Contactless check in and had issues with the code we were given. A quick phone call got it all correct. There was no 'grab and go' breakfast was advertised.

No staff on site, everything dirty, towels stained, hotels.com rating very misleading, didn’t feel “safe”

The parking lot is dirty with cigarette butts thrown about. My room smelled like stale cigarettes. I bought Lysol to try and hide the smell. The free “take and go” breakfast was lacking. There was never any coffee cups or bowls or spoons , which made the instant oatmeal useless. My room was clean besides the odor. I was given two towels and two washcloths for a four day stay. I addressed my issues with management and they were very polite. I was instructed to go to the supply area and get linens. I found two towels and no washcloths. I made do with those. The positives are that the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. I suppose it is worth the price, but I wouldn’t expect much more.

The room was clean. Not much of a view. Lock didn’t work well on the door.
