I truly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta. The service, from valet and check in to pool side service and Bar Margot staff were incredible! I felt welcomed and accommodated. My only isssue was that my bathroom floors were very sticky and my “city view” was of a view of an abandoned grass property filled rubble. Aside from that, excellent stay for a nice staycation. I was also pleasantly surprised that the temporary incidental authorization was just $250 per night. I will be back for a full spa staycation

I have stayed here almost 10 times. They are always quick overnight stays. This time I was able to enjoy the amenities and they did not disappoint. The pool, locker room and sauna was so relaxing. It was also the first time to dine at the restaurant. It was great! I enjoyed everything!

We stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday. Having experienced multiple 4 and 5-star hotels, I expected top-notch service for a expensive room. I made a last-minute reservation and requested a birthday surprise. Initially, I was offered a mini cake and prosecco, which I confirmed. The concierge mentioned they needed more time for room decorations, but I agreed to any small gesture. I also requested a charcuterie board and chocolate strawberries, which they said could be arranged through in-room dining. We checked in late, around 8-9 pm. Before arrival, I was offered an upgrade to a private terrace room for several hundred more, which I accepted. Upon arrival, there were only a few balloons and none of the items I ordered. Guest services promised to investigate but never called back. The highlight was bartender Nick at the hotel bar. Such a beautiful hotel.. we were disappointed that the pool/spa were not available for use, and we were not advised of this prior to our stay. Thankfully, a neighboring hotel allowed guests of Four Seasons to use their pool facilities. Our only other problem at the hotel was the air conditioning system in our room was not working properly and the room stayed too warm for our entire stay, never getting below 76 degrees. Even after reporting it twice to the front desk two times, the problem was not resolved, causing restless nights because it was too warm in our room. I feel for the the price paid, this should not have been an issue. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

This is probably the 'oldest' Four Seasons hotel I've ever been to...The hotel definitely needs to invest in replacing the furniture and room equipment. It's all very worn, as if from a previous era. But they have a good spa area.

This is my fourth Four Season Hotel that I had the pleasure of visit and unfortunately I probably won't come back. The hotel is clean, the staff is great but the property is very dated. For a 5 star hotel and the price tag thats attached, I really expected more. Atlanta is a beautiful city and I visit quite often. Too bad, I wont have a Four Seasons Hotel to stay at. Disappointed guest.

The room was very comfortable as one is used to at the Four Seasons. A bit smaller than other rooms we have stayed at, at other properties. Staff was wonderful. Thank you Robert for being so efficient at our arrival and for anything we needed. The only thing I didn't have time to address was wifi wasn't working in the room.

Always stay here when in Atl. The restaurant staff, valet team, and others are always so welcoming. They remember all of my details like where my kids attend college, what year in school, where I’m traveling from, drink preference…it’s like visiting friends. There are many less expensive lodging options, but when familiarity, comfort, safety, and attentiveness are of utmost importance, Four Seasons ATL is without peer in the market.
