Really spacious nice clean rooms , pool on roof was great and could not fault the staff really very helpful would highly recommend this hotel for a break in Salou

The staff was very nice and the location in Salou is great. I'm not sure I would call this a 4 star hotel, but it is affordable and clean. There was a laundry bag in the room, but when I brought the bag full of laundry to the front desk, I was informed the service is closed for the winter. Strange. Additionally, our room was hot and we asked about how to use the AC, to which they said the AC is turned off in the entire building for winter. We had to sleep with the window open, which was noisy at times. The staff at the Cook & Travel restaurant were very nice, especially my guy Ice Cube.
