Hotel Fuego Bronx near Yankee Stadium

I’ve checked in on may 9 to may 10 I suppose to check in at 10pm I’ve got there around 10:30pm and I ended up checking in at 1am. the service is terrible and they don’t respect no customer or help. they supposed to help a customer when they’re is mistake on their reservation but they don’t care about you doing mistake they won’t help you fixing it, on may 9 the persons that was working on windows he has attitude issues when facing customer. It

Will never go back to this horrible property! Overpriced, nosey, unhelpful, rude, workers. Foreign national operated and owned. Disturbing experiences such as: Broken bathroom sinks, leaking busted ceilings(tried to blame me for their damages after I demanded a room change!)dirty dusty furniture and linens, leaky shower causes slip and fall hazard, not disability accesible in any way, no onsite snacks or bottled water available, no onsite parking available, annoying cleaning lady that talks too much without cleaning anything at all! Needs to be shut down immediately and investigated for business and building code violations! Nightmare!

The non-smoking room emitted an odor of smoke, and the bedsheets contained small burn holes caused by cigarette butts. The female receptionist exhibited a poor attitude and declined to issue an invoice for the stay. Conversely, the male receptionist demonstrated a highly professional attitude.

I felt the area was not safe travel anywhere was inconvenient the hotel was clean neat newly renovated but the only microwave and ice machine was in the lobby in front of the front entrance And the ice machine was small with no ice. The front desk customer service was just ok , parking was very bad in and around the hotel. The room was small just enough space to walk around bed and bathroom was also small.I checked out early and have no plans to return.
