The pools are beautiful and the pool area is clean. Lots of loungers. We stayed in hamilton bldg and it was close to pool. Parking was easy to find. We also loved the screened in balcony. Our room was well decorated and clean. I loved the text option to get more towels etc. Overall it was an amazing stay!

The room was good. Big and spacious . Was nice to have a stove and washer and dryer. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because there isnt a real sit down restaurant in the resort, only a place by the pool where you get up and order your food from the bartender. I like a bigger hot tub too.

This was our second stay at this hotel and they did not compare to the first time. We were awoken early on a few occasions because of leaf blowers running outside the hotel. Also, we had the fire alarm system go off at the whole establishment. We can get everybody up at 9 AM in the morning. Those alarms are ear piercing, and that's something I would wish on anybody to be awoken by. Also, the lack of handicap parking was a frustration for me as I am handicapped. Only two spots at the building where I was staying which housed hundreds of vacationers. Our stay was for two weeks, but we left three days earlier because of before mentioned frustrations . I do not plan on staying here next year.

The 3 pools, being able to text as well as call for any inquiries, requests or issues as well as quick response. Being able to request a cart to pick you up and take you from your building to the front reception area. We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was very lovely. Clean, well decorated and spacious. My Wife and I stayed there with our daughter who needed her own space and having her own bedroom was like having like she said "her own apartment". We stayed in room with full kitchen (full fridge) which we used well. If you have a fridge you can buy grocercies from a local publix and save on meals (many resterantrs but often very expensive). I made eggs for myself every breakfast on the electric stove. The bathrooms were nice though which the bathroom had closing door, it was almost wide open. Our daughters bathroom was typical shower/bath which was fine and her room has a smaller kitchen area without a stove and only microwve which was fine as we didn't want her cookking. she had a minifridge whichw as fine for her. The rooms were ajoining. The only issue that came up was when she went to our room from hers. If she closed the door between rooms she couldn't get back into her own room. One time she couldn't get back into room and the key didn't work from her outside door (rooms has 2 enterances per room). The sensor for her outside door read as if the latch lock was on which it wasn't so we needed to call security to come get it open. Otherwise was a great time!

The place was amazing but it was obvious the place was cleaned superficially. I could see handprints on the headboard of the bed. The shower was dirty. I found black hair on the walls and the shower floor felt sticky. We had to go purchase sandals to shower. Other than that the place was pretty good

The room was in need of a deep clean. The bathroom was small and oddly shaped, you basically had to stand up against the toilet to open the door. There were piles of dust behind bed table which I needed to access for an outlet as there were not many accessible. The property was beautiful and check in was easy. The pool area was also beautiful and the store had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Room was ready before check in which I appreciated after a long day of travel. There were still some wrappers left from the precious guests but overall was clean upon arrival. The room was adequate for my stay but the pillows weren’t that comfortable. My kids loved the pool with the waterfall! Overall great stay for the price!

Very nice place to stay and very clean throughout just my only issues during my visit was the pillows were too soft or needing replacement , because I woke up the next day with a slight headache and neck pain and my wife felt the same but not as bad I did.

Room was spacious , very clean with a kitchen. Quiet area that was within walking distance to Sea World and a 1 mile drive to Aquatica. The 2 cons were intermittent internet and only 1 elevator for the building.

The hotel amenities are good, no breakfast Rooms are big but very dated. The pictures showed in the website is not accurate or its for some rooms that have been updated. Bed, carpet, curtains very dated. No Netflix on TV. Check-in time is 4pm but my room was only available at 6pm. 2 hours waiting at the lobby.

Fantastic property. Needs updated inside the rooms. Some of the flooring grout is lifting. The workers keep painting over the issues without correcting the issues. Elevator quit working when we were there.

We stayed for 3 days. Room with full kitchen was very nice, 2 large TV's, balcony. Very clean & spacious. We were able to walk back to the hotel from SeaWorld as we were done prior to shuttle pick up. Pools and outdoor areas were beautiful. Only slightly negative thing was king bed was hard. Everything else was great and updated.

Overall a nice hotel, great pool and bar/restaurant area. We got a studio king, which was sufficient for two of us, but the bathroom was cramped and small. The way the bathroom was configured made it difficult to close the door without squeezing yourself to one side.

The staff are great. It is an older property that has some wear but it’s overall maintained well. Lot’s of activities and stuff plenty of pools. The suites are spacious and comfortable. I would not recommend eating on site as the food wasn’t that great and expensive but it is so conveniently located that there are plenty of close options.

To be honest, it wasn't a very good experience. We had no air conditioning when we checked into our room the first night (5 pm). It took 3 hours and three phone calls to finally get moved to another room with working air conditioning. No one had a clue what was going on and no one would call us back after promising everytime that they would call us back. They wanted to put a window air conditioner in the patio of our 1st floor room so anyone could just walk right in. They didnt want to move us. My daughter and I were exhausted and just wanted to be able to go to bed. I understand that things happen beyond your control sometimes, but to disregard customers for three hours and simply refuse to fix the problem or even call me back is absolutely absurd. If i wouldn't have kept calling they would've never moved us. That's not customer service at all. The only person who was sorry was the poor girl at the desk who had nothing to do with any of it, other than to take my 3rd phone call. She apologized for everyone else and got us the help that we should've gotten three hours prior. There was no compensation or anything. Not happy at all!! In both of the rooms that we stayed in, the bath tubs had chunks missing out of them that were rusting. The hotel itself was nice and the vast majority of employees were very nice. Whoever the manager and the guy at the front desk were on our first night have absolutely no clue what customer service is though.

The hotel was spectacular. The room was amazing and most of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was not going to make a complaint initially but there was a woman at the help desk in the lobby who made my girlfriend and I uncomfortable. My partner and I are of the same sex and we came in holding hands and the lady gave us a very mean stare. My girlfriend was going to say something but chose not to. I wanted to bring this up because I don’t want other couple of the same sex to experience the same thing. It was very uncomfortable and we shouldn’t have felt like we have to hold ourselves back from being who we are. A hotel should feel welcoming and not like you are being judged. Besides that, the hotel was a great experience. Thank you.

Staff was A1! I got a suite and it was the perfect choice. The room came with almost everything we needed for the week, the staff was friendly and so accommodating at all times! It is conveniently located near major malls and theme parks, we got everywhere within 10-15minutes. Lots of parking and you feel very safe on the premises, there is constantly staff and security circling at all hours for our protection and assistance. I am definitely staying here for my next Orlando stay

Upon arrival at the gate entrance, we provided our name for check-in. We then proceeded to the lobby, where we stood in line and were asked our name and purpose twice by two different staff members while waiting. At the check-in desk, we gave our name again. Afterward, we had to visit another desk to obtain a parking pass and once more provided our name. It seems excessive to be asked for our name and purpose multiple times. By the third time, the staff should have been aware of who we were and why we were there. On a positive note, the room was very comfortable and spacious. However, we were informed that checkout was at 10 a.m., yet housekeeping rang our doorbell at 9 a.m., asking about our checkout time. From a location perspective, the property is technically across the street from SeaWorld. However, there is no designated walking path. Unless you go during the day when the shuttle service is available, attending events such as Hollow Scream at night requires driving your own car or walking approximately 17 minutes through the parking lot.

Checked in and nearly slipped over on wet floor . Checked in had to go to concierge to get car permit . Booked onto something that was promoted to me as something I didn’t quite understand. When I got details it was going to a time share club meeting . Tried to cancel by going to reception next morning before discovery cove , they said they couldn’t cancel it and I had to phone a marketing number . Phoned them twice at just after 5pm - 2st person put me on hold and then after about 5 mins connection lost . Phoned again and told I needed to cancel with the person I had booked with at the hotel - left a message for them on number I was given . Then received phone call from person I booked it with and told her I wasn’t coming as she seemed unaware , I told her I wasn’t coming and basically told ‘it was my loss’ then later on I received another phone call to check I was going to turn up the following day , I said I had cancelled and then she said let me check as she thought I was coming and then she said oh es an email has just come through ….. I am so glad I didn’t go to the talk . The room cleaner came at 17.20 in the evening so I said it was too late for the room to be cleaned as we were checking out the next day . Then I received a text to say they had tried to clean my room but I had declined as a do not disturb sign was on my door . I wouldn’t trust the hotel with a barge pole and it is not a place I would choose to return to . A smell from the air con like old bread / veg

Property was very clean and well kept. Requests were handled right away. Only complaint was the barrage of calls and requests to sit through a time share presentation even after the property was told no we didn’t want to do it. The phone calls have probably made it so we would not stay there again.

Fabulous location, staff friendly. Great pool, coffee and water a nice touch. Great sized room for a family of 4, decor maybe a little tired but it’s clean and of a good size. We got an $8 uber to discovery cove but walked home it was so close.

This is a very nice property convenient to all of the Sea World parks. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pools are large and there is a nice restaurant/bar near the main pool area. There is a convenience store inside the main building which also serves sandwiches, coffee and pizza. They offer a complimentary shuttle to Sea World, although you could walk there if you wanted to. I would stay here again if visiting the Sea World parks.

This hotel was amazingly landscaped and beautiful just to walk around the property or hang by the pool. There was a shop on the property, but we went to the Publix nearby to avoid the expectedly high prices in the hotel shop. The only disappointing thing was there was no breakfast provided.

Beautiful (very large) property with friendly staff! Our stay was short so didn’t get to experience it all, but if your looking for the comforts of home while away this is the place for you! Limited on close dinning out options but their onsite poolside bar is a great option, even for the kids!
