The room was excellent and very comfortable, very nice, and clean. Service was minimal at best. Check in/check out was easy. Do NOT expect amenities to be useable. The bar is a facade, it has NO BARTENDER. The employees running it are NOT bartenders and will sell you pre-bottled drinks. If your your only looking for a goodnights sleep it is truly wonderful at a great price. Just don't expect anything more.

Double queen rooms were large with a couch, table and mini kitchen area. Gym had a Peloton bike but did not have cages on the pedals. As we had not brought our bike shoes we were unable to use it but did use the treadmill. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was good with options for our whole family.

The only issue I had was with the elevators in the hotel and parking garage. Both need work, they are slow in the hotel (leaving after you get on). The ones in the garage rarely worked. Not good for someone who has breathing issues in the extreme heat

The property does not have adequate parking. They use a parking garage located near the hotel. Hotel guests can only park on the 3rd and 6th floors of this garage. Both nights we had to park on the 6th floor. On Saturday night me and my sister almost got stuck in the elevator going to our car. The elevator stopped on the 5th floor. We had to walk upstairs to get to the 6th floor. This was around 9:45pm. After returning back to the hotel the elevator did not work at all. We pushed the button elevator doors never opened. We had to walk down from the 6th floor. This was around 1:30am. When got inside the hotel we informed the front desk clerk that the elevator was broken. He stated that “the hotel doesn’t own the parking garage but he would call and try to get someone to come out.” We checked out on Sunday and the elevator was still not functioning. Again, we had to walk up to the 6th floor to retrieve our vehicle. Parking at this property is $18 a day. I would not recommend this property to anyone because of the parking situation. Having to walk up and down stairwells at night is dangerous, especially in an area where homeless people can easily access the property.

Hotel was nice. Hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of construction near the hotel which was loud and different to maneuver. Two of the three elevators were out of service. The first night we were there some pulled the fire alarm over and over at 5:30 am. Overall, the hotel did what we needed to do for the price we were looking for.

Our air didn’t work correctly and they didn’t try to correct the problem. Phone didn’t work. Said it needed battery but never brought us one. Room wasn’t cleaned. Did not bring towels. Had to pay to park. Couldn’t get out of parking valet without paying a second time. It was an absolute joke. Carpet was dirty. Linens in breakfast area were dirty. I can’t say anything good about this place. Everything is dated and worn out. Don’t stay here!! Never again will I stay there.

We were very surprised by the conditions of the property for a Hyatt. We had two rooms - both were incredibly run-down. We had ant-type bugs in the bathroom of one and neither room was particularly clean, the carpets were sticky, some surfaces were too. Previous occupants had quite obviously been smoking in the room - which for a non-smoking floor was disappointing. The toilet did not flush every time. The water pressure in the sink intermittently reduced to barely a trickle and the shower squeaked during the entire time it was in use - a loud, obnoxious, high-pitched squeal. The high-light of the entire stay was the lady who helped us with breakfast - her kindness and professionalism was so refreshing.

Soon as I walk in the room it had the strong smell of urine. The second room I was given had ants all over the restroom floor. Finally given a room that wasn't bad, but the remote didn't work. Really spoiled my evening. Barely recieved an apology. Not what I would expect from such a high end area. I don't recommend this hotel. It won't let me download the pictures I want to share.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a night with a couple friends and was stunned to realize an excessive amount of mold on not one but two of there blankets in one of the double bed rooms. As i brought it to the attention of the staff and the hotel manager, they proceeded to try and convince me that it was feathers not mold. The mold was growing on the seems of the blankets throughout the entirety of it. I did not receive any form of reimbursement, nor was anything done about the mold on the blankets. Terrible customer service and multiple arguing employees. I Do not recommend staying in this hotel not even for a night. Cleanliness is an absolute 0/10.

The carpet and furniture is filthy. The towels smell like they need to be washed in a good detergent. The towels smelled horrible. Why is a banana nut muffin $7.00? Starbucks dont charge that much and their muffins are much fresher.

This is the place to stay in Buckhead!! Don’t pay more for anywhere else it won’t be worth it!!! Rooms are incredibly spacious with living and sleeping areas, could stay here a week at least comfortably and I’m sad I’m only here one night!!!! Perfect hotel with convenient parking!!!!

It felt like the building lacked proper insulation—we stayed on the 7th floor and could hear every conversation outside as if it were happening right in our room. Both nights were extremely difficult to sleep through, with what sounded like every car having a loud muffler. The noise level was just too much. That said, the hotel itself is a bit older but still offers all the basic amenities you’d need. Their breakfast was a nice touch and definitely appreciated.

I’ll start by saying that I definitely got my moneys worth from my one night stay for a quick spring break trip to Atlanta. The area of Buckhead is safe and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I chose this hotel because of the option of a suite with two double beds, and a sofa bed. You could fill the springs on the sofa, bed mattress with your hand. No one other than a small toddler could’ve been comfortable on the sofa bed. Also, no blanket was provided to make up the sofa bed, only sheets with a note saying, if you required any extra bedding to call the front desk. One odd thing about the hotel is its location between two large buildings, one of which you have to drive under to get to the Hyatt. This hotel is not situated directly on the street, so watch carefully as you are driving up to the address.

The staff, all that I saw the 5 days of staying there seemed young, untrained, no hospitality training, could careless about guest. When i asked young girl who worked maybe 3-11pm, she had a not so great attitude, almost made me go there with her. The night audit guy, he seemed sketchy, i didnt feel comfortable giving him information to charge items to my room. At Check-out early AM..before 6am, he just told me to leave keys on counter, and hed take care of it...i was not offered a receipt, or anything, these people work in the wrong industry. I guess this hotel just needed people to work, but, at least spend time training thrmand how to treat a ghest. I have work in Hotels over 15 years, and felt like this was very unacceptable, especially when i asked about how do I find something to eat around, the young lady just told me go on Uber Eats, or the other delivery services, abd look them up. She didnt offer to assist, give me suggestions, let me know what was open at the time of night I got in..i couldnt wait to get out of there. I didnt even feel comfortable having housekeeping serve my room, but one day of the 5 days of my stay. Im sorry. I dont think id stay there again.

Staff was average. Could do with some additional customer service and presentation training. Had an incident where staff accessed my room for cleaning an hour after checking in. Also, tried to check in early and was told check in is at 3pm and there would be an early check in $40 charge even though a room was available. Then began working in the lobby only to be told about noon that I could be checked into my room. Convoluted, unnecessary and inconsistent

After waiting it out about a hour and half, we called down to the front desk after midnight because other guests were extremely loud(party). Front desk said they couldn’t help because they couldn’t leave the desk and there was no security. Even after there are “quiet hours” posted. How are we supposed to be safe if there’s no security or at least one other staff that can assist? I had seen security the previous 2 nights, so not sure what happened that night, but I don’t think we’ll be choosing Hyatt again if they understaff like this.

I was very disappointed with the lack of hospitality at this hotel. When I first walked in I didn't even know where the front desk was. A lady sitting in the lobby in a far corner acknowledged me after I said how do I check in, where's the front dwsk. She got up to check me in , gave me directions on where to park and that was it. I had to ask about any other services you may have offered. My husband and I were disappointed about where we had to park. We had to do two trips to get everything we needed out of the car and into our room. When we finally settled in, I realized the phone didn’t work because I was trying to call the front desk about the fridge that didn’t seem to work. The new guy at the front desk didn't even answer the phone, he just kept placing me on hold. After being on hold twice for 5 minutes each time, he finally answered. I told him of my problems but I just wanted to know which way do I turn the fridge dial to make it cooler. He said I'll send a maintance man and hung up. The maintenance man showed up in a dwcent amount of time and showed me how to use the phone. I had to push a green button to turn it on. As for the fridge, it never got cool and I didn’t feel.like dealing with the front desk anymore. He told me if I wanted a microwave I had to go down in the breakfast area to use the guest one. I'm glad I only stayed there for one night, but I will not be staying there again. I had just buried my mom the day before and I had driven 4 hours to get ther

The hotel is in good condition and the daily breakfast was good. The only complaint would be the noise from the street that can even be heard in the top floors. Windows should be better sound proof. Also, it seems unsafe to walk around the area of the parking lot as homeless people roam around.

Rude and unprofessional staff, left me feeling like i was begging for their attention. Guy who checked us in did a poor job of explaining the hotel's already minimal accommodations. Adding into the fact that the room isn't the cleanest (dirty nightstand outlets) and small and outdated fitness center. You are much better off going somewhere else. Hope the staff gets the training in customer service and cleaning they need as it desperately needed as the area is pretty great otherwise.

This was substantially more affordable than other hotels in the Buckhead area, so I was surprised when we arrived and saw how lovely it was. The entrance and lobby are inviting with lots of different smaller areas to sit. The room was well-equipped and had comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also impressive- not just your average free hotel breakfast. There were hot times like French toast, eggs, sausage, as well as an area to make parfaits with yogurt and granola and other goodies, lots of good fresh fruit. The breakfast area was also very spacious so there weren’t too many people in one cramped space trying to make their plates. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would recommend.

Everything about my stay was great with one exception. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was convenient (a little expensive) and the hotel was very conveniently located for anyone wanting to be near lots of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The only negative was the breakfast arrangement. It was chaotic and disorganized. Not once were there enough plates, bowls, or cutlery for the very normal number of guests present. More often than not, the actual food was all gone as well. The staff did their best to replenish, though!

BREAKFAST WAS OPEN AND FOOD NOT COVERED. I HAD HAIR IN MY PLATE. THE FOOD WAS JUST LOUSY, NOT SANITARY. THE FOOD WAS LOUSY AND UNSANITARY. THERE WERE NO PAPER PLATES, CUPS OR PLASTIC UTENSILS.THE COOK SWEPT THE FLOOR WHILE PEOPLE ATE. THE GIRL WHO WORKED THE FOOD SECTION WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THE CHECK IN HOST-WOMAN WHO WORKED DURING THE WEEK ACCOMODATED WITH ROOM FOR SENIOR MOTHER WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL.

Overall, the stay was ok. Our room was at the front of the building and around 2am there would be street racing going on. Super loud cars. Really didn’t like listening to it all night. There was a family reunion going on while we were there and the hotel said at 10pm - 6am was quiet hours. It was not. The reunion was loud and outside the front of the building. So we could hear them as well. Breakfast was alright, although they did have something different that was hot/cooked each morning.

I stay here at times. In this trip breakfast was not food at all. Cook must have change. Very disappointed and the room they gave me I was hearing music from the window. It was a work trip like always and a good night sleep is important.
