Checking in late at this hotel was quick and easy, but we were not informed of breakfast times—so it was a guessing game the next morning. The rooms are only available with two queens or one king; we were a family of five and initially got just three bath towels. When we asked housekeeping for two more, we were told our room was only allotted three, which was confusing. Eventually, we insisted and got the extra towels, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Breakfast was average—nothing remarkable. The arcade was disappointing as only one machine was actually working, which left little for the kids to do. The pool area itself was nice and clean, but there were never towels available at the rack. We always had to go back to the front desk to get some. Neither TV in our room worked. The phone in room was not connected to anything. The non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. The hallway smelled of weed. The AC unit was stuck on high and super loud im living room and barely worked in bedroom. Staff said nothing could be done about the TV’s. Bar area is right under rooms so bar closes early. Pool is pretty good. Exercise room limited.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I never had to ask for anything. Everything was offered. The hotel is very clean and it smells great. I would definitely stay there again. I’ve stay at other hotels in that area and they are all good but this one is the best. Oh the bed was outstanding.

Holiday Inn – Belcamp, MD I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Belcamp! The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfy I stayed an extra night just to sleep in heavenly peace. There was a small mix-up — housekeeping accidentally threw away my food — but they immediately offered to replace it at their restaurant. Great service and super friendly staff! As a proud member of the “big back community” 😂 I loved that there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Definitely my go-to spot when I need to relax!

Comfortable room but no outlets throughout the room. Had to undue the lights just to be able to charge phones. Bed was comfortable. Tv i think was direct tv and the shows just kept going black. Restaurant was good and the bar tender was very nice. We needed a good bar tender who understood we had just come from a funeral. I would recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Our room was on the third floor near the stairwell. Very dark and dingy walking down the hallway. Very loud all night you could hear people in the hallway and traffic outside.breakfast was not included and was $5 per person. The morning staff was not friendly at all in the breakfast area. Didn’t even say good morning. Would not stay again - way to expensive for what we received

The Staff was extremely friendly and checked on us several times to ensure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. I would have to say they actually went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our surroundings . When we visit Ms we will stay here again!

This property was situated in a way. It was very hard to figure out how to get in the parking lot and how to get out of it. The carpet in the downstairs area was very dirty and needed a good vacuum. I got into the room very late at night, and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the door to an adjoining room was unlocked. That means I slept the whole night with the room open to anyone that had a key to the adjoining room. Pretty scary!

The staff at this property was so welcoming and nice. The beds were super comfy. We were in town for a sporting event and it did the trick as far as a comfortable bed near our sporting area. It was always greeted with the welcoming staff!!

Great room with jetted tub. Staff was very pleasant. Food was great for breakfast buffet. I suggest getting there early for breakfast because they did run out of most hot options at one point, they did refill everything but it took a little bit for it to happen. Really my only complaint about our stay was all the baseball teams staying there. Had a very small window to use the pool without being overun with loud and rowdy kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Had to ask for bed set for the pull out beds and was advised they had no pillows to give us. The door in our room was coming off the hinge. The breakfast you had to pay for and it definitely wasn't worth it.

Property was really nice and quiet. The only thing that wasn’t ok was breakfastS they billed it at $7.50 per person but it was just a generic breakfast in warmer trays. Eggs and sausage were hard, not worth the price. Property is great, avoid the breakfast.
