

Easy check-in, close & free parking, helpful staff. Beds are really comfortable. Building seems a little older overall. Our main complaint is that there are no coffee makers in the rooms!!! You have to go to the lobby if you want coffee. Craziest thing ever!!

I was there for a family reunion. They knew well in advance that our family would be staying there and they did not properly prepare for the volume of us that were coming. Not to mention, they had roaches in several rooms. Disgusting. Also there were other large parties there and they just assumed it was our family causing the disturbances so the staff was not very friendly to us at all. They asked us to be quiet in the room they set aside for our family so we could help accommodate another large party. Why is that? We all paid for these services just like they did, so we shouldn’t have to be limited. They also offered breakfast that you had to pay for but didn’t make enough food to accommodate how much they sold for, they only had 2 cooks. I was very disappointed in my experience here. They need to plan better if they are going to have large parties staying at their hotel.

I needed a last-minute night around Baltimore. The rate was good and I liked that there was a pool at this location. The hotel’s location isn’t in the nicest area, it’s in an industrial area. There is a Chili’s attached if you like that restaurant. I was worried that the inside wasn’t going to be that great by the look of the outside of the property. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was nice and seemed to be newly renovated. The lobby and the fitness center were very nice as well. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get to the pool because it was completely overrun by about 20 rowdy kids!!

The breakfast variety was excellent. Service was pleasant and engaging in conversation very personal attention to detail. Parking was very convenient and well lit within in sight of the lobby, front door and cameras and adjacent businesses with automobile and foot traffic.

Check-in person was v nice while check-out person did not seem to multi-task well. I wanted to purchase a breakfast ticket at 7am but she told me she had just come on shift & I would have to wait! I’d asked for a quiet room & was told I was on the side away from the interstate so it would be quieter. Wrong—terrible traffic, ambulances, speeding cars on a Friday night. Had to turn my sound machine on high to drown it out. Breakfast: seems v cheap for a holiday inn to charge $5 for a breakfast that wasn’t any better than those at hotels that don’t charge extra. Food wasn’t hot, I had to wait for the scrambled eggs to be refilled. Lukewarm sausage, bacon & awful potatoes—yuck. Plus, you’re not allowed to leave the dining area with any extra food! I usually take extra fruit, yogurt & a bagel for snacks later. Chili’s is on site but v few other restaurants nearby. I doubt I would ever stay here again if I could help it.

The check in was exceptional. The Room was very neat and clean and the (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner) were attached to the wall and easily accessible. The quality of the breakfast wasn't that great. The check out receptionist was very "cold", and the smell of Marijuana (Whether it's legal or not) should not be present in a NON-Smoking Hotel...
