The biggest issue was the complete lack of hotel staff available to manage a large wedding party in the lobby late at night. The group was using a large speaker and playing amplified music from around 11:00 PM until I eventually had to step in and break up the party myself. The group then continued throughout the hotel, disrupting other guests and making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. I had already alerted hotel staff, but there was little to no response or support. Very disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of staffing and follow through in handling a situation that clearly impacted multiple guests.

Manhattan Beach is very nostalgic for me. We’ve been going to Crosslake for the last 20 years. Manhattan Beach is iconic to those of us who travel to this area. The lodge itself is an old building but well taken care of. There’s not a ton of amenities on property. However, you’re right on the lake. It has a fantastic beach for “littles” and adults alike and the lawn provides an area to play or sit in the chairs to relax. You can’t beat the view for sunsets

It was the perfect setup so we could bring our dogs and enjoy Crosslake.

The property is located on a beautiful lake and view sitting on the deck was great. Management accommodated a last minute room request for first floor due to knee injury and that was very much appreciated
