Tim was very helpful and let us check in early. He also provided me with a lot of information that helped me. I was there for my son’s graduation from the Navy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and they provided breakfast. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the navy base for graduation. The price is very affordable too. I would definitely stay here again

This was the worst experience for me , I book in this property, and I regret that decision, the sheets or dirty , the room don’t look nothing like it does in the pictures online, the hallways stinks , the whole place is dirty, there is beg bugs , no elevator, no houseskeeping I was there for 4 days and no one came in to change the sheet or clean the room, they only pick up trash and ask if you need towel, that’s all, nobody comes in to clean the room, it is disgusting in there, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff kept asking my family who were in town for a naval graduation “Do you all have a room at the hotel?” As if we would be there if we did not have a room .We also found bedbugs in our room, and although the hotel refunded us. You do not expect to get bedbugs from a hotel!? We did and it was disgusting. The room was musty so we should have suspected. The bedbugs bit my son on the legs and this is how we discovered the bedbugs. We had to go and stay at another hotel for the rest of our stay. It was very inconvenient as a lot of the rooms were booked due to the naval graduation.

The room was always clean and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, not bad for the price I paid. A good option if you need a hotel close to the Great Lakes Naval Base.

So stayed two nights. The room was actually pretty nice, clean, the king bed was comfortable. The room was laid out nice, big enough for two people and seem to have been updated recently, as the lamps had USB plugins for charging stuff, there was a fridge that worked well, a microwave but no coffee maker. They're also were no dressers just cubbies if you wanted to unpack your bag somewhere. The bathroom was nice it also seemed to have been updated with a newer sink and faucet, the tub was nice with a newer shower head that worked well.The lighted mirror was nice that you could control the hue of the light. The breakfast was okay, but the bacon,sausage patties and potatoes were a little iffy as they were not thoroughly cooked but the eggs, toast and pancakes were okay. So for what we needed for two nights, the stay was pretty good all in all for the price we paid.
