We really enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area, pool and workout rooms were all very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the accommodations were great and we would be happy to stay here again.

Staff was very helpful in grouping our family together. We especially enjoyed the use of the large common room by th 13 grandhildren (and some adults, and great grand children too). Only problem with the facilities was that our toilet was clogged when we first checked in. The staff unclogged it quickly but it left my germophobic wife uncomfortable with the facility for the remainder of our 3 night stay.

The property was just fine. We go on road trips yearly and are not picky, but our room smelled moldy/mildewy and honestly it just felt…damp. Turned the AC up but then I just felt sweaty and cold. There was also hair in the shower but whatever. We picked this place because of the ratings and the pool, and there was a sign outside the pool that said open 6am to 12pm so that kind of sucked.

The Hotel looked clean and kept well. All the staff seemed friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean. Breakfast was good plenty of options to choose from. My tub drain did seem to have a small clog as it was slow to drain while I was in the shower. Overall, I would say it was an enjoyable stay. If I have to get a room for my future visits, I will defiantly be doing so at the Sleep Inn.

Desk guy said we could open our room window to let in air. There are no screens on the windows and all you hear is city noise and sirens. We had to call corporate and get a refund to go stay elsewhere. I'm also not so sure the beds were indeed queen sized like we signed up for and there were weird stains on the walls.

My grandson and I very much enjoyed our stay at Charles City. Our first morning we got up so late we missed the breakfast. The next morning, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel has a high standard of cleanliness. Our room was wonderful. The public areas are very well-kept, and the breakfast area looked terrific. It was also great to have staff members acknowledge us. Many of the hotel's associates would converse with us as if we knew one another for years. It was good to feel so at home.

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and very nicely kept. The room was clean, in good repair, pretty well lighted, and spacious. The only MINOR shortcoming was that there was not a single drawer available to unpack for a multi-day stay. Nonetheless, we have been here several times in the past and WILL stay here during any future visits to this area.
