very nice... i love the vip entry, which made me feel safe. parking was either very difficult or very expensive. lots of people there for partying and elevators had a long wait. very cleanly but housekeeping was noisy.

The front desk staff was AMAZING BEAUTIFUL ROOM Only small issue the boiler for hotel was too small - not enough hot water gift the tub - at 3 am it was hot enough - telling not strong enough or needs to be hottestat peak times - other than that an amazing property!!

Wonderful rooms and amenities, terrific staff… poor temperature control and regulation in the rooms, we arrived to a 51° room that could not be made warmer, our second room vacillated between overly warm and freezing, depending if the fan was blowing at the moment. Significant issue with the plumbing, very poor water, pressure and difficulty controlling temperature, it seems almost like the functions are reversed on the hardware in the shower? Could not get pressure and even harder to have consistent water temperature. The functions don't seem to work as indicated. Also dealt with sudden pressure increase, when it was not on, resuktingnin shower water unexpectedly dripping throughout the night.

I wanted to stay at this hotel after being at the Kimpton Shane Hotel in Atlanta a few months ago. This Kimpton Claret is newer and is missing a few key opportunities for a 4 1/2 star hotel. First, the lobby bar lacks high end, unique whiskey and liquor selections, and it was disappointing to get an old fashioned with small cubes of ice. You have to request a large cube if you want it and pay for it. I would expect to get small cubes at a cheaper hotel and would never think to request in a 4+ star hotel. Despite this, I will say Jeff the bartender managed to make some amazing drinks and was very knowledgeable. The food at the hotel and Halo bar was not great, but there are many good restaurants around. The hotel should also do a better job advertising their wine hour and shuttle service when you check in. Its a nice perk. I love the fact that you get a yoga mat in the room and for a hotel that values fitness the gym is lacking. There is not restroom on the gym or close to it, and if you like your peloton bikes better go early in the morning or after sundown as you will be blinded by the sun and very hot due to the lack of shade in front of the window. Overall, hotel is in a very good area and the staff the staff was very nice. I would consider going back just for the drinks Jeff made and the location.

We had a great stay here. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The front staff gave us a complementary drink when we arrived and sent us a text to check on us. We really enjoyed our stay!

I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again.

The room looked amazing with a great bed and great modern decor. However some small issues we experienced that made this a place we will probably not visit again. The first thing is that there is a lovely tub but it would never fill up. Then the internet to the tv was not capable of playing Netflix. Lastly how is there no free parking for being a guest of the hotel??

Stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. I messaged the hotel that is was an anniversary trip for my wife and I and they set up us with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a very kind congratulations note. The room, staff, lobby, valets, everyone and everything was excellent.

They charged my credit card for random minibar items. Then i called to inquire and they hung up on me. Then I emailed them and they sent an invoice with a bunch of bogus charges on it. I said I took one of their $6 waters (yes, $6 for tap water) and thry responded back saying that it was $9. They took off the rest of them, but none of this is okay and they are wrong about the price of it. Credit charge still has a bunch of extra charges.

Our first time at the hotel and it went above and beyond our expectations. Valet parking made it easy to access our vehicles at any time and for as many times we needed. Demarko and Lauren at the front desk treated us as if we were royalty and took care of our every need. The roof top bar was a great place to watch the sun set. Demarko recommended the best restaurants and felt as if he was our own personal concierge. Walking to the restaurants at night we felt safe and secured. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty. Overall it was a great place to stay. I can’t say enough about the hotel. Getting my own personal welcome note signed by the hotel manager Senaida was the icing on the cake. It was perfect.

Place is very understaffed. They charge $55 a day for overnight parking, but when you need the car it takes 20 minutes. Bar service is very slow. Restaurant food was good but service was very slow.

I arrived and checked in then asked the front desk about room service. Once I got to my room I made an order. About an hour after placing the order a person called me and asked me why I put a no in the space of allergies, I explained that it meant no allergies and he said he was on the way. An hour passed so I called he told me “I’ll be there when I can” he never showed. The front desk was no help either. Your hotel has horrible customer service.

The location was great, very walkable to good bars and restaurants open late for food. The views from the rooftop were breathtaking . Easy access to freeway and light rail travel.

This is a superb hotel. Beautiful, nice rooftop bar and lobby, very comfortable bed and modern furnishings, nice staff, and walkable to a bunch of restaurants, shopping, and the light rail. There is some construction happening nearby, but it wasn't loud.

I think the drinks in the Halo bar were extremely over priced. My wife and I went up for a cocktail before dinner out, and a margarita and a Buffalo Trace old-fashion was $38!! I valet parked our car staying at the hotel and the charge was over $50 for one night!! This is Greenwood Village not downtown Denver..... Way over priced....

Lovely property and area surrounding is so cute! Was delighted to have a true room service experience, and an very excellent steak delivered to my room while I worked. It felt like pre-covid travel joy! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to DTC!

I liked that the hotel had water stations near my room. Restaurant Saverina was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the dinners were amazing. Very attentive wait staff and quality of food was magnificent.

So dog friendly! We travel with our pup and usually dog friendly = gross. This place is gorgeous, clean, comfortable. We got room service from the Italian restaurant on premises and it was so so good!!

Place is very understaffed. They charge $55 a day for overnight parking, but when you need the car it takes 20 minutes. Bar service is very slow. Restaurant food was good but service was very slow.

I wanted to stay at this hotel after being at the Kimpton Shane Hotel in Atlanta a few months ago. This Kimpton Claret is newer and is missing a few key opportunities for a 4 1/2 star hotel. First, the lobby bar lacks high end, unique whiskey and liquor selections, and it was disappointing to get an old fashioned with small cubes of ice. You have to request a large cube if you want it and pay for it. I would expect to get small cubes at a cheaper hotel and would never think to request in a 4+ star hotel. Despite this, I will say Jeff the bartender managed to make some amazing drinks and was very knowledgeable. The food at the hotel and Halo bar was not great, but there are many good restaurants around. The hotel should also do a better job advertising their wine hour and shuttle service when you check in. Its a nice perk. I love the fact that you get a yoga mat in the room and for a hotel that values fitness the gym is lacking. There is not restroom on the gym or close to it, and if you like your peloton bikes better go early in the morning or after sundown as you will be blinded by the sun and very hot due to the lack of shade in front of the window. Overall, hotel is in a very good area and the staff the staff was very nice. I would consider going back just for the drinks Jeff made and the location.

This was our second stay at this property and we LOVE it even more than the first. Staff is amazing, very friendly. Room amenities are very nice. Love the bath tub!! My only complaint is the restaurant does not offer GF items, However they were honest and advised me it was not safe for me to eat if I am Celiac and recommended a few close alternatives…there is a “Crisp and Green” location on the corner and it was amazing!! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Stayed here in May and was pretty disappointed. Check-in felt cold and rushed. We were handed a packet of papers with almost no explanation, and the rooftop club was mentioned in passing. What wasn’t mentioned was that the you could hear it on the 17th floor two floors below it. We could clearly hear the DJ and music until around midnight both nights of our stay. The room was also much more basic than expected. No coffee maker, microwave, fridge, or even simple cups. For the price, it felt surprisingly stripped down, while the paid minibar and overpriced snacks were front and center. The biggest frustration came at checkout when we were charged a $35 resort fee. Only after asking did we learn it included things like breakfast credits, happy hour perks, and transportation services. None of that was explained when we arrived. Parking was another disappointment. There is no free parking—just a paid lot across the street or valet for about $65 per night. Overall, the hotel felt more focused on being trendy than providing a comfortable guest experience. Between the noise, lack of amenities, extra fees, and poor communication, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re traveling for work, it may be fine. For a vacation, I’d look elsewhere.

This is a really nice hotel near the DTC. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant and bar were great, the roof top is really cool tool but was a bit crowded. I ended up hanging out at the bar in the lobby as it was quieter after a long day. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, have great views and are nice for work trips. Would definitely recommend.
