Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean. Always had coffee and hot chocolate available. The indoor pool and sauna were excellent. We came for a pony pull at Murray State and we will definitely be back next year!! Thank you for a most wonderful stay.

Everything was clean and nice. We LOVED the sauna wish there would’ve been a hot tub but the sauna was a treat. Breakfast was nice, our family loves waffles so we were disappointed they didn’t have those :/ But we would definitely stay here again!

Took grandkids for an evening swim fest. Pool area did not disappoint! Room was warm and clean. Plenty of towels. Water was warm . Had outlets so I could charge my phone while kids swam. Front desk person was excellent.. breakfast was good with Many Choices.

Management were very kind and helpful! Rooms not extremely clean (found a leftover sock on our first night and there was some mold or caulking that needed to be redone, plus the bathroom didn't seem to have a functional fan so I imagine that doesn't help the mold issue) but overall very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Both mattresses were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The breakfast was the same every day and not very good. Especially the pancakes. The view out our hotel window was awful. There was a mobile home park and many trashy-looking homes. Garbage all over. Very unsightly.I did not like the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Terrible Guest Relations. We had to get our client moved due to weather early, and the property is refusing to authorize a refund and hotels.com is not helping. Please dont use this property. They are choosing to not refund 130 and so they will lose future revenue from me.

All of the staff I encountered at this property were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, accommodating, and made sure our stay was great. The room was clean. There was an outlet in the room that didn't work, no biggie. We also had an issue with one of our key cards not being activated - which was no problem, they fixed it quickly. The only thing that would've made this property better, is if they allowed pets. Thank you!

Hotel was very safe & comfortable. Especially the beds and pillows. Room was VERY clean, and the shower was excellent. They provided Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryer was perfect! We enjoyed a great breakfast and staff was so nice, asking us many times if we needed anything, they took our plates away when done. Genuine southern hospitality all around. This is our third time here, so that alone speaks for itself. Thank you so much Holiday Inn
