Room had an oder to it, pool was green, power washing at 8 am on a Sunday morning

Numerous building code violations. Bathroom has black mold growing on tile over bathtub. Pool gates didn’t self close, locks broke. Fire extinguishers were missing. Ice machine does not work-no ice.. bad odor in room. Ac unit never shuts off. Don’t count on free breakfast because all the long term guests ate everything and once it’s gone, no replacements.

Key did not work when we first arrived. Breakfast food ran out by 8:30. Pool unavailable today. No ice available. No vending machines. Floor very dirty. Mold in bathroom.

The pictures shows a hot tub and clean rooms. We got there around 1130 at night there was this toddler riding around alone on a tricycle. There were apparently a lot of drug users there. The “hot tub” was filled in with dead plants. Half of the rooms had blue blastocyst taped to the doors. There were mattresses, toilets, and broken furniture all over the wall ways. Half of the lights didn’t work in our room and there were roaches in our room. They did give me a full refund. The office people were very nice but it’s not what the pictures show on line.

The hotel was going under a major renovation. Looked like a bomb shelter with stuff all over the place. Many dumpsters in parking area and building supply also. Did not look even close to the pictures on website. I was not informed that the hotel was under such a major renovation.

I will not return. I had no choice, the much better hotel were completely booked. So I was forced here. It was ok but was not impressed. The pool wasn’t clean and the jacuzzi didn’t work. The room was clean but had a lot of “patch up” treatment. The “breakfast” was horrible. Nothing you want to eat. We went to Waffle House. The overall facility needs remodeling.

This property is sadly misrepresented by the pictures posted online. You would think you have a chance at a decent hotel at a decent price… the hot tub in the pictures is now a flower garden, the rooms smelled of smoke, our bathroom lights and fan did not work and there was no handle to turn the shower on. We stayed 5 nights… no new towels and the room was never serviced. Trash and towels are your responsibility. Three times we were told new towels were coming… in finally got my own. You want cheap… you got it. Bring your own towels! Pool and hot tub, non usable. Pool was never unlocked…

The room was clean & bug free. We stayed in room 123. The room itself was outdated and worn however was very recently repainted, tiled, and had a new walk in shower. The layout was wonky however the room served it's purpose of a clean place to sleep and shower. The mini fridge, microwave, and a/c worked. Bed was clean and comfortable woth new bed frame, nice but slightly wider than the mattress so if not careful your pant leg could catch on it The bathroom fan didn't work and resulted in the water condensating on the fan which would then drip onto the toilet seat, less than ideal, despite that mold wasn't present. No room phone, curtains were very old and falling off the line, safety top latch on door was broken, no blow dryer, metal shelf to hang things had no hangers and was somewhat rusty, bathroom vanity was old, lamp was missing the lamp shade. Staff did their job of checking me in and out but were not friendly and talked as little as possible, only asked for my ID, gave room keys and told me how to get to my room. Coffee is available in the morning (no breakfast). I reserved through Expedia and selected to pay at property, however my card was charged at 3pm prior to the 4pm checkin time. Overall I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice. The pool didn't look inviting, property overall was run down.

This property is a dump. I had low expectations and the property exceeded them in dumpiness. Pool is green with scum and broken furniture. Locks on many doors broken, trash everywhere, paint peeling and the property overall is just in disarray. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. We had only cared if it was a clean safe place to stay, and it was neither. Rodeway just bought it, and it should be closed and redone. Good location, good staff. Total dump otherwise.

It was cleaned and the room was nice. Probably is no hot water in the shower and the light from outside can into the room regardless of the curtains being closed. My second time there. And the ice machines still not working and it been more than 2 months. Talk with the office worker who seemed like it was no big deal. Not having hot water really piss me off!!!

Hotel was very clean. You could tell it was an older hotel, but while taking care of looked like parts were newly remodeled. Still had an older hotel smell. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Overall, though it was a nice place to sleep and just served all the needs I had.

Gross, gross, grossed. Bugs in the bed, stained mattress, smelled like smoke, broken lightbulb, zero internet

Check in was great, quick and easy, the guy at the desk was super nice. When we got to the room it smelled so fresh and was clean there wasn’t any bugs or mold, so that was good lol it was obviously being worked on so there was a little dust but nothing to worry about. All in all good stay and would definitely stay again 😁

Found roaches

Bathroom small holes in the door outdated and not clean

This property had roachs in room and out on property. Also my room didn’t lock from inside I had to put the coffee table up against the door. The bathroom was smelly and paint was bubble up or peeling, the shower was rusted and don’t get me started on the tub. The toilet was wobbly and even the water smelled. The beds were a joke the pillows smelled, I slept in my clothes. Microwave and fridge was nasty and dirty. I would never think that Expedia would associate them selfs with the ran down place.

rooms smells bad, the bathroom had mildew , refrigerator didn't work , roaches, holes in the bathroom etc.

Stayed in a room that had just been redone, it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Nice place, quiet in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.

Yes it was clean and new appliances. Smell good and tv work fine. The price was great recommend to stay . I’m staying everytime in Davenport Florida.

My TV wasn’t working. My air-conditioning wasn’t working.

Smell, No chair in room, no mirror in bathroom

The Room was clean. They upgraded me to a king size bed rm 121. Mattress slept good. It was very quiet at night. Could not hear the interstate or people in rooms on either side. Cant stress at how quiet it was. Very close to several restaurants only mins from Disney attractions. 11 mins to old town shopping and amusement park. Same with Margherita Ville. Would i stay there again. Absolutely. Not all reviews are true at how bad this place is. Only thing i wished was room service checked on Me for linens. They do have cable tv and every channel just about and also they are installing wifi signal to all rooms as of today. No breakfast stuff only coffee. Walmart is near.

This place feels very incomplete. Walls with peeling paint. Light switches which do nothing. The only light in the main area was from a single desk lamp between the beds. No drinking glasses except Styrofoam cups for coffee. Can hear noises in adjoining room. No alarm clock. Would not come back here.

Good price. No lamps on tables, tv really hard to navigate and very slow, internet down, limited bedding, lots of construction.

I enjoyed my stay very much. They were very kind and catered to my needs in all ways. I am disabled and forgot to order a disable room. They instantly changed my room to meet my needs. Thank you so much for my stay.

Good Morning, we made reservations for a hotel room spanning from 04/01-04/05 We were unable to make it on 04/01 but tried to check in yesterday. We were informed by hotel that the room was not longer available and the reservation was cancelled We have to book a room again but they charged us $ 88 instead $ 55. We were never notified of any cancellation or emailed in regards to the reservation . I prepaid for 2 nights just to have a woman come from the front desk to tell us check out was at 11 and we needed to leave. I showed her the receipt for three rooms for two nights. She took pictures and we walked to the front desk. Once at the counter the guy proceeds to tell us we didn’t pay. I yet again showed my proof and he grabbed my phone out of my hand. He was rude and abrasive. Raising his voice at us. He kept looking at the computer screen and finally realized it was a different room. We spent an extra 30 min doing this and caused me to be late for my son’s wedding. After the wedding we entered our room and there were roaches. If I could give zero stars I would.

Every time I stay here, my room key gets deactivated every morning. When I return from work, I can’t enter my hotel room and have to go to the front office and have my key reprogrammed. This happens every day. Something needs to be done about this as I hear it’s a common problem. I will not return as this has happened on all 5 of my stays.

Property was dirty, staff including the owner were not friendly but rude and of no help. The microwave did not work, the ironing board was broken, there were roaches our entire stay. Including a dead one on my 2 year old daughter’s pillow when she woke up. Housekeeping didn’t even clean the rooms, not sure why they get paid. Very stingy with the towels. They were 5 of us staying and only got 2 full size towels at a time. When they would bring what they called clean towels they would tell us to toss the old ones in front of our door. The internet is very poor!! And they also advertise free breakfast which they no longer have. We even called to make sure and the person at the front desk told us yes. The heater in the rooms also gave us problems and wouldnt heat the room at times and would just blow cold air even on the heat temp. Overall I give this hotel and the staff a 1 out of 5. I would never ever stay in this hotel. Oh and not to mention when I spoke with the owner about the roaches and the other issues he told me to leave the hotel which is super unprofessional. He then promised a 1 night refund and when Expedia tried to reach them they wouldn’t answer and then finally told Expedia no he wouldn’t give a refund. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Experience was normal, peaceful, i had no issues. Front desk was attentive and helpful.

We booked this reservation while it was a "Days Inn". When we showed up, they had changed to "Rodeway" & did NOT have have our reservation! We showed them our Expedia Confirmation Notice, but they still refused us! They claimed to be sold out!! But parking lot appeared empty at that hour (5pm ish)! That left us after numerous discussions with desk staff with no room for the night! Tried again under stress to find another room close by with no luck! Eventually found another room nearby thru different app but twice the price, as booking under extreme duress!! Had other friends that booked after us. They called ahead & realized branding change. Their reservation was honored. But complained to us about the room especially bathroom with hole in the tub. But that we didn't actually see, so can't confirm.

I had to change rooms 3 times before midnight. My room that I reserved was unavailable, the clerk switch me to another room, When i got to the room there was people standing close to the stairs smoking and drinking so me and my family had to move because it felt unsafe. Went to the next room and at 12 midnight the shower pipe burst in the wall and the 2 rooms underneath my room had flooded. Me and my family had to move on the other side of the building. Got to the other room and the remote control didn't work

Good for a two night stay. Room was clean and appears to have been remodeled. It’s in a convinient location close to stores & restaurants. Erika at the front desk was definitely great & even gave suggestions for good eats nearby. I’d consider staying here again if I ever visit Davenport again.

The hotel was in the middle of remodeling so room was nicely remodeled and room was clean. Price of the room was excellent for the location. Location was good for where we were visiting.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the location is a bit isolated, and the nearby food options are fast-food places.

Busy area, advantageous location

It was near interstate 4 made it easy for coming and going

Chose it because of its location and it’s star rating. It’s not in the best neighborhood. Very rundown. Very much needs a facelift. Not a very good value for the money. There are other places equally priced that would’ve been better. I pray to their advertisement.

one of the reasons we stayed here was because it’s said breakfast was included when I booked the reservation online it stated breakfast was included.When we arrived we found out they aren’t doing breakfast, the recently bought the hotel and were not ready to provide that service. The room was pretty good, except the shower curtain rod was broken and you couldn’t close the shower curtain.

Breakfast very little offered. Only waffles and toast first day, toast and cereal second day. Had to ask for milk for cereal. Only butter provided for toast. Electrical outlet in sink area didn’t work. Very little soap provided for bathing.

Went down for breakfast at 8am and there was hardly anything left. No coffee. Only slices of bread in the pastry display.

It was an ok stay. Not so far from legoland. Just was disappointed about the breakfast. Saw the waffle iron but nothing hot was being served. I was really looking forward to that waffle

The place say that is breakfast included and we go in the morning to eat the breakfast they say that have more that 3 months that not serving breakfast

When we booked the location they indicated there was a free breakfast. When we arrived at the Motel they told us they do not serve breakfast, that the web site has not been updated. We stay two days. No trash pick up no cleaning of the room. The toilet was clogged up had to clean up toilet water from the floor.

This hotel is not clean and the sad part is that said they have breakfast included and is not .. the front desk staff says that 3 months ago is not serving breakfast. Very disappointed with this hotel.

The property was clean. The linens in the room were fine but no washcloths. There wasn’t a remote for the tv. Beds were ok. Breakfast was only waffles and toast. No protein provided. Drink machines were empty but bottles of juice were provided. Coffee was adequate. Staff were friendly. A decent location with restaurants close by.

Phone in room didn't work. No internet. Continental breakfast sparce choice of items, no eggs or fresh fruits.

The breakfast in the morning was not great - there was no water. I asked for a water bottle and was told they cost a dollar.
