At first it was a bit confusing getting into the parking lot. Then after check in we find out the elevator is broken. We carried our luggage up 4 flights. The next morning the cook was a no show so there were no hot items. On the positive, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to deal with all the mishaps.

Trash cans overflowing at entrance! Half roll of toilet paper when I first checked in. Room a/c wouldn’t completely cool room! Pool was so hot it was more like a sauna kids couldn’t be in there more than 15 min! And the road noise keep us up all night for 2 nights!!

Hotel is older, but nicely remodeled. Room and bed were comfortable and clean, but hotel is right on the highway, so traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Excellent breakfast- wide variety, plenty of fruit. Hotel is within walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, which had great food at a reasonable price. Poor tv program selection. Nice pool.

Very surprised about the options with the continental breakfast. Very tasty! Very clean hotel except the stairs could have used a vacuum. Most people use the elevator, which was clean. I was able to do a load of laundry and dry it for only $2.50. Room was very big and hotel has indoor pool. Staff was very attentive. It was a really pleasant stay.

We chose this hotel because our daughter’s team stayed here during a competition. The hotel is very old ran down . The bathtub was rusting out and had body hair in it. The walls were cracked and had holes in them. The room door had a huge gap at the top in our second room . We specifically requested a top floor pet free and was given a bottom floor that had pets in it . The furniture was soiled and the walls were paper thin. The next morning we went down for breakfast just 30 minutes into the start of it and they were already out of most of the food . I would never stay here again.

Pros: -The air conditioner was cold. -It was spacious. Cons: -It was absolutely filthy! If I had any other options, I wouldn't sleep here! No way I am showering here. -The foundation is falling apart everywhere. -Bathroom door is broken. -The elevator looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. -The elevator buttons are filthy and sticky (you have to push thru the sticky the push the button) -There are blood stains in the curtains -There is food (or something) smeared and splattered on the walls and door frames. -Paint scratches and chips everywhere. -Wood chips in the door. -The smell is unpleasant in the common area and in the halls. -Every surface in the bathroom is disgusting. The floor is dirty, the shower head is full of crud and scum. There is thick dust and general dirtiness in the cutout where the "clean" linens are. All corners of the bathroom are dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time. This is all I can think of off the top of my head. We will definitely NOT be returning to this hotel. I honestly feel like we should be refunded. I paid for a "suite" and got a cheap motel.

The staff was fantastic, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room itself was OK, it was not the cleanest, and by far the most uncomfortable beds in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they were wonderful.

Room is noisy. People talked loudly in the hallway at night. In addition, the hotel is next to a railway. I was waken up in the middle of night by a long train passing by. The surrounding area is under construction, it's difficult to find an entry to hotel. The hotel is over-priced!

Was disappointed with the overall room as it looks like it needs to be updated. Our room had a highway behind it and was extremely noisy from that traffic. The breakfast was typical of what most places give. Not much else to choose from in town other than paying another $50 more for the Hampton. I may just travel to a better place next time.

Desperately need LARGE, COMPLETELY LIT-UP SIGNAGE directing visitors into hotel. Hotel completely landlocked and "penned in" on all sides by fencing except one small driveway on a poorly marked secondary road by a Dairy Queen. Impossible for out of towners to catch the small, unlit signs. We drove around 5 min. trying to find the entrance.

We always love the breakfast at Holiday Inn Suites. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, smells nice, and bed is very comfortable. The window covers are great at blocking the light from the well lit parking lot. We recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we are in the area.
