it was clean and comfortable inside and out. Didn’t like that there was what sounded like a shooting range nearby w/pop-pop-pop going on all day; that breakfast on weekend disorganized, but most importantly disappointed in pool. First there was always a sign on door that said closed for first two of four days we stayed there. Front desk said maybe they’d open pool next day when I asked. By 3rd day pool was open … it was very small and it was dirty … gobs of hair floating in it, water murky. Very disappointed. Had chosen the hotel specifically for the pool. Only used it once, wasn’t worthwhile or clean to use.

We liked the proximity to local stores and highways. Parking was good. Staff was helpful, letting us know about the Wednesday night social. Husband wasn’t crazy about the food for breakfast. Over cooked oatmeal was awful. Really good English muffins. No waffles, pancakes or drink machines, pitchers of juice instead. The pool was too cold for us and seemed murky as well. The property was clean. Housekeeping got messed up a couple times leaving us on our own to get towels and toilet paper. We did really like all the house keepers though, friendly and hard working. The internet was reliable. This property is a good choice if you need to be close to Lahey Hospital.

Large room with kitchenette, that was a surprise to us. Pool was good and the office printer works. Only sad part not sure if they didn’t expect these many people but breakfast was a nightmare. Kids had breakfast without forks (in washing machine), completely ran out of food before 9am. I had some billing issue but not this specific hotel problem, more like their whole hotel system. In general with price and service, if I ever do another road trip and go thru the down, will stay here again!

Room was not stocked for the number of guests on our reservation; keys stopped working twice during our stay; room was far walk from parking; missing soap, shampoo, conditioner; dishes in cupboard were dirty (possibly because there was no dish soap???); pool was murky, which I didn't know about until after the kids swam, master bed had exposed springs popping up.

The best I can say about this hotel is that it's OK. The staff are nice an helpful. Breakfast is good. I've stayed there a few times, mostly based on price and included breakfast. The rooms' furniture is of the same quality as a college dorm room. The fitness center is very small, and the equipment needs maintenance (bike's sest couldn't be adjusted). I've had to change rooms due to maintenance issues (wires hanging from the ceiling). Housekeeping only does rooms every other day, which means you need to stay 5 days or more to have your bed made or trash emptied more than once. Apparently, Massachusetts has decided to put up homeless people in hotels on the public's dollar, and this hotel is one of the venues the state selected. This is apparent at the breakfasts and weekly "happy hours". New York City hotels developed a bed bug problem under similar policies, which concerns me.

Loved the stay except we booked here for the pool for the weekend to celebrate my birthday but the pool was closed and wasn’t given any reasoning even though 3 months ago I stayed as well and it was opening. Still love this hotel very much though and will most likely book again here

Super disappointing how dirty our room was with stains on the carpet, lifted rugs, torn couch and stains on the mattress cover in the couch mattress! Broken cabinet and staff that couldn’t even deliver us the xtra blankets they said they bring because they didn’t even have clean mattress covers to give us for the dirty and stained one that was on! Chairs need a good wash and the bathroom toilet would shake and the wall paper was lifting! Beyond disappointing

Property is run down and very dated. Room was large, one bedroom with a small kitchen, but felt dirty and just gross. A live roach was crawling across the bathroom floor right when we walked in. I have an actual phobia of roaches and asked for a new room. Was told there were none available. We were only staying long enough to sleep and shower before moving on so we had to make do. Didn't sleep all night as I felt like bugs were crawling on me. Never again!

The carpet is very dated and dirty. The floors were disgusting, especially by the elevators and hallway carpets seemed never vacuumed. The place just needs some attention. Even the grounds had trash and hadn’t been well kept. Housekeeping was not good…

It was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were great. The only complaint is we were never able to get wifi in our room (201) We could use the wifi in the main area of the hotel. We tried to log into the wifi, we never got the prompt to ask name and room. We asked the front desk and they tried to help. But since we were in the main area it worked but we still never got a prompt to log into the room.

Overall the stay was great but I wish the water for showers was hotter. The water was lukewarm, at best. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was provided and it was cold but I warmed it up and it tasted great. They have a large variety of things to choose from. We stayed in a Premium King Suite with separate living area with kitchen (no oven) with Microwave, large fridge w/ice maker, dishwasher and dishes, pots and pans and glassware.

The room was nice. I love having a king bed and a room with a door plus a kitchen. The pet fee is high, but we decided it was worth it for a better hotel. We weren't able to figure out how to change the input on the TV so that we could watch a movie together the first night; the lady at the front desk didn't know either. She just said we couldn't. We checked with someone else the next day too though, and he was able to tell us to just press the function key at the bottom of the remote, and the kids and I were able to sit on the bed to watch a movie while my husband continued working in the other room.

On our second night, the AC went out in our room. We called the front desk and they advised maintenance would come in the morning to fix it. So the next day we got ready and left for the day. When we returned to our room, the AC still had not been fixed. When my husband inquired with the front desk, turns out the order for maintenance was never put in. So we our nights were not pleasant.

The hotel was nice, but I have to say the service wasn't the best. We had an issue with the light in the bathroom and told the woman at the front desk-it was ignored. We needed towels so I went to the front desk to get some and I was told they were doing inventory so they can't give me any. I explained the room wasn't cleaned and we need new towels and she said, sorry but I can't give you any. She continued to look at her computer screen and I asked her if she would like my room number so when the towels were available she could let me know. She took the number and called me about 1/2 hour later. There is not enough parking in the front of the hotel. Our rom was located near the center and the only available parking was all the way on one side. The breakfast was good, and the room was nice otherwise.

I wasn’t stay there, I drove 45 minutes to get to the hotel when I got there the receptionist told me she’s sorry because they were sold out, they didn’t have any room available and they were try to contact me and Orbitz they’re couldn’t because their systems was down . They said I will get my refund back I asked her how am I going to have my refund. She said they will contact Orbitz to let them know they were sold out and after that I will have my refund back. Until now I didn’t have any refund back

My stay at the hotel was a very disappointing experience for both me and my family. We were there to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, things went wrong from the first night. The bathroom toilet kept flushing continuously throughout the night, making it impossible for my husband and me to sleep. We even had to take Motrin because the constant noise gave us headaches. I called the front desk and spoke with a staff member named Stephanie. She told me that no maintenance staff was available at the time but that she would place a work order. Later that night, when the noise became unbearable, my husband went down to speak with her in person. Shockingly, he found her asleep on the lobby couch. She repeated the same response, showing no real concern for the issue. The next morning, I contacted customer service, but they had no record of my complaint. The front desk staff on duty also confirmed that no work order had been placed. It was clear to us that our concerns were not taken seriously. The Orbitz has asked me to leave a review, and I feel it’s only fair to share our honest experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not what we expected, and it left us very disappointed.

Bathtub clogged. Even though I asked nobody came to fix. Room service was supposed to be every other day. In 9 days not one visit. I took do not disturb sign off 3 or 4 days and not one bit of service.

Perfect stay! Was very impressed with the kitchenette in our room. Included microwave, stove top, full fridge and freezer. Very spacious room! Pool was great for the kids. Overall we would stay every time here & highly recommend!

The hotel room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind, and hospitable. Hotel premises were clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Downsides, there was no shower gel in my room, the dispenser was left completely empty, pillows were pretty flat, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hot coffee bar was out of regular coffee, and the hot breakfast was very sad and unappetizing. Instant oatmeal packets would’ve been a better option to the small precooked cups they had available. Very limited selection of food and beverage, and no water as a beverage option. Thankfully there’s a lot of great options close by. Would I stay here again, yes. It was a restful nights sleep, with a clean room.

No information in the room, no wine glasses in suite, no pen or paper, no information on how to use the WiFi or tv. No way to boil water for tea. We stayed for three nights the dirt around the trash collection in the hall was never vacuumed up. The flower pots outside the main entrance had dried up dead fall flowers, the pool area was awful and we did not dare use it. The breakfast was poor. The exact same thing every day. Mystery meat, powered eggs and maybe home fries. The yogurt was of poor quality and full of sugar. Not a flower in site. The place had a recent leak and it showed. We were told Hilton had lower the amenities at their Homewood Suites I sure wish we knew this before we stayed there. I can tell you I will never book one again!!!

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation. Room was ok however they did not come clean every other day like said. They only emptied our trash twice. They constantly ran out of food, plates, cups, and coffe at breakfast and half the time it was cold. Front desk did not always answer when we called. They did provide towels only when asked.
