Staff feels the need to charge for a service animal. An Ada violation and a bad review for $20. We will reach out to corporate and the Ada. Enjoy your stay.

The hotel rating seems way off. The facility is old, many things not working ( you may have to get a new key as they get demagnetized; I would recommend the stairs and maid service is quirky, etc) Breakfast is good if you like twinkies and instant grits. Smoke permeates the hallways. There are a lot of better hotels in the area.
