Room was clean and comfortable- so nice to get daily cleaning service! Nice breakfast. Gym is very disappointing. Working out is very important to my daughter and this gym is not suitable for a hotel of this size. Asked to use the facility next door and told we weren’t allowed. You need to offer a better option.

Very clean, knowledgeable staff. We loved the extra perk of using the next door hotel pool. Breakfast was great, the room was big. Highly recommend it.

4th or 5th time staying at this hotel. Great Place! The area outside in the back (where parking is) this time was a bit of a mess and only one elevator was in service. Believe there was construction under way but stayed on the 7th floor on Valentine’s Day so took awhile to get up and down. It happens!

Very clean property. I was impressed with how clean the rooms and bathroom were. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning. All throughout the hotel, it smelled so good. All staff were great and helpful with all questions. Victoria checked us in and gave us all the info we needed. We were able to use the Carribe Royale's amenities during our stay and our boys had a great time. We also took advantage of the complimentary late check out. Will definitely recommend a stay at this place and will be back for our next trip!

We checked in at midnight the roomed smelled musty and old room #216. We then got a new room on a different floor. Smelled better but was not very clean. Hair in the bathroom and tub. Tub wouldn’t drain properly room #330. Definitely would not stay here again. If it wasn’t so late and we weren’t so tired from the parks definitely would have gone to another hotel. We didn’t even want to get under the covers… And this has nothing to do with the hotels fault but they’re was a group of teens running the halls making noise at 1am…

Upon walking into the room, the room had a musty smell. There was food crumbs all over the couch, the couch had lots of stains. The carpet looked old. The beds were not comfortable. Had to wait 15min to check out with only one person ahead of me with two front desk agents, no acknowledgement was made, they attended to a customer that cut right in front of me without saying a word. Finally when I was able to finally check out it took multiple agents to print a receipt. We will not stay there again.

Room service food was subpar. The room service customer service was awful. I called to ask for extra utensils and was told to go get them myself at the market in the lobby. I insisted and was brought a set 15 minutes later. Something in our room were dusty, even after housekeeping stopped by. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

Hotel is in good location for Disney and Universal as well as International Drive. The hotel itself is old, rooms are dated but overall comfortable and clean. Sister hotel Caribe Royale is a nice option for drinks by a nice pool with lots of atmosphere. Our room could sleep 5, but I would say it would be very tight as rooms are narrow. Sofabed once opened takes up most of the space in the sitting area. The breakfast is ok, not much variety (scrambled eggs and sausage daily). Gym is nice but tiny. Ice machines are added bonus on each floor. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Beverly was our clerk at check in and she was great, informative and accommodating. The room had a great layout, bathroom was stylish but the bed could be more comfortable. I found the location of the pool and whirlpool kind of awkward because is right next to the room where the complimentary breakfast happens with everyone watching you using those amenities.

Hotel itself was uncomfortably cold but when we got to the room it was absolutely baltic. Turned off the AC and turned the heat on despite the fact that it was 90+ degrees out. Heat did not help much co turned everything off and by the last day of our stay (three nights) the room was bearable. Suite was not cozy but more functional and has everything you need. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast is buffet style and very basic but again adequate but another day there and we would have skipped and gone to the Waffle House up the street as breakfast very repetitive with the only change being sausage link or sausage patty. Check in and out very efficient and front desk staff very professional.

Loved the free breakfast but same options every morning. Free coffee only available during breakfast. It was affordable but watch out for daily hotel fee. Elevator was broken but had extra one down at the end of the hall. Hotel room door was very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. Clean staircase but dirty hot tub. Pool was heated so the kids loved swimming in 50 degree weather.

Unfortunately, if it hadn't been for the front desk associate, Nelson, I would have given this hotel a higher grade. Our son fell ill on the trip and had to miss his last day at Disney (passes are not cheap); on the day of the flight out, I explained to Nelson that our flight did not leave until 7 pm and had asked if we could have a courtesy late check-out so that our son could go would not have to sit in the Orlando airport for 7 hours with a fever and coughing, etc. He said all he could do was "offer a noon check-out" and that if I were to check out at 3 pm, "a $75 charge would automatically be incurred." Mind you, this hotel was listed as an Expedia 'VIP Access'? Nelson did not make us feel like VIPs at all. We were disappointed in Nelson's lack of empathy and customer service, knowing that we lost the money we spent on the Disney pass since our son could not go. In this situation, he could have overridden the late check-out fee and made an exception for what we had to deal with that day at the airport with our son. Because Nelson handled this situation in the manner that he did, we will not stay at this hotel EVER again.

We found this hotel suffered from some road noise. The plumbing in our room was also problem. In response the hotel treated us with kindness and respect with special thanks to the reception team and hotel manager, Carly who allowed us to check out early without penalty. Would I recommend families stay here ? Absolutely ! For us elderly couples it just wasn’t aimed at us. They deserve their high guest rating.

Front desk staff was rude and unable to help us out. I misplaced my ID and they didn’t allow us to check in even was almost midnight and with kids. I offered a few options but they said only photo ID. Luckily Expedia service was able to change the reservation under my husband and use his ID

Staff was very accommodating and nice. We were able to check in early, before noon. Another staff member printed out our cruise boarding passes and luggage tags. Multiple staff members at breakfast greeted and rounded on guests. The room was clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was amazing! They even had herbs on the potatoes and sausages were mixed with onions and peppers. I’ve never seen a free hotel breakfast spread like that. It’s also adjacent to another big resort and you can go there to shop or enjoy the restaurants. Even though we only stayed one night, we were impressed. Highly recommend.

The hotel it's self was nice enough estically and the rooms were spacious. The traffic around the hotel was horrible and very noisy especially at night. The pool area was extremely small and crowded for the size of the hotel. The food at the hotel was the same every day but there was a good selection. The food at the pizza place on site was not great. Beds were uncomfortable. Near to some shopping and restaurants.

The property is beautiful...the staff was very nice, the lobby offers refreshing cucumber and pineapple water (limited time)... the breakfast was okay (hot buffett menu didn't change)... The room/suites were roomy, nice and comfortable... the beds/mattress wasn't very comfortable for me... the toilet was low... I wish there were more variety with hot items on breakfast buffet. Overall, I think you will truly enjoy your stay here, I did.

The room and facility was comfortable but there was a lot of elevator noises. Our room was near elevator but not right next to it. The breakfast was not as good as my previous visits. We were there 5 days and had no bacon. The whole area changed. Pool restaurant food had mo flavor. We got red snapper it tasted like paper.

Hotel is very close to theme parks and provides transportation to the parks. I don't know if there is a fee for transportation, we had a rental car. CVS and Urgent Care are right across the street. If you forget something from home, Walmart is very close too. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. It was the same thing every day: scrambled eggs, oatmeal, potatos, bananas, oranges, one day sausage links, and next day sausage patties. We were there 9 days. It was exactly the same breakfast every day. Some days I only ate oatmeal; same breakfast every day was not appetizing. I asked several employees why it was the same breakfast every day, they all said many visitors had complained about it too. One employee said that previous owner/ management provided better breakfast. Another employee stated they have informed management about the breakfast complaints and they don't want to change the menu.
