We travel a lot…..and we have to say this hotel has the FRIENDLIEST STAFF!!! The front desk staff was so kind and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and said hello every time we passed them. There were warm cookies every evening and plenty of tables downstairs to hang out at….we played cards down there. The hotel itself was super clean….beds were very comfortable and the shower by far was the cleanest one I have been in at a hotel. Dont think twice about staying here. Its exceeded our expectations. The only thing the was “out of commission” was their workout room. It looked like it was getting remodeled. So if that’s a must….i would call the hotel to see if it’s done with its remodel.

The Wenatchee La Quinta on Penny Rd is a great place to stay. It's convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms/beds and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast has an excellent selection and there are cookies in the afternoon for a snack! The kicker - they have an EV car charger out front. This means we will stay nowhere else when visiting Wenatchee.

Overall, enjoyed my stay here. The pool was clean and perfect for a hot summer day. The breakfast buffet was also great, there were options for people that wanted to eat a little bit more healthy, and people that wanted a traditional American breakfast. The free breakfast was a surprise, when I booked this property it doesn’t say that it comes with breakfast. The check-in was pretty easy. The parking was convenient. We slept well considering that we were on the ground floor area, no road/car noise. The toiletries were individually packed, I was hoping that they followed the other hotels in using built-in containers in the bathrooms for soap and shampoo/conditioner. Overall, this property is highly recommended if you are in the area.

Cookies on arrival was a nice touch. Hot tub was hit pool was too cold. Breakfast choice good. Room clean and comfortable. Shower corners need to be cleaned better starting to have pink mold. Towels were great not thread bare like most motels. We stayed here twice on our trip and will return in the future. All staff friendly and courteous!

Really wish we could rate this better. We arrived to find blood dried on our comforter and a long strand of hair with a nit or other item atrached to it in our bed. They moved us to a new room that was clean. We swam in the pool/spa. My husbands eyes bothered him within a very short time, by morning they were red, sore and light sensitive. Checkout was 11 am, at 9 am there was a qucik knock at the door and housekeeping entered bedore we could even get up to answer. Nice looking place, but they"ve got some issues to fix.

It was okay, but not great. The elevator had no A/C. The main floor men's room was very messy. The room had good amenities, but was not stellar in design. I picked this hotel because it was slightly pricier and hoping for better.

The room was clean. It did not have a freezer in the fridge and no tub, just a shower. The shower was new, but I would suggest putting in a grab bar for something to hang onto when you're trying to clean the bottom of your feet! The room was not super soundproof either. Breakfast was good.

The location is great-close to restaurants, shopping, the state park, walking trails, and more. The hotel is clean and has a nice pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast offers a lot of variety and the food is good. The king room room is a little small, but has everything we need, is clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Great property and close to everything, including Leavenworth. Good clean environment. Breakfast was also good and plenty. Only 2 negative points. WiFi was sucky .. and open. It was probably coin operated router .. or something as wifi kept resetting or restarting every 45 minutes or so. My room had some cut nails strewn on ground that didn't get cleaned up after complaining.

They locked me out of the room and left me standing outside in 99deg heat for no reason!! Also When we were dining at a restaurant they called and threatened to cancel my reservation, even though the charge already appeared on my credit card and had already been paid!

Easy location for the event we were attending. Clean and comfortable with good amenities. Check in process was a nightmare. Took way too long to check in compared to our previous stay at this same property. Finally, got checked in and my wife wanted a cup of "complimentary" coffee in the lobby. Coffee was completely cold and front desk staff was alerted and they promised to take care of it. Attempted to check in online multiple times to avoid delays at the front desk and was met with an error on their end. No explanation was given at the front desk for the error or the long check in process.

Hotel was easy to find and had excellent access on and off the highway - no matter which direction you were heading. Front desk staff were very pleasant and check in / out went smoothly. Room was as pictured, very quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Tasty breakfast with several options and fresh cookies available at reception.

We were very pleased with our visit here. The staff were great and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The elevator seemed slow/older and we personally would have preferred a tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was an added bonus! Any time we are passing through we will definitely be staying here again!
