Muy buenos servicios todo muy limpio

Me encanto el personaje muy muy amables todossss. Lo que NO me gustó que mi avitacion NO tenia microondas y al viajar con un bebé lo necesitaba para calentar agua para su lechita. Tampoco avia una cafetería dentro del Rigor que tú pudieras ir.

Why are there no microwaves?! The refrigerator was small and didn’t have a freezer. If you are at a resort for a few days, you go out for meals and have leftovers that go in the fridge and microwave, you couldn’t do that here. The beds had indents and you could feel a ridge in the middle of the them. There were no mats at the front door to get sand off your feet which left sand all over the tile floor. Had to use towels as throw rugs. Asked the front desk to FREEZE my cold pack for my cooler and they put it in the fridge, no help at all. Great location, fabulous beach, outdoor pool was heated and very nice.

Despite a great location, this is a 3 star resort at best. For a holiday weekend in October, the restaurant was closed and there was no front desk. Check in was down the street at another resort. The $50 resort fee was a surprise and not specified when booking. Cleanliness was satisfactory.

Beautiful area beach was great great time to go early October not crowded not a lot of traffic weather was so nice first week of October
