Clean, safe, up to date. Adequate parking. Only one of two elevators were operating and this created some long delays. Overall, nice property and I would return.

We had a wonderful stay, but the property is still under repair from hurricane damage. The restaurant on the site was very good, but no breakfast available. The pool was very nice but the whirlpool was out of commission.

Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. When the tide is low you can walk around the island and explore near the mangroves. The prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. Lovers key state park is less than a 10 minutes drive and has so much to do and see. Never very crowded. The staff are awesome and friendly. We will continue to go to vacation here for many more years to come. Simply the best!

The luxury suite was an excellent amount of space. Bathroom was huge and excellent for someone needing accessible. There could be more silverware and plates in the suite. There was a chronic ant problem on the kitchen counters. Gym was great. Maintenance and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Really need to work on how to recycle.

We were there at a time when construction was taking place, so the road into Lovers key was in need of great repair. Our toilet in our unit overflowed and there wasn't a phone in our unit to call maintenance, so I went to the front desk for help. No one was working at the office but, a maintenance man was in the inner office and he came up to help us out. The elevator wasn't fully operational all the time. The restaurant next door, Flippers was very convenient. I'm sure in a few more years when Fort Meyers isn't under going so much rebuilding that roads and bridges are open, things will be better overall. The heated pool was nice as was the gym. It wasn't the most convenient to go to the front desk each morning to get clean towels. Again hopefully in a few more years when more construction is completed in Fort Meyers, there will be more employees to handle housekeeping duties, a shuttle to and from the airport as well as taking guests to shops the beaches and excursions would be a plus.

This is a 12 story building, plus a penthouse. There are 2 elevators. We were told one hasn't worked since December. The other one wasn't working when we checked in, then it worked for 2 days and broke down again.

We always enjoy our time there. The front desk people are always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The lobbies on the ground and first floors are very inviting. We love the pool and spa area plus Flippers Restaurant serves us at the pool. Our condo was very clean and well stocked.

This property feels abandoned. The people that own it have not fixed an elevator that's been broken since November. And the people that manage it don't care about cleaning your rooms. I would never stay there. The surrounding area was completely devastated by the hurricane and there's no mention of that on the website.

The resort itself was great and Macy at Guest Services was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed several delicious meals at Flippers restaurant next door. The pool was nice and warm, and the view from our condo was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. The only downside was the room itself, which was advertised as “luxury”: the palm themed coastal furnishings were fine, and I could live with the 1990s kitchen appliances, but the kitchen was sparsely appointed with dishes, decor was tired and honestly the entire place could use a deep clean and new flooring.

The room was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, and it was very clean. The property itself was very nice. They don’t have housekeeping unless you are there 5 days or longer which is kind of inconvenient. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We arrived on Nov. 25 surprised to find that the resort building and site were a hard hat construction area, with scaffolding going up and down the building. The first floor of the building was also under construction. At the first floor front desk we were told we had to pay $500 something. After showing your price summary that we should only owe $415.04, the clerk faxed our info somewhere and later on came back to say we owed another $50. We agreed and after we came home she had actually charged us $50.17 and another $47.95!!! The suite that we had was not clean: the floor was filthy and the paint on the floor of the balcony was peeling and the sliding doors were dirty. The stove knobs were greasy. And the direct access to water was not open. On Monday morning, the construction crew promptly started at 8 AM and was extremely noisy with machines going. They were still working at 5 PM. They started again on Tuesday at 8 AM. I remember reading something about the damage due to Hurricane Ian last year. But they should never have reopened until they were finished with their repair. It was not a pleasant experience.

Hotels.com blocked my attempts to contact the hotel before my stay which was very disappointing and annoying. The views of the bay were non existent, we had a view of the car park. The balcony floor was not repaired following last years hurricane, was sandy and had bugs living in it. The staff were very helpful and immediately put right short comings.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous, clean condo and incredible views. Pool and hot tub were nice, staff was super nice and helpful, comfy king size bed always makes me happy. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Everything worked but the appliances and countertops were very old and worn out and the carpet was frayed and there were a lot of rolls in the carpet. The couch and chairs were uncomfortable and the balcony was tiny although the view is outstanding. The pool Is very nice, the jacuzzi not so much. There was one day where we barely was able to make it out of the parking lot as a construction worker’s truck blocked the exit. There was no construction noise so that was nice. However, there was a water problem with a neighboring resort and we had no water at all for five hours. We stayed there for a week in early May 2024. We would not stay there again. We were allowed one cleaning after five days - the cleaner did a great job even though The resort did not have any water at that time . The cleaner changed the bedsheets, changed out the towels and vacuumed. She was very pleasant and efficient

Don't expect to get the room shown to you online. Very unprofessional bait and switch tactics. We booked a high floor room with the perfect northeast view of the bay. We searched long to find the perfect room for a New Year's Eve 4 night get-a-way. Upon arrival we were assigned a 1st floor room on the parking lot. Conversation at the desk produced lots of double talk.

We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families (we brought our toddler) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. You cannot walk to Lovers Key State Park with the new bridge construction. The only place to eat close by is Flippers. If you want to stay in a quieter, more relaxing area, Lovers Key is perfect. Overall, would highly recommend.

The apartment was updated and lovely. Gorgeous views, balcony off living room and bedroom. Efficiently laid out and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with equipment. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub great. Flippers restaurant delicious. Construction nearby means walking to the beach isn’t exactly allowed.

When I booked I did not realize it was a timeshare owned. I think Expedia should indicate when a “resort”. Is really not a resort. There was no front desk services. Not staffed as a resort This is more a long term rental property only. I would not recommend to most. It is quiet and away from busy crowds. Which is good

The resort itself was great and Macy at Guest Services was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed several delicious meals at Flippers restaurant next door. The pool was nice and warm, and the view from our condo was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. The only downside was the room itself, which was advertised as “luxury”: the palm themed coastal furnishings were fine, and I could live with the 1990s kitchen appliances, but the kitchen was sparsely appointed with dishes, decor was tired and honestly the entire place could use a deep clean and new flooring.

We always enjoy our time there. The front desk people are always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The lobbies on the ground and first floors are very inviting. We love the pool and spa area plus Flippers Restaurant serves us at the pool. Our condo was very clean and well stocked.

We arrived on Nov. 25 surprised to find that the resort building and site were a hard hat construction area, with scaffolding going up and down the building. The first floor of the building was also under construction. At the first floor front desk we were told we had to pay $500 something. After showing your price summary that we should only owe $415.04, the clerk faxed our info somewhere and later on came back to say we owed another $50. We agreed and after we came home she had actually charged us $50.17 and another $47.95!!! The suite that we had was not clean: the floor was filthy and the paint on the floor of the balcony was peeling and the sliding doors were dirty. The stove knobs were greasy. And the direct access to water was not open. On Monday morning, the construction crew promptly started at 8 AM and was extremely noisy with machines going. They were still working at 5 PM. They started again on Tuesday at 8 AM. I remember reading something about the damage due to Hurricane Ian last year. But they should never have reopened until they were finished with their repair. It was not a pleasant experience.

Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. When the tide is low you can walk around the island and explore near the mangroves. The prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. Lovers key state park is less than a 10 minutes drive and has so much to do and see. Never very crowded. The staff are awesome and friendly. We will continue to go to vacation here for many more years to come. Simply the best!

Beautiful view from all of the floor to ceiling window. Awesome balcony. Full kitchen. Convenient self parking. Relaxed atmosphere. Off the main drag of Fort myers beach. We are so glad we cancelled our “Margaritaville “ reservations for our stay at “Lover’s Key”.

We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families (we brought our toddler) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. You cannot walk to Lovers Key State Park with the new bridge construction. The only place to eat close by is Flippers. If you want to stay in a quieter, more relaxing area, Lovers Key is perfect. Overall, would highly recommend.

The property was centrally located to multiple areas we wanted to see. It was quiet and easy to get on and off the property to the main road. There was no beach access but it was very close to the lovers key beach access. Not walkable but an easy drive. You definitely need to have a car. The apartment was updated and lovely. Gorgeous views, balcony off living room and bedroom. Efficiently laid out and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with equipment. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub great. Flippers restaurant delicious. Construction nearby means walking to the beach isn’t exactly allowed.

We had a wonderful stay, but the property is still under repair from hurricane damage. The restaurant on the site was very good, but no breakfast available. The pool was very nice but the whirlpool was out of commission.

The resort was nice, the room clean and comfortable. It could us a few more kitchen items, such as measuring cups and a blender. Only one elevator was working, which made a ride from the 12th floor a long wait! It would also be nice if the fan on the roof of Flippers wasn't so noisy, making a quiet evening on the balcony less enjoyable.
