War eine sehr schöne Aufenthalt, sauber und ruhig, nur die Gebühren für das Parkhaus finden wir überteuert 20€ pro Tag

A nicely appointed hotel with lovely common areas and facilities. The lounge areas are welcoming and needed as the rooms are small. The rooms lack air conditioning and the outside blinds move automatically- this woke us up. We asked to borrow a dustpan and brush to sweep up but this was unavailable. This aside we would chose to stay here again if not travelling in July.

Staff are very helpful and professional and the hotel email all pre check in instructions. The hotel location is very convenient to the bus station and metro and walking distance to mall and grocery. The lounge has 24 hour coffee machine and hot water for tea.

Camera pulita, ordinata e spaziosa con bagno ben organizzato. Colazione a buffet con diversi prodotti, più salati che dolci. Bella struttura con ottimo parcheggio, con colonnine x ricarica elettrica. Personale sempre disponibile. Nella hall, dove è presente un distributore automatico x bevande calde gratuite, gli ospiti si fermano sui divanetti, x leggere un libro, guardare il tablet o semplicemente per bere una cioccolata calda, ed è piacevole.

The property has been better than expected. You have to do most of the stuff online and upon arrival a staff member welcomes you. Breakfast (high quality) is included. You don't have to pay for parking - use streets across the bridge - 300m away for free. The property is the right choice for tours to Munich-City. Good public transport connections. English Garden nearby. Rooms are really quiet. They offer free coffee for the coworking space. Overall recommendation.

This is a great option for staying in Munich. Good value for the money, great staff, easy access to transportation to the city center. One downside is the number of students living at the property - they were a bit noisy on weekend nights. But the staff is great, coffee machines are top notch and the location worked great to explore Munich.

Excellent stay in a new and modern building. The room was small but well appointed with a kitchen, 2 bunk beds, separate bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities. Restaurant, bar, underground parking. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the vibe of the hotel. Sitting in the lobby area having free coffee or tea was so nice.

We rarely post negative reviews, but after our stay, we felt it was important to let others know so they don’t make the same mistake in booking as we did. We were very disappointed. We booked based on good online reviews but did not have a good experience. Floors were stained and dirty; no sheets or pillows on bunk beds and they never delivered them after asking multiple times. This was a problem since we had two children with us that needed to sleep on the bunk beds. They never cleaned our room the entire stay even after asking. Had to go to front desk for towels daily and even for toilet paper. Bugs all in room. Shower head sprays out of shower. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Safe would not lock so unusable. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night and the stairwell locks you in if you don’t have your key card which is terrible if you are evacuating due to the fire alarm! Scary and unbelievable. Beds were very hard. Please don’t think this hotel has air conditioning. It said it did but it’s really an “Air cooler” which doesn’t cool the air. It was very hot. Had to open the windows which just let more bugs in. This was the worst place we have stayed in several trips to Europe. Very very disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels and didn’t expect luxury but basic cleanliness, functional amenities, and a bug free environment is not too much to ask. They are just unwilling to fix things or accommodate basic needs. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Alles modern und mit Hightech ausgestattet nur funktioniert es nicht. Self eincheck automaten hat nicht geklappt. Getränke Automate kaputt. Zu den Zimmer diese sind sehr schön nur ist da ein bett drin von 1.40 m. Wir waren zu zweit bei 35 grad in dem zimmer ohne klima oder Ventilator. Das Fenster konnte man auch nicht aufmachen da eine grose Gruppe von jugendlichen im ausenbereich bis 2 uhr nachts sehr laut rum geschrien haben und nichts unternommen worden ist. Obwohl sich sehr viele leute beschwert haben. Zimmer sind in 3 Tage nicht gereinigt worden. Lage ist ok aber würde nicht noch mal hin gehen.

Wir hatten ein kleines ruhiges Zimmer und waren zu viert eine Woche im Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings ohne große Abwechslung. Da der Zimmerservice nur einmal pro Woche kommt, wäre auch ein Besen im Zimmer wünschenswert. Die Küche/Küchenzeile war für vier Personen gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut hat uns auch der kostenfreie Kaffee/Tee/Kakao Automat im Eingangsbereich gefallen. Um in die City von München zu kommen muss man 30-40 Minuten mit Bus/U-Bahn oder Tram fahren. Mit der Tram dauert es am längsten...

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft für Kurzaufhalte. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in der Stadt.

La struttura è in ottime condizioni, sulla pulizia qualche perplessità, siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e la stanza era stata preparata con due letti invece che con 4, noi avevamo prenotato e pagato per quattro. Ci hanno dato cuscini e lenzuola e gli altri due letti abbiamo dovuto farceli da soli, e così abbiamo trovato sotto il letto a castello molta polvere ed anche un vecchio tubetto di dentifricio. La mattina dopo abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza, la polvere e il tubetto sono rimasti al loro posto e probabilmente saranno ancora lì. Per il resto la struttura e la colazione sono buoni.

War im großen und ganzen okay. Schlecht war das eine Klinaanlage angegeben war ,aber es war bir ein Ventilator und der war eingebaut in der Decke . Bei einem kleinen Zimmer mit vier Erwachsenen und 30 Grad draußen zienlich warm . Frühstück war in Ordnung. Tiefgarage war super ,Auto war sehr kühl mit Musik gestanden.

Tolles Hotel, ruhig gelegen, tolles Frühstück und die Himmer waren modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Ausgestattete Zimmer mit Küche gerade für Familien super.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Dachterrasse bot einen schönen Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, hatten wir nicht dazugebucht. Was richtig blöd war, war die Größe des Doppelbetts. Für 2 Personen ist ein 1,40m breites Bett viel zu schmal. Ein entspanntes Schlafen sieht anders aus! Schade, sonst war alles top!

They are building behind the hotel… workers start making noise by 6;30 and without AC your windows have to be open. Even when that building is done, the vegetable delivery person arrives at 5:11 am making a lot of noise. Otherwise great apartment with great staff and breakfast

There is sound from the electricity in the room which is annoying sometimes.

Neues und sauberes Hotel mit sehr funktionalen Zimmern (Die Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet und hat sogar eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine)! Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage und wenn man die Fenster nachts auf macht, kann es, je nach Lage des Zimmers, relativ laut werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart.

The room was exceptional. Has a cook top ,fridge microwave.nice lights and darkout shades. Breakfast was filling with many choices on the buffet. The bus was only 3 minutes away and took you to other forms of transportation. So you could get to old town in under 30 minutes. Market a short walk and there's a Subway sandwich shop there. Didn't try other food at the Apartment.

We asked 3 times for our towels to be changed. We got the answer that "we will send someone to change them" but nothing had happened when we came back to the hotel, which we found very disappointing. In the end my friend went to speak with the floor maid and she gave us a clean set of towels. Want something to happen, do it yourself!

The room itself was fine, other that only one bathroom mirror which is hard when two people want to get ready. Staff very unhelpful, asked questions about travel and how to get about which one staff member, dark hair short bob replied, “it’s not my area to help you, ask someone else at the desk, (then laughed and said) welcome to Germany, that’s how it is here no one wants to help” I found her extremely rude. I then asked the gentleman at the desk and he said just used Uber. I would not stay here again

The hotel has a fully equiped laundry at guests' disposal. However, due to the lack of information regarding "the how to do it" we weren't able to use the washing machine. Nobody around from the hotel to guide us. The app took our money but we never got our laundry done. I 'm pretty sure we were not the only ones in a fix with that there! We ended up going out and buy a few things to wear.

A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich.

Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)

Die Allianz Arena ist von der Unterkunft aus schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man mit Bus und U-Bahn in etwa 30 Minuten. Das Frühstück ist super, die Zimmer modern, sauber und ruhig.
