We were visiting family in Boulder and stayed here for three nights. Great location convenient to Boulder, good breakfast, small but serviceable gym, spacious and clean rooms, and not too expensive—the Best Western worked great for us.

The pool was very small. The hot tub was fungus! They said I could extend my stay and then said they were booked! Had to change hotels. Staying at Days inn and suites by Wyndham close to the Denver International airport. Spacious, clean, open MUCH NICER! I will definitely book with the Days Inn and suites by Wyndham the next time I travel to Denver. I will never go back to Best Western Plus! Not happy at all with the hotel! This really made a hardship on my time here! I would NOT recommend them to anyone! Bad experience! Not happy!

The property was decent. We stayed because of the outdoor pool. Pictures are deceiving though. It was the smallest pool and hit tub I have ever been in. And the room seemed miniature also, for example, the closet rack was only 4 feet from the ground. The shower water pressure was weak making it hard to was my hair. The other thing that was odd, you had to go outside to get to the pool area entrance which wasn't locked so anyone could get in there. We won't be staying here again.

Staying at this property was a positive experience from the start. Friendly staff. Very clean facility overall. Quiet. Great breakfast selection. Fitness center was clean, equipment was in good condition, had towels and wipes for the equipment. They did the little things that many hotels in that area do not do. Excellent value for the price.

Lights were burned out in room on entry, completely dark. Long black hairs in tub. Black fingerprints all over sheets. Room looked like someone had "cleaned" with filthy hands and no rags or cleaner. Disgusting. I walked out. No other rooms front desk told me. I went across the street and had a 180 degree different experience for same price.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Louisville. The beds were relatively comfortable and we had a lot of pillows. The AC worked well. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The room itself was a bit rundown. Never tried the breakfast. Location very convenient for us.

Great location just 8-10 minutes from CU Boulder. Staff were polite and friendly, and even followed up to check on how we were doing midway through our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean with lots of outlets and charging ports, a good sized refrigerator and a microwave, and a comfortable bed. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Full breakfast available in the morning with lots of options. Only minor inconvenience was that we had to request room cleaning the night before instead of it being routine. Overall a great stay.

The Best Western in Louisville was clean, very conveniently located for what we needed (moving in our son to CU Boulder) and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Light breakfast and coffee/water all day helpful, too. Hotel is a bit weathered but clean. Wifi very slow, have your own hotspot ready. If you are looking for modern amenities or luxury this is not your spot. If you looking for a decent, well priced option, this may work for you. Bonus: the town of Louisville is worth checking out.

We had several flight delays and arrived at the room at 7:30am the morning of check out. The ladies there were INCREDIBLE. They extended our stay for free until 1 so that we could catch up on some sleep. Genuinely helped so much

Check out is at 11am. My son had an early hockey game and then we were planning on returning to check out afterwards. The front desk was actually harassing us to get out early and calling us before checkout time so the maid could clean the room. Horrendous customer service. Will never stay at a Best Western property again.

My stay was wonderful. I was there from Monday to Friday for business. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Mark at the front desk always had great ideas and advice for restaurants, shopping etc. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and rooms were clean and spacious. This was for a business trip. The desk would not take a credit card approval for incidentals. They would accept the card to reserve and pay for the room, but would NOT accept the card for incidentals. All other hotels find a way to get this done except this one. Very inconvenient.

We were scheduled to stay one night but my husband became ill and so ended up staying longer. The front desk staff was so accomodating, kind, and helpful. I particularly appreciated all the care and concern of Liz and Mark. We had stayed in this hotel before but will now always stay there when we are in the area. Thank you BW Louisville for such a good experience in a difficult time.

I left some items in the room and called after check out and they did have the items I left by mistake. The lady said someone would call me back to determine how I could have the items shipped to me. No one has ever called me back and I have called 3 other times. Each time they said ,”someone would call me back”. I told the lady, I would gladly pay the fees to ship my items back to me. I guess someone has my brand new dress, sweater and shoes with the tags still on them.

Nice property for a quick night stay after the cabin in the mountains before heading to the airport in the morning. 35 min drive to Denver International Airport which is convenient with many dinning and shopping opportunities in the area. Nice for a 1 night stay but wouldnt choose for multiple nights with a family due to the lack of room and amenities. Overall a good stay though!

Overall friendliness of staff, great breakfast, convenient fridge and microwave in room. Room was neat, clean spacious even with two bikes. Very close to hiking and biking trails. Excellent value for money.

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here. Perfect location to catch the bus to Denver, or the airport just a short walk to the station.

This is my choice hotel when staying in North/West Denver and Boulder areas. Easy access, clean quiet property. Best value I have found in this entire area. Breakfast is a real treat. Scrambled eggs, bacon and/or sausage along with fried potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. Waffle maker, bagels, cereal, etc. for those who gotta have carbs.

The Continental breakfast had amazing sausage links and the fluffiest best eggs I've ever had and perfect ingredients for a breakfast taco. And when we checked in there were delicious possibly homemade cookies.

Overall pretty good. The room was clean. The blackout curtains let too much outside light in to the room, which was especially bad given the extremely bright parking lot lights. So it was hard to sleep. I didn't have a thermometer, but it seemed like the A/C didn't cool down the room at night to the temp I set. It was also very loud, but that's pretty typical for hotel A/C units. The floorplan for our 1-bedroom suite was terrible. There was a door between the living room and the bedroom, and there was a door to the toilet/shower room from the bedroom, but the sink was just open in the bedroom. So we didn't have the ability to use a fully featured enclosed bathroom with a door for light and privacy from the living room or the bedroom. This was a strain on our stay, and we will not stay here again due to this layout.

This is a very nice property, spotless, good little gym, and good breakfast. The one drawback for me was that the pool was locked up until 10 a.m. and I wanted to go for a quick swim before breakfast.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful at check in. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. They were thick and stiff, hurting your neck. Poor sleep quality. The air conditioner unit is an outdated wall model, and it is noisy, preventing proper sleep. Parking is a plus and location is convenient.
