Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Lake Mary - 1036 Greenwood Blvd

Ok for 1 night. Very basic hotel. Not a great breakfast just grab n go. I’d never stay here for more than a night. No ice machines

No usual amenities.

The rooms, lobby are soooo out dated with a old musty smell. You could feel the springs thru the mattress. No ice machine, only vending machines and water is over $3 a bottle. The carpet is peeling up in the hallway as well as the rooms. It was hard to believe this hotel was in Lake Mary. I only stayed because I had a 5 hour Flt delay and it was after midnight and my back was killing me. Learned my lesson

Can not get a paper receipt from front desk . Then on hotels.com site said they had a pool and they do not . Still trying to find a way to get a receipt after checking out.

They don't have a pool...!!!!

Description on Expedia indicates that this property has a pool. It does not. Advertises continental breakfast but only has two choices, coffee and a muffin.

Was the worst stay I have had ... no pool and staff not professional at all. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice

Hotel is older and slightly rough around the edges….lots of trash scattered around the parking lot….rugs very dirty as my white socks were black after walking around my room with no shoes….needs a deep clean and sprucing up…staff is wonderful simply wonderful!!

I discovered the following day when I returned home that my body was covered in bed bug bites. I stayed in room 318.

First appearance a nice room. Showerhead sprayed water up & over shower curtain onto the floor.Next morning a large cockroach on kitchen counter; then one dropped onto my neck as I was getting dressed. Reported to front desk.

We left after walking in the room. They are supposed to refund us. It was smelly, filthy. Totally unclean. Worst ever.

staff on this hotel is rude and dont know how to do their job the room was dirty and found a couple cockroach in the room next to the bed and bathroom

We arrived at this hotel around 4 AM after an exhausting 11-hour drive, only to find out the hotel had marked us as a “no show” and completely canceled our reservation. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had called the front desk at 6:23 PM to let them know we would be arriving very late and even asked if we could check in over the phone. The gentleman assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and that we could check in upon arrival. Well, that was clearly not communicated to anyone. When we arrived, there were no notes, no record of the call, and it turned into a headache just to get our reservation reinstated. I did show the clerk my phone which showed record of my call. On top of that, the entire building had an overwhelming, pungent odor, and once we finally got into our room, it was even worse. The room was filthy, unclean, and smelled so strong that my nose actually hurt and my eyes were irritated. That is not an exaggeration—it was genuinely uncomfortable to breathe in the room. After everything we had already been through, this was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Cockroaches. Room was dirty. Water leaked. Musty smell.

One star hotel at best - absolutley filthy- at 3 or 4 star price. Unacceptably run down with wear marks everywhere, stains on every carpet and damage to every piece of furniture. Smelly room. Dog footprints on carpet. Claiming sofa equals the mising second b3d. secondStaff were friendly.

Bed bugs and fleas. Demanded a refund, promised a call back and no call was received. Photos and videos provided to management.

The room was smelly. The fridge was advanced and disconnected and water was leaking from it. (The lady confirmed that she moved and unplugged it to let the ice melt - though did not place something to keep the water and forgot to bring it back in place.) The place was infested with fleas. (She acknowledged that the room should be treated by a profl.) I booked at about 9pm and left at 11:45pm, and I said I had to check out, and they did not offer any compensation. I needed to get out - so I left. They said they would leave a note on paper because I left before the "next day"!)

Getting a bit run down

Nice rooms. Beds in both rooms very uncomfortable.

The room was larger than most hotel rooms and had a convenient kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, better than those at the cheap motels. Bathroom was a nice size and everything worked as it should. The hallways were a little dingy but I could overlook that because everything else about the stay was very nive.

Nice stay only issue was in room 208 the Ac seems broken it takes a hour of not longer to chill the room especially in the florida heat also the refrigerator doesn't work only the freezer part does

My refrigerator would get cold but go so far

Two night stay. Used for sleep and shower only as room is limited. Power outlets in kitchen and bathroom did not work.

No hot water leaking water in barth tub did not turn off

This place is pretty dumpy but was fairly clean and had a fridge, freezer, sink and microwave

Monica and Rose always know how to meet and greet the public and make my mom and I feel welcome. It is so very nice to be able to approach the front desk and not be given a stuck up nose twitch from a not so nice person.

Staff was amazing. Felt very cared for. The trip was a family member in hospital. I would recommend to friends and family pleasure business or in time to travel for friends and family. Thank you to all staff members making us feel at home away from home.

Good overnight stay with very friendly staff,i am extremely satisfied.

The hotel staff called me around 759 pm to tell me that the hotel could not accommodate me because they were over booked and there was nothing they could to to guaranty my room and they put it to expidia to have me overbooked the lady on front desk stated that 3rd party’s agency use to overbook rooms anyways my issue was not with expidia I’m happy with there’s service it was the hotel Any way I was left with out a place to stayed and the front desk lady hunged up on me

Great staff, Tina and Monica are awesome. Even the night staff are very accommodating.

Monica and Candice are both awesome!! They are both always polite and professional.., they know their jobs and always get me check on on time. I like the esa prices, but their smiles are the reason I come back. Other chains sometimes have a snooty receptionist, but the staff here are always friendly.

I didn't like that there was nobody in the lobby in the lights were off completely there was nobody there to assist me at 2:30 in the morning I was exhausted I called the office nobody answered the phone I paid almost $100 for one night stay for just literally a couple of hours and they could not accommodate me at all by no means is this business savvy horrible experience

Tina and support staff very friendly and welcoming.Safe car parking.Hotel rooms are clean but are in desperate need of refubisment.

My stay was only for a few days. I did not get to check out the area that much. I do love the green scenery approaching the hotel and the location of the hotel itself was good! It was quiet. Clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Monica, Christina, Tina the General Manager are outstanding. They helped me so much and were so patient and friendly. I am so grateful for them and the wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff work around the clock to keep things super clean. I always see someone vacuuming the halls and lobby. Everything is perfect and I have stayed at many ESA in different states and cities. Oh! There’s are gorgeous views of Top Golf and green fields. It’s off of the Main Street but everything you could ever need is 3-5 minutes away. I love it 😍

Convenient and Quiet

Love this location. Always have a good, pleasant stay when I come. I really enjoy spending time at this location. Super quiet and peaceful!

Hotel situated in a park like area among many shops and stores, including A golf facility. The hotel is cleaned, staff, pleasant, although not always available. Rates are reasonable. Worst part was the serve yourself grab n go breakfast.-basically justcoffee, small muffin, and a snack bar. Overall, it’s worth staying here.

Property was very clean , very lenient and reasonable. Convenient with the amenities and they supply you with everything you need. Very great service will recommend this hotel. Only thing is it’s a bit far from all the tourist things

Everything was decent, including the price. Grab and go - coffee, a muffin and a snack bar basically leaves much to be desired. Better to have no breakfast and take a few dollars off the price.

It was a grab and go breakfast.. muffins, oatmeal, nutrigrain bars....coffee was great!

I think they could offer better food during breakfast.

This place comes off a little sketchy and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They also charge a $100 damage deposit, which I was told was just a temporary hold. It wasn’t, it was charged to my card and now I have to wait a week for the refund to go through. I never could find the breakfast which was not a true breakfast. If you can it’s worth staying somewhere else!

check-in was quick and easy at first the room appeared to be very nice after returning later in the day i noticed the carpet needed repair near the entrance to the kitchen this was dirt or mold on the top of the wall of the bathtub the breakfast consisted of cupcakes, oatmeal and coffee not a breakfast for me - that's not even a snack

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast.Had to leave to find food.This needs improvement don’t list it as breakfast when it was a small muffin and coffee

No breakfast as advertised. Just stale muffins. Not idea for my taste. But it was cheap. So I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s all good just the breakfast needs to be better
