Praktiskt hotell mitt i gallerian. Lite krångligt system för hotellets parkeringsplatser men med rätt receptionist löste det sig och det fanns plats för vår bil. Stor och fin frukostbuffe med gott om sittplatser.

Rummet/rummen var tyvärr väldigt slitna. Vi fick byta då vårt rum gränsade till ett annat med en oisolerad dörr mellan så vi hörde allt i grannens rum. Slitna rum, tyvärr, smutsiga fingrar på dörrarna och fläckar på golven. Trasigt element i ett av rummen. Trasiga glödlampor och persiennor. I det andra rummet rasade sänglampan när jag skulle tända den. Hotellet ligger helt perfekt mitt i Gallerian och nära Tunnelbana. Bra service då vi fick nytt rum. Sköna sängar.

Funktionell design på rummet som gjorde att det kändes rymligt och hade allt jag behövde trots den lilla ytan. Något slitet men inte så jag störde mig, helt rent. Bra personal. Väldigt bra plats direkt i Solna centrum med butiker för allt. Dessutom var detta det billigaste hotellet jag bokat senaste året trots att det visade sig vara bland de bästa.

We stayed for three nights and the room was comfortable, large enough and perfectly clean, although a little warm. Breakfast was very good and service was friendly and helpful. It's a one minute walk to the metro (underground) station for a trip into town. The Strawberry Arena is a pleasant 25 minute walk away, too.

Rummet va rymligt men väldigt gammalt typ 70 tal. Det va nog den VÄRSTA xtra säng jag legat i ever, den va så dålig att vi fick turas om under natten att ligga i den, vi låg ju ändå på hotell. Borde få pengarna tillbaka. Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Nära till tunnelbanan oxå.

Hotel ligt een beetje uit het centrum van Stockholm. Het ligt wel vlakbij een metrohalte waardoor je op 9 minuten in het centrum van Stockholm staat. Het is rustiger gelegen en dit was voor ons zeker een voordeel. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. De kamer was wel warm en moeilijk af te koelen. Er was geen airco. Er stond wel een ventilator. De badkamer was wat verouderd. Voor ons was dit zeker voldoende voor onze fijne citytrip!

The rooms were very small (about 7m^2). There was a small window you could not open. On top there was no AC, resulting in extremely stuffy and moist air. Even the corridors had no AC or windows you could open, so you could not even air out the room through the corridor. The location of the hotel was confusing and unattractive. You could only access the entrance through a shopping mall. If you try to get back to the hotel after 8pm there is a "mall-cop" driving on a segway, who will force you to get out of the mall and use another way to the hotel which is not easy to find on your own. The hotel provides few parking spaces for guests, but those cost about 21€ per night and they could not even guarantee you a space, it was first come first served. The employee wanted us to pay upfront and if there were no free parking spaces we could not get the money back (eventhough this does not seem to be norm, another employee offered us to check the parking spaces first before paying). Definitley do not recommend this hotel. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Ok hotel, good breakfast buffet, clean and overall ok.. the room on 12th floor was very hot and with no ac it was borderline unpleasant even with the fan. Also the taxi fares to the city center from Solna is crazy expensive.. 700-800 sek so had we known we would have spent a little more on a hotel in city center

Fabulous hotel right inside the Solna Centrum Shopping Mall and about a 2 minute walk to Line 11 of the Stockholm Metro that gets you to Stockholm Central Bus and Train Stations in 9 minutes. Really fantastic hotel with probably the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. WiFi speed was about 20mb and extensive TV channels in the room as well. Very comfortable bed also. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Stockholm.

This hotel was a great location for event at Friends Arena. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Sara went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a special event. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of choices, friendly staff and large seating area. Proximity to Metro provided east access to Stockholm City center and Friends Arena. I would stay here again!

Tjejen i receptionen första kvällen var super trevlig och service minded. Mannen som stod där de andra kvällarna verkade mest tycka att man störde, dessutom tog det 30 min innan någon visade sig i lobbyns bar en kväll och struntade i att ta beställning när han inte förstod vad cava är. Frukosten var enkel men fräsch och det mesta fanns. Läget på hotellet är något krångligt att inte helt tydligt vart man går in varken från garaget eller från utsidan på kvällarna. För att spara på miljön valde vi bort städning osv men det gjordes ändå.

Isabell som checkade in oss var service minded, hjälpsam och jätte trevlig. Fixade så vi fick komma till rummet snabbt, var frukosten var och eftersom vi skulle på konsert förklarade hur vi hittade ingången på kvällen. isabell fixade även taxi åt oss till tåget dagen efter, otroligt härlig tjej. Tips till hotellet: gör en karta på smidigaste vägen till mall of Scandinavia och Strawberry arena som ni kan dela ut och även hur man hitta ingången efter köpcentret stängt. Antingen liten pappers karta eller qr kod. Vi fick hjälpa några på natten som inte hittade.

This area is great when wanting to be close to Stockholm center but in a quiet area. Hotel is inside a mall so you also have options to buy anything you might have forgotten during your trip. The staff goes above and beyond with your questions and request. One of the best staff during my travels in Europe. Shout out to Beljana.

This hotel is in Solna centrum shopping mall. Mall close at 8:30 pm, Only night entrance is at Centralvagen by subway. Use key card or call on the intercom on the right side of the swing door. About 15 minutes from T-centralen So good location!! and free breakfast so good too!!

Ho soggiornato al Best Western Plus Solna a Stoccolma e l’esperienza è stata molto pratica. L’hotel è ben collegato sia con l’aeroporto che con il centro città grazie alla linea metro 11, che ferma proprio lì vicino. Per arrivare dall’aeroporto ho scelto il bus Flygbussarna in direzione Bromma, scendendo a Kista Centrum, e da lì è stato facile raggiungere l’albergo. L’hotel si trova dentro al centro commerciale Solna Centrum, quindi è comodo anche per negozi e servizi. Dopo le 20:30 si entra usando il badge dell’hotel dalla porta laterale, subito accanto alla porta girevole. Le camere non sono grandi, ma sono funzionali e pulite. La colazione inclusa è di tipo internazionale, con ampia scelta per iniziare bene la giornata. In generale, un hotel pratico e ben posizionato, adatto a chi vuole muoversi facilmente tra aeroporto e centro città

Overall good stay…. Inside the mall which was interesting and gave you something to do. Not much to do in surrounding area. Very convenient that metro and bus right outside mall. Room was comfortable and spacious, Not happy with 2 twin beds but plus bathroom floors were heated 🤗 breakfast included with overall good options

Ein gutes Best Western-Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Ungewöhlich der Zugang zum Hotel durch das Einkaufskaufszentrum, aber dadurch auch ideal für einen spontanen Einkauf. Sehr gut zu erreichen durch die gleich um die Ecke liegende U-Bahn-Station, mit der man in 10-15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof von Stockholm ist. Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip wunderbar und für schwedische Verhältnisse günstig.

I really enjoyed my stay here,its accessible to the metro and only a few stops from T-Centralen (where you can connect to several other train lines). The staff was very helpful and lovely. I only hope they figured out an easier way for you to find the front entrance after 9pm. Just a piece of advise,if you're coming from the airport make sure to get off at Solna Centrum (there's a few Solna stops,Solna Centrum is where you need to get,that's where the hotel is located. Also once you get into the Solna Centrum mall (the hotel is across from H&M store). The mall of Scandinavian is quite near to the hotel,only a tram ride away (which is a free ride to the mall). The free breakfast is divine. The price is right for the facility.

Innsjekk gikk utrolig fint. Frokost første dag var kaotisk og ingen god oppplevelse, andre og tredje dag gikk bedre, men fortsatt ikke tipp topp, eks ikke varm mat det som en tenker skal være varmt, slik som stekt egg, bønner, pølser og bacon, dette var forøvrig kremert. Pluss poeng for god smakfull og varm kaffe. På kvelden var det manglende kunnskap på å skulle servere, lage til en Gin toninc, ble laget i feil, overfylte glass. Renhold på rom var tilfredsstillende. Rommet også, minus at når man dusjet rant det vann utover hele badet. Samt at det det er lytt fra gangen.

Nej, bacon var kolsvart och inte tuggbar. Äggröra var så fast att man fick skära med kniv. All varm mat var kall. Detta gällde båda dagarna. Rummet var fint,och lakarna var fantastisk bra. Nej nästa gång blir ett hotell längre bort från Solna.

Fabulous hotel right inside the Solna Centrum Shopping Mall and about a 2 minute walk to Line 11 of the Stockholm Metro that gets you to Stockholm Central Bus and Train Stations in 9 minutes. Really fantastic hotel with probably the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. WiFi speed was about 20mb and extensive TV channels in the room as well. Very comfortable bed also. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Stockholm.

This hotel was very good value. Conveniently located, the Solna centrum Metro is right next to it. It was handy also having supermarkets and restaurants in the shopping centre. A very good breakfast was included in the room rate, the breakfast included a wide variety of options. I stayed in a single basic room, and this was big enough for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money, with nicely maintained rooms, super friendly staff, and great breakfast. And despite being outside of Stockholm city centre the 10-minute direct train makes it feel not far away. If going to a concert at Strawberry Arena the option to walk instead of taking crowded trains and buses is fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

It took me more than an hour to find a place to park. While the road construction around the parking entrance certainly contributed to the problem, the main issue was the hotel’s lack of clear parking instructions. There was no advance notice about the construction or any guidance on where guests should park. This made parking extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
