Once we checked in. Everything was fine. Elevator was very slow. Didn’t think nothing of it. Went the the game game home and trash was left everywhere outside walking up to hotel. Leaving the hotel we got Stu king the elevator for 20 minutes. Once the door opened we told the front desk and was laughed at. She said it happened to her already last week. Not very professional from a staff member. Other things were present. If this goes further I will go into detail then.

Smelled horrible, sheets and towels did not smell clean. Bed was hard and you could feel all the springs in the mattress. Indoor pool was not running nor heated. Overall it was a sleepless night

Was convenient to Truist park. Clean and pleasant staff. Elevators were a little scary and ice machines not available on every floor, but otherwise a nice clean and convenient stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were big, the beds were comfy, and the AC worked perfectly. We were in town for the Braves vs Astros game. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the game. It was a nice touch. We walked back from each game. It was an easy walk and we felt very safe. The pool was very clean. The hotel offers free parking and free breakfast which is a huge bonus. If you are going to a Braves game and need a hotel. I recommend this one. The staff was very friendly. I asked for few a local recommendations and they were happy to assist.

The towels were stained, the remote didn’t work until someone had to come program a new one, the ac/heating unit wasn’t working properly, and 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service (the one that did work, sounded like it was about to fall apart). Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Spend $20-30 more a night and go to one of the other surrounding hotels.

Didn’t know the pool was out of order prior to my stay. Don’t remember it being communicated at all. If I knew, I would have booked another hotel. Live and learn. It’s convenient to Truist Park, that’s why we came. It’s a typical hotel, what more could you want?

I liked that it did not smell like marijuana and it was close to the Truist Field. If you want to work out, hang it up! The treadmill did not work, and the elliptical did not even turn on. Most of the buttons were missing, and the control panel fell off when I tried to use it. The indoor pool and room were nice. I would stay there again.

The check in was fine. The poor guy behind the desk was by himself at peak check-in time! He did great he could have used some help because there was quite a long line of people waiting to check in. The room was ok, but it needs to be updated to include more USB ports. There were only two. One on each lamp and they didn't work at all. Very loose connection. The only way we could charge devices was with a block (that we luckily had) plugged into an outlet. Breakfast food was good but the coffee was universally disliked by the coffee drinkers in our group. They said it was really bad coffee. The hotel has added a free shuttle to Truist Park which was fabulous! It's not a bad walk to the stadium but being shuttled was really nice! Kudos for that!

This hotel was very convenient to the the Atlanta Braves stadium! They even offer a shuttle service to the ballpark. Very nice!

Room smelled like mold. Shower did not work it was taped up, like was broken. We had to move rooms and the next room we got the ac was so loud I couldn't sleep and it also smelled like mold, above the shower was water damage.

The room was not clean. The sheets were stained and the floor had old bleach stains in the floor. There was a roach in my daughter’s bed. The water did not get hot. The bed is hard. Not worth the money, choose a different locale. The staff were friendly however. That’s the only good thing I can report.

When we entered the room it had a terrible musty smell. We were given a handicap accessible room and there was not a tub just an open shower so water just laid on the bathroom floor, may have caused the smell! When we went to bed and looked at the ceiling we saw mold! The pillows were so thick and hard it was better to go without. Was not a pleasant stay

Very unclean, smelled horrible, had a reservation for 4 only had 3 towels in our room. The carpet had tons of “red” stains on them horrible experience not worth the price!

Cockroaches in the room, manager refused to refund our stay when we left. We did not want to stay in an infested room, manager only offered a 50% discount.

Strong floral air freshener smell in the halls and lobby, room smells like urine like a low rate nursing home, room had semi replaced carpet with bleach spots up the side, bathroom was dirty. Not sure why this hotel had high ratings on Travelocity. We looked for somewhere else to stay when we got to the room. We did like the shuttle to

Property was very clean, staff were professional and friendly. Will stay there again when attending another Braves game.

Not all outside doors worked to allow you inside. Hotel smelled like pesticides. Hair not cleaned out of shower and no towels or wash clothes were provided in our room. Had to call front desk and get them ourselves

The room was clean and the overall hotel was clean. The staff was pleasant. The room was affordable.

Air conditioning unit was awful. Took a whole day of going back and forth to get moved. Won’t be back.

The bed was not comfortable and the A/C unit on the wall didn’t work.

Interior could use an update

Bed was old, Furniture in room, none of the usb outlets worked, Egg was watery on Sunday, Felt the gym on website was miss leading vs what was actually there. The back door from parking lot was broken and any one could come in security laxed. While you had a large door to close the dumpster in it was open all weeken with garbage spilling out from the excess bags on the ground. Towels were old and flimsy, Toilet seat was coming off when we entered the room had to fix myself.

Very convenient to Truist Park and a plus was the shuttle to the park which we were not expecting, Our room was very spacious and clean but the water pressure was less than stellar. Our room faced the busy HWY/roadway area and was very loud through out the night. We would stay again but definitely get a even numbered room they face the back not the road way.

The hotel was very convenient and just a short walk to the Battery. The hotel was very clean. We could feel the springs in the mattress the first time we sat on it, however, ended up not being an issue.

Stayed for Braves game. Room was LOUD from interstate traffic all night long. For $350 a night they could afford larger TV in room and remote that actually changed volume. Hot water for shower - check room for this before you unpack.

Very clean room with lots of space to relax. Great location although traffic from 275 could be heard without the heat or AC running. Very nice breakfast spread and clean eating area and lobby. Definitely worth it compared to high prices of other nearby hotels.

No hot water, a lot of the bathroom was falling apart or stuff just didn’t work. The AC wasn’t kicking on and kept reverting back to its original temp. The price was not worth the room.

Noisy, from the highway, and keep hearing noisey around my door in my room. Just real creepy, did not sleep well at all. Not going back.

The staff were very friendly and were very helpful. This is a lovely place to stay with so many great options for food and beverages at your convenience. One staff member i would love to give a special thanks to is Kanisha she was very friendly and polite and made sure my stay was wonderful, and she gave great recommendations about places near by. I would Definetly be back to stay at this great location!

I made reservations april 1st for may 14th. Recieved 2 emails the day before my stay about having reservations and arrival instructions. When i get there they cant find my reservations at all and after them telling me they had another room and waiting 1.5 hours they tell me its all occupied.

The computer system was down and the staff continued to manually check people in and were still very cheerful. The property provided shuttle service to The Battery and Truist Park. It was a very nice experience.

Staff was a little rude to me, i asked for a 30 min late check out due to over sleeping and was told 'Cobb County Police are on standby, a phone csll away and within two mins would be there to edcort me out' excuse me? I thought the idea of a customer accomodating hotel was to be friendly, not threatening. A simple 'not at this time' would have been a little more respectful i feel like.

I left my extra car key in the safe. I called and the front desk told me how to get a USPS prepaid package to them. They sent my key home to me!!! Great service and stay. Always come to this hotel to stay and watch a Braves game!

I stayed here for three nights during All-Star Week. At check-in, I was told there would be a $50 hold—no problem. The next day, I saw the full stay, the $50 hold, and an unexpected $1150 hold taken from my account. When I asked about it, I was told it was a software error and to call my bank to fix it—completely unhelpful. I asked to speak with the manager multiple times and was told she was in meetings with no clear time of availability. After three days of trying, I finally spoke with her. Rather than apologize, she argued and asked me what I wanted them to do. I requested accommodation for the inconvenience, and she agreed to a 15% refund, which I accepted just to end the back-and-forth. On check-out, I discovered the refund was never applied. After more arguing, a front desk clerk finally applied a discount she was authorized to give, but the manager never followed through. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel. Oh and the hotel smelled of mildew, the bed had zero support, the shower looked like an DIY project and the water pressure was terrible. The elevator was out of service so they only had one working. Every time you walked outside you were hit with a very strong smell of weed.

Friendly helpful staff! We only had one towel but thet was quickly corrected after we called the desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle guy was super nice. Breakfast could use a little bit of an upgrade but good location to go to Braves game!

When I arrived in the room, I noticed that the room safe was locked. I called down to ask if the manager could open the safe for me. He proceeded to give me the master code over the phone and told me how to unlock the safe. When I told him that would allow me to open any safe, or anyone to open my safe he said it was OK because they didn't give out the code. When I said that he just gave the code to me, he said that was only because he was busy. I decided I could not stay in a hotel that had such poor security procedures. When I checked out the next morning (2 days early) they apologized and said I would get a refund. I have not received a refund.

This hotel is awesome! It's within walking distance to the Braves Stadium. It's clean and roomy! We loved our stay with them immensely!

The location was perfect for our stay. The motel even provided a shuttle to the Braves game which we took advantage of. However, it is next to I-85 and traffic was very heavy. We could hear the sounds throughout the night but were able to sleep okay. Although the motel could use updates, it was very clean. The mattress felt a little uncomfortable and worn. Overall, the motel was a good deal. I would definitely stay again when heading to the baseball games.

Parking was easy, great location to the Battery.

Property was okay and smelled nice at first. But you can tell they are trying to mask the smell of mold in the rooms with the perfume scent they have sprayed throughout the hotel. Other than that, it was a pretty straight forward stay. The breakfast was terrible, would suggest not relying on them for breakfast.

Good experience overall. Convenient location near food, entertainment, and the highway. Room was clean, hot water and TV worked well. Basic hot breakfast was just what we needed. Hallways have a strong but pleasant scent. Comfortable stay! I would definitely stay again.

Property was close to the ballpark, a quick 10 minute walk. But if you are planning on heading to downtown Atlanta, it's a long transit ride. You can take a 20 minute Uber but the rates fluctuate a lot and can get very high. Hotel itself was clean, however a room cleaning during our stay would have been nice. Buffet was pretty basic but good to have the option.

Nice room. Good location. Not the easiest to get into. Vacant lot with rubble view. First day breakfast was very good. Second, the eggs were cold. Waffle House close.

I did not like breakfast ending at 9am. Suggest at least coffee, juice.,muffins etc being available until at least 10am. Thanks.....Otherwise, everything was great.

Breakfast-coffee very weak, need to have choice of more strong coffee. Food was not appetizing at all.

It was an easy process of checking in by pre-checkin. Rooms were nice. Had a great breakfast and it was ope for 3 hours so you didn’t have to get there too early. Walking distance to the ballpark. We were there for a concert which was at the Coca Cola Roxy. Had parking that was not valet. Easy checkout! We had a great stay! Rooms clean and it all looked nice

The only reason to stay at this hotel is that it’s within reasonable walking distance to Truist Park. We checked in online ahead of time, per the suggestion from the email stating it would “save time.” However, we still had to wait in line to get our room keys and sign paperwork. Not sure any time was actually saved. The room smelled like wet socks—mildewy carpet, I think. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and visibly patched with peeling spackle. There was no drain cover/plug in the shower—just an open hole. The towels are more like washcloths and you only get one per person per stay unless you specifically ask for more from a room service person. (If you’ve seen Planes, Trains, and Automobiles—imagine the scene at the Braidwood Inn where Steve Martin’s character tries to dry off after his shower with a washcloth.) One of our hand towels was visibly smeared and soiled with a brown, mud-like substance. The continental breakfast of powdered eggs and malt-o-meal cereal was…there. But there is free cucumber water in the lobby if you go early enough!
