Love this property. only wish there was no charge for parking. That part doesn't make sense. Haven't paid for parking at any other hotel. Also wish the restaurant would serve breakfast again instead of the continental breakfast style. I love the staff and the hotel settings. perfect. Will continue to come back every year.

Peaceful and beautiful stay. We had access to the Riviera Beach Resort and enjoyed the private beach less than 10 minutes from Blue Rock Resort and very easy to get there.

Nice resort. Very comfortable and clean room. Nice people staffing the front deck. Also enjoyed the pool and nearby golf course. Was disappointed in my experience with Expedia and their customer service, but that does not reflect on the resort. Be aware that even with Silver Status with Expedia, parking is not “free self parking” as noted on the Hotels.com website. Rather, it is still $25/day.

The room was clean, as long as you didn’t look at the mold on the bathroom ceiling. The head of the bed was against A/C unit made for difficult sleeping if you don’t like blowing on your head. Room looks nothing like pictures on line but had all of your basics so no big deal. Breakfast included was filled with cakes and donuts the kids loved it.

The exterior of the property was nice. Lots of flowers in bloom and well maintained. Inside our room, however, was dark and outdated. The smell was musty and there were insects everywhere.

We stayed at this property for three days while on Cape Cod. Pretty convenient central location. While the rooms were a little outdated it was really clean and large in size. The bathroom was really big. Staff was friendly especially the lady at breakfast each morning. She was very pleasant with a big smile each morning and very helpful. Although, paying to park each day here is not ideal, you do get access to the other three resorts owned by the company. Access to the beaches, chairs, towels, pools, restaurants. Great stay overall. Slept well. Breakfast wasn't top notch but sufficed. Would stay again.

The location and area are perfect and scenic. However the hotel and facilities are really showing their age and in need of some maintenance. The bed in our room had incredibly noisy springs that creaked all night. The floor was filthy and despite being cleaned remained dirty. The A/C was working but the room remained damp and smelly throughout our stay.

Room was very clean and quiet, late check out wasn't an issue and personnel did a nice job. Having said that air conditioner blows directly at the bed and therefore may hardly be used at night. Having a sink outside of the bathroom is not convenient.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge but no microwave which would be useful for leftovers and mo coffee maker. Bathroom is a bit small and does not have a vent. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony it overlooked the peaceful green golf course. The in ground pool was nice but we used the ones at the sister hotels which were much bigger. It would have been nice to have a restaurant onsite especially that the space and seating is there that is being used for the included continental breakfast which was ok it was missing eggs and some healthy option instead of all the prepackaged muffins and pastry. Staff at check in desk were very friendly and courteous. The woman serving (I think her name is Charlie) at the continental breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. We spent most of our time at the sister hotels for their beach, pool and entertainment. Parking fee is a bit much at $25 a day that should be included in the resort fee.

We arrived the hotel very early. We had an electric cooler full of food and I requested an early check in. The receptionist on Duty was Jose. He was very accommodating and professional and was definitely the highlight of our experience. We were given room 108. It was on the first floor and the furthest room from the parking lot. Upon entering the room I was astounded that the room was actually below ground. There was a musty odor. It was an end room with a view to the pool. The room was clean, but poorly designed. The first night I could hardly sleep due to the air conditioning in the room next door. It would operate every few minutes cutting out and resume again. This was very annoying. We organized three nights in this horrible place and honestly, if they offered me a free room for life I would decline. Just when I thought it could not be worse we went to the breakfast. I couldn't believe the offerings. Packaged sweet rolls and muffins with an offering of froot loops or raisin brand ( I'm not kidding). In the room there was no coffee maker or microwave. In the room there was a huge crack in the floor under the carpet. We had to be careful not to trip over it. I'm a flight attendant for over 46 years and needless to say I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms. This was among the worst. I hope that this review will help someone else to avoid this horrific place at all costs

We had a lovely staff at Blue Rock. It’s a very basic resort with little amenities but the little staff they have are lovely. The rooms are dated but spacious. They could use some dehumidifiers to get rid of the dampness. We would stay again as it serves a purpose and is a great price.

We were only in town for the night but check in was quick and easy and when the gentleman at the front desk learned we weren’t going to be able to enjoy the breakfast because we were leaving too early he gave us breakfast to go to keep in our mini fridge!

We stay here whenever we come to the Cape. Great place to stay. Always clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, just the basic but very consistently good year after year. Convenient location close to everything with access to sister properties.

We stay here whenever we come to the Cape. Great place to stay. Always clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, just the basic but very consistently good year after year. Convenient location close to everything with access to sister properties.

Absolutely no lights for signage on the property at all making it ridiculously impossible to see where you are going AT NIGHT or where the entrances and exits were. THEY NEED TO INSTALL SPOTLIGHTS FOR SAFETY AND INFORMATION REASONS. WE CHOSE THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THERE WAS A RESTAURNANT AND BAR/LOUNGE. WELL, THERE WAS NEITHER. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THE BLUE ROCK RESORT. YOU CHOOSE A PLACE SO SOMETIMES YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES, ENJOY THE POOL, SUNBATHE ETC, THEN FRESHEN UP AND EAT AT THE RESTAURANT AND COCKTAILS AT THE BAR WITHOUT HAVING TO GET BACK IN YOUR VEHICLE AND SCOUT OUT PLACES TO EAT. We stayed at this property for three days while on Cape Cod. Pretty convenient central location. While the rooms were a little outdated it was really clean and large in size. The bathroom was really big. Staff was friendly especially the lady at breakfast each morning. She was very pleasant with a big smile each morning and very helpful. Although, paying to park each day here is not ideal, you do get access to the other three resorts owned by the company. Access to the beaches, chairs, towels, pools, restaurants. Great stay overall. Slept well. Breakfast wasn't top notch but sufficed. Would stay again.

The room was clean, as long as you didn’t look at the mold on the bathroom ceiling. The head of the bed was against A/C unit made for difficult sleeping if you don’t like blowing on your head. Room looks nothing like pictures on line but had all of your basics so no big deal. Breakfast included was filled with cakes and donuts the kids loved it.

Love this property. only wish there was no charge for parking. That part doesn't make sense. Haven't paid for parking at any other hotel. Also wish the restaurant would serve breakfast again instead of the continental breakfast style. I love the staff and the hotel settings. perfect. Will continue to come back every year.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge but no microwave which would be useful for leftovers and mo coffee maker. Bathroom is a bit small and does not have a vent. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony it overlooked the peaceful green golf course. The in ground pool was nice but we used the ones at the sister hotels which were much bigger. It would have been nice to have a restaurant onsite especially that the space and seating is there that is being used for the included continental breakfast which was ok it was missing eggs and some healthy option instead of all the prepackaged muffins and pastry. Staff at check in desk were very friendly and courteous. The woman serving (I think her name is Charlie) at the continental breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. We spent most of our time at the sister hotels for their beach, pool and entertainment. Parking fee is a bit much at $25 a day that should be included in the resort fee.

This properties ratings were a 9/excellent. No where near this eating. Very small grounds,, continental breakfast didn’t provide any fresh items as stated, the room was substandard with 1 large room.

Property is beautiful. The pool looked great but we had no time to use it. The breakfast was very basic with bagels, bread, a variety of sweeter breads and coffee. The only difficulty we had was getting up the stairs to the second floor with all our bags. The staff was very nice.

We arrived the hotel very early. We had an electric cooler full of food and I requested an early check in. The receptionist on Duty was Jose. He was very accommodating and professional and was definitely the highlight of our experience. We were given room 108. It was on the first floor and the furthest room from the parking lot. Upon entering the room I was astounded that the room was actually below ground. There was a musty odor. It was an end room with a view to the pool. The room was clean, but poorly designed. The first night I could hardly sleep due to the air conditioning in the room next door. It would operate every few minutes cutting out and resume again. This was very annoying. We organized three nights in this horrible place and honestly, if they offered me a free room for life I would decline. Just when I thought it could not be worse we went to the breakfast. I couldn't believe the offerings. Packaged sweet rolls and muffins with an offering of froot loops or raisin brand ( I'm not kidding). In the room there was no coffee maker or microwave. In the room there was a huge crack in the floor under the carpet. We had to be careful not to trip over it. I'm a flight attendant for over 46 years and needless to say I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms. This was among the worst. I hope that this review will help someone else to avoid this horrific place at all costs

Staff was very pleasant. Facility a bit dated. No microwave or coffee in room was a disappointment. Breakfast had no fresh fruit or egg. All packaged. Bed was comfortable and didn’t spend much time there as we were going to a wedding.

Overall, this resort needs a major update. Shower was very dirty and did not drain well. The bed was not very comfortable and the rooms on had big, bulky furniture. The front desk and dining area/food service area need to be cleaned and refreshed. We liked the area and place on Cape Cod, very easy to get everywhere.

This was a return visit so I was not only familiar with the property, really liked it. I knew what I was getting for the price paid. In the past, it was clean. This time, there were dirty, wet towels from previous guests. Disgusting…disgusting. Went to tell the front desk, but only a phone number was there. We felt the bedding was clean so stayed. Upon check out, I told the person who was sort of sympathetic, but…oh well. I told her I would not write a favorable review.
