Room was quiet and available upon arrival. Parking was free and well lite.

Can’t believe they charge $10 to park there! Ridiculous. Freezer defrosted at night dripping water all over our food and drinks in frig. Had to throw stuff out. Told the person at checkout and didn’t offer to compensate us

The staff really went beyond making our stay as comfortable as home. Breakfast was ok, but room is very spacious, very clean, convenient to everything, from kids attractions to shopping to nature to restaurant. We really enjoyed the morning walk and sunset walk around the hotel, the pool area was very romantic , absolutely love it, wish we can stay there forever.

Parking fills up overnight, but with multiple entrances, finding a way in is never an issue. You can also check in online to save time and skip a trip to the front desk. The rooms looked just as they did online, though one outlet was loose and hanging out of the wall—partially hidden between the desk and wall. Otherwise, everything was well-equipped, including the kitchen, bathroom, and bedding. The showerhead and corners had some buildup, but that’s fairly common in mid-range hotels.

Was unable to open the rear entry door with the digital key. I think the issue was with the door itself, not the app. Saw other customers also having issues. Overall room was clean, but the textured wallpaper in the toilet/shower area was stained and in need of replacement.

Major health and safety violation. Pool was open and accessible but was not cleared to be open by the health inspector yet. We found that out while my 5 year old was swimming in it

Check in was very easy and parking is great. The area has great eating establishments and shopping areas. Access to major roads is very easy, also.

Great stay, I loved that I was able to do contactless check in & out using the Hilton Honors app. I checked in the night before and my digital key was sent to me on the day that I was due to arrive, everything was electronic. I didn’t have to stand in lines or wait for front desk staff. I was traveling with a toddler so this process made things a lot easier for me.

Water never even got warm in the morning. Cold showers as a result. Floor under the couch is disgusting. We found that out after pulling out hide-a-bed. Everything else is nice.

Our room was not clean. Dirty dishes in the cupboard.

Rooms and baths weren’t clean. We asked for towels but the dryer wasn’t working so towels never arrived. Asked for towels the next day and arrived at night time after calling twice. Asked for room service but that never happened and when asked we were told that they are short staffed. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with no linens provided. Linens were given after asking but blanket/comforter didn’t arrive until the next night.

The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. The property could use a facelift bc it is a bit dated but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rooms were nice. The double queen suite is definately more spacious than the king suites.

The rooms were clean and very nice but the knobs on the bedroom ac/heat unit were gone and the AC was blasting. It was early April so didn’t need the AC on. No way to turn off. Also the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. Ran for a long time and was still freezing cold. Took a shower and the refillable shampoo bottle and shower gel bottles were completely empty. Only had conditioner.

Corner room, very quiet and spacious. Stayed overnight for a local wedding. Definitely would stay again!

Property was lovely and everything was clean. My room was had an issue with the AC/Heater missing the button to control the on and off switch and levels so that was a little inconvenient but, other than that, stay was excellent.

The toilet was broken and overflowed 2x and ran the rest of the time. The heater didn’t work so it was either too cold or too hot.

The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good!

Basic hotel. Spacious bedroom and living room. A little dated

Overall a nice property, but we didn’t have a working toilet the first night, and they were unable to move us to a new room until the next day because they couldn’t make a key. We had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom even in the middle of the night! Next day they moved us and refunded the first night which was good. In the new room, housekeeping refreshed towels and took out the trash once. They didn’t make the beds and didn’t come back at all the next day. The bright spots were Moe at the front desk and Charles the manager.

Totally disappointed with this stay. When we got there to check in the desk clerk told us we had no room that they had overbooked. We reserved a king suite with a full kitchen living room with a pull out bed because there were 3 adults and an 7 year old child. It was 9:30 pm and we had been driving a long distance. They sent us to another hotel in the same town and when we got there and checked in the room had 1 queen sized bed. This was the only room they had available. They sent up a cot but that was all they could do. This was not a suite it was just a simple room and I got charged the same price that the king suite with a full kitchen, living room and complimentary breakfast. This hotel had a terrible breakfast and we had to pay for this. Beware of booking on expedia because the hotel blamed expedia for this mixup and said they were famous for doing this.

They were under construction- not a huge deal to us. We checked in around 4 PM. Upon entering the room, you could tell it had just been cleaned. We had just enough time to drop our stuff off and head out to our event. We returned to the hotel around 10:45 PM. Where we discovered the toilet in our bathroom didn’t work. I called the front desk. The gentleman who answered said that he didn’t think that they had rooms within the same class that we had booked available to transfer me to. And offered a plunger. I explained that the toilet wasn’t clogged, that it simply wasn’t flushing. He brought a plunger to me anyhow. I brought the plunger back, informed him that the toilet wasn’t working and asked what the solution was, and if they could move us. I was informed that it was probably an engineering problem, and that was beyond anything he could fix. My response was.” so we’re just praying to g-d that we don’t need a bathroom?” We ended up going down to the lobby every time we had to use the bathroom. Following morning, we get up to shower and get ready to leave only to find out that there was no shower gel. Because we were only traveling for one night, we did not pack, toiletries, anticipating that they would be available as they normally are. We used the bar soap that was by the bathroom sink. 227$ for a room with no working toilet is wild. Missing soap is manageable. The response by the staff is unprofessional. I’m still waiting for the trip to be attached to my HH acct

Despite requests on reservation and upon arrivaland check in, they had not prepared a feather free room. Also they charge $50 for early check in or late checkout. Not the most welcoming place

Prior to choosing this location we had not so great experience at our previous hotel we booked for the same night. So bad we ended leaving to find this wonderful location. Huge difference, front desk already had a room ready and literally check in took 5 minutes or less.

We booked a 2 queen bed room and were given an ADA suite with 1 bed. My kids are younger so we used the pull out sofa, but the bedding bag was open and not clean. Staff were very fast and friendly to get us more bedding, though they did tell us they searched all over and it was the last available which made us feel like the request was a hardship for them. When I told the desk we had 2 beds reserved (clearly on the reservation) I was told I did not. This could be an issue as it was booked on expedia, but clearly my email showed what was booked.

I called the day before & asked if we could get an early check in we had a long drive & wanted to get ready for the wedding in our room before the 2:30pm wedding. We were told no problem. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was rude, not helpful & told us she was letting another group check in early. We like the hotel but staff needs training in customer service.

We have stayed here a few times. Very clean & newly updated. Very comfortable beds. Close to shopping and dining.

My daughter and I stayed here to attend a shoe in Hartford. Quiet location near dining and shopping.

We'll be back! This property had every single amenity we look for, and was clean, comfortable, and very friendly. One standout feature is the included buffet breakfast... No day-old doughnuts to be seen, there were tasty and filling hot offerings as well as a yogurt station, cereals, toast and bagels, and (maybe my favorite) a hot oatmeal station with fruit, nuts and other add-ins. What a great way to start our packed days!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, the decor was cozy and above and beyond.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was problematic. The rooms were not very clean and several items did not function properly (the toilet seat broke off after 2 uses, the heating system was very loud and annoying; and the shower sliding panels were were not very clean and were not installed correctly). The included breakfast was marginal at best this stay, as opposed to prior stays (food was not very hot and usual staples were not always offered). Not sure what is going on in this hotel but hope this and other reviews will help them reset their standards. It is in a very convenient location and we would like to stay here again if there are improvements.

The property is nice the rooms are spacious the staff is friendly. The things that I didn't appreciate is 1. Check out is at 12 someone knocked on our door at 11:30 saying “room service” and asking if we are going to check out I was confused because I thought we were late. That never happen to me before at a hotel. 2. The complimentary tea and hot water dispenser ran out I told the girl at the front desk she went in the back to get me a cup of hot water instead of filling up the dispenser. 3. For breakfast they served eggs with ham in it but don't put a sign or warn the guest ham is in the eggs nit everyone eats ham.

This hotel is perfect for our family of 4. The staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. The free breakfast buffet is a plus! I enjoyed our stay here.

It was the holiday week- and one family booked one room- and had over 30 guests! From 9 am till 9pm! We had no breakfast because both mornings they were out! We couldn’t use the grills or outside amenities because of the huge party outside! Taking over both grills The pool And dining area! We called the front desk about it twice and nothing was done!
