Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Room was nice/large. Parking is free and it's literally right off of the I4 exit. Convenience store/gas station, Bob Evans is a short walk through the parking. I think there's a Cracker Barrel a couple of blocks away as well. Breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was good. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is well kept and very clean. Our check-in person was great. Same experience on checkout. Everyone we spoke to in housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It has an average pool area, but it is ok for the location. The immediate grounds surrounding the Hotel premises is what you expect in a busy area.

Around 7:30 am, informed front desk that i have no shower wash, shampoo or conditioner. She stated that they will change out when i check out. I told her, that i arrived last night and had to use the hand soap to shower. Would like to take a proper shower this morning. She, said fine. If a staff member is not happy to help paying customers, then they need to seek another job. The carpet in the room needs cleaning. I was in 222. The breakfast was great!

I woke up in the middle of the night several times itching my legs. In the morning I had about 15 bites all over my legs. Our children on a separate bed had one or two bites each. Defiantly bed bugs. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated. But I hate that we had to PAY for this experience. I had to throw my luggage away and deep clean all of our possessions. Insult to injury the hotel staff denies there were any bed bugs because they could not find any. But I have bites all over my legs. Do not stay in room 200!!

My pillows in the room had dead bugs on it. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff and she just handed me another pillow to replace it. House keeping didn’t change the sheets- bed was made with the same makeup stain on the bed. Pillows were flat/ deflated- bed was hard. It was very hard to sleep at night.

Bedding totally unsatisfactory. Bed lumpy and not conducive to rest. Both my wife and me arose each morning with back pain. On checkout, desk clerk said "couldn't be - the mattress is only one year old". She did not connect with Hotel Manager. This writeup can also be found on Facebook.

Hai dryer is useless, absolutely no TV guide, lack of c any entertainment on TV, station selections terrible. Who ever designed the layout of the room was only concerned about business travelers. Position of desk & TV indicates preference for Business Travelers however only ONE CHAIR around desk - not very family friendly.

Currently staying here with my wife and I must say that we are blown away by not only the room we are staying in, but the staff as well! Jennifer in the front went above and beyond to accommodate us and we are so grateful for her! She is so friendly and warming that it felt like family taking care of us! She is what every hotel business dreams of when having a staff member and she deserves such a recognition! The room is so beautiful and HUGE! Never been in such a spacious room and it is so clean and inviting! The note Jennifer left for us as well was very sweet and shows that customer service here is top tier! A couple failures: The room's air conditioning wasn't working and the front desk person couldn't get it working either. To make it worse, the windows don't open. We put up with it instead of the hassle of moving to another room. Also, the "Business Center" was just a printer semi-hidden along a hallway. The online printing functionality did not work and there didn't seem to be a USB port to plug a thumb drive into.

I arrived to my room after check in, my bathroom shower was missing a shower curtain and then my toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager, Chris said they didn’t have one on site. He refused to give me his number and Instead he proceeded to say he will be on property tomorrow. I drove 3 hours for an event but I will not be staying here again. Very unorganized and inconvenient.

The woman at the desk was extremely unprofessional when an issue occurred with a deposit as I checked in (which I had no idea about prior). Tried to blame me and my mother, who was also checking in at the time, for an issue paying for the fee. The machine said “Payment Successful”, and I was told it was not. My payment is still “pending” in my banking app and I checked out over two weeks ago.

Staff was not helpful. They didn’t appear to want to be there. In fact, we returned from a concert at 12:00 am and the power was out in the hotel and there was no staff there at all. No one at the front desk or anywhere on property. I thought that was odd. Breakfast food was half stocked. Most items missing.

Great stay close to the mid Florida amphitheater. Quiet hotel we got a suite on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. It was quiet. Not much to eat without getting in the car.

The so-called free "breakfast" was a joke! It supposedly is served until 10 AM but I was in the breakfast area at 9:20 and there were no eggs, no milk, no half & half, no bagels. Just dry raisin bread and some unappetizing looking sausages!

We enjoyed our stay with Hampton Inn. The breakfast was terrible! Food was cold, coffee was cold and there was no regular coffee just strong. The milk was room temp, sausage was old and looked like it had been reheated a few times. With the rate we paid plus a dog deposit I expected a nice breakfast or at least coffee.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, especially during our departure on Sunday morning. However, our experience was slightly impacted by the lack of efficiency at breakfast. When we first went to get a cup of coffee, there was none available, so we decided to eat our breakfast and return afterward. Unfortunately, even then, the wait for coffee was so long that we had to leave without any. I was surprised that something as simple and essential as morning coffee wasn’t better managed. A little more attention to this detail would have made the stay feel more complete.
