Nice property. Very large rooms. I appreciated the extra room. Decent breakfast with the usuals plus eggs and sausage/bacon. Real oatmeal with lots of toppings. Check in was terribly slow. When in the lobby I saw a line of people waiting to check in every time. Always only one person at the front desk. Elevator was a little slow. Don’t take a room on the 2nd floor near the front balcony if you don’t want to hear everything going on in the common area day and night. Lots of noise in the hallways, carts rolling, vacuuming started before 8:00am every morning. Did not appreciate that.

Rude and aggressive staff. House keeping schedule every 3 days cleaning. Point of dispute was house keeping. The entire staff basically banded together and was disrespectful. Eventually the manager Tammy also sided with the rude house keeping and her beligerent receptionists. Must avoid.

Good quiet place to stay for my business trip. Housing keeping was good they came by to check up how the room was and cleaned it up. Breakfast could have more variety choices to improve on the quality to serve the guest at hotel.

Really nice hotel. Travel into Chicago is pretty rough. Approx an hour but staying here made up for that. Room very clean, beds great, roll away quickly brought to us and in good shape, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Excellent breakfast menu and some different items on the 2 mornings we had breakfast. Staff friendly and quick to refill items, get that roll away, great desk service. Easy to get around Lombard and great places to eat. We are choosing to return next week, rather than look for another hotel.
