Alannia Salou

I arrived at Alannia Salou expecting a true “resort” with beach access and scenic views. In reality, it felt more like a family-oriented water/play complex. For the price, I found it overrated. Arrival and parking: The entrance is narrow and not asphalted; when it rains, it gets muddy. Parking is a significant walk from the rooms, and there’s no convenient drop-off area for luggage, so you end up carrying bags a long distance. Accessibility and layout: Reaching the room requires a long, indirect route. Once inside, the layout offers very little privacy. The bathroom is essentially open to the room, and the sink is in the central area—an awkward design for adults sharing the space. Housekeeping: Service was disappointing. In my case, fresh towels were not provided on the second day. Atmosphere: The property seems geared toward families with children, particularly for the pools and water features (which I didn’t use). Overall, this wasn’t a good fit for me. It may suit families focused on kids’ pool activities, but for adults seeking a resort experience with comfort, privacy, and convenient access, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really good hotel for families, pool was amazing for kids but a little on the cold side for a two year old, staff were great and friendly, very clean resort. Entertainment mainly for Spanish so we didn’t stay much on a night time, but overall enjoyed our time there and would return again

Estuve con mi mujer y mis dos hijos pequeños. El hotel es exactamente lo que anuncia: toboganes para los niños y animación para ellos durante todo el día. Por esa parte todo perfecto. Por otro lado, el bufet muy corto, donde te marcan a la hora que tienes que ir y como vayas un poco mas tarde tienes que hace cola. Si quieres coger tumbona en la piscina tienes que espabilar, porque como vayas 5 minutos despues que abran ya no tienes ninguna. No nos reservaron parquing en el hotel y estuvimos mas de 30' para poder aparcar, a mas de 15 minutos andando del hotel. La entrada era a las 16 y recepción estaba saturada, estando otra media hora en la cola. Por otra parte, hablando de Salou, esta se ha convertido en una zona de turismo tipo Benidorm (güirilandia), no se puede ni andar por la calle. Vamos, que no creo que me vuelvan a vervpor Salou.

l'hôtel n'a que 44 places de parking par contre il y a un parking public juste à côté 6€/24h.il est vite rempli le Week end. Utilisez l'application APARCAR pour vous éviter de faire des allez retour. Les logements sont bien mais les quelques problèmes techniques ont été vite résolus. si vous avez un RDC vous risquez d'entendre les voisins du dessus marcher.

Un séjour idéal pour les familles et les enfants. La piscine est superbe, et pas très profonde, donc sécurisée pour les plus petits. Beaucoup d'animations et de jeux.

Chambre très propre, confortable, spacieuse, avec un décor agréable et apaisant (chambre « nature »). Ecoresponsable. Climatiseur silencieux et fonctionnant parfaitement. Douche au top. Jardins propres et bien entretenus, très agréable avec ses nombreux palmiers, ainsi que le soir avec toutes les lumières. Équipements très biens pour les enfants/ados et les adultes : piscine avec toboggans, terrain de foot/basket, nombreuses animations avec animateurs très dynamiques et sympas, salle de sport. Notre fils de 12 ans s’est éclatés ! Scène avec des spectacles tous les soirs Seuls bémols : piscine demandant à être mieux filtrée pour être plus claire et il est dommage que de nombreuses personnes viennent faire la queue le matin dès l’ouverture de la piscine pour réserver des transats avec leurs serviettes pour toute la journée, partant même entre-temps dans leur chambre… Cela laisse peu de transats pour les autres… comportement assez égoïste ! Personnel très sympathique et souriant (à part une personne au restaurant…). Restauration moyenne, bonne mais très répétitive et parfois peu de choix. Jus de fruits infâment comme souvent dans les hôtels espagnols. Vraiment un séjour très agréable et reposant !

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und würden sie nicht nochmal buchen. Die spanisch sprechenden Gäste hatten wahrscheinlich Spaß, für internationale Gäste gab es nichts auf englisch. Das Hotel wird wegen der vielen Rutschen an den Pools hauptsächlich von Familien besucht, so wie von uns auch. Für die Pool-Landschaft gibt es ein großes Lob, außer für die Bademeister, die absolut nicht aufpassen, sondern lieber Tag in ihr Handy starren, weswegen es zu Verletzten beim Rutschen kam. Die Animation, sowohl für Kinder, als auch für Erwachsene ist nur auf spanisch, sodass man oft nicht mitmachen kann. Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer. Einen Safe kann man im Hauptgebäude für 5€/Tag mieten. Wenn man etwas herausnehmen möchte, muss man sich JEDESMAL !!! an der Rezeption in die Schlange stellen, damit eine Mitarbeiterin den Raum entsperrt, selbstverständlich muss man sich dafür ordnungsgemäß kleiden, da es nicht erlaubt ist die Rezeption in Badekleidung zu betreten. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt nur mit Frühstück gebucht, es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche! Eine Mitarbeiterin hatte uns beim Check-in eine Zeit um 8:15 Uhr reserviert, ohne es mit uns abzusprechen und obwohl es Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr gibt. Da wir in den Ferien ganz gerne ausschlafen sind wir erst um 9:30 Uhr frühstücken gegangen. Um diese Zeit hat uns eine ca 15 Meter lange Warteschlange erwartet, da das „Restaurant“ voll war. Die Terasse blieb komplett ungenutzt, drinnen glich dafür der Geräuschpegel dem Ballermann.

We are just back from Alannia Salou. We were travelling with two kids. Both extremely happy, mainly because of the pool facilities in Alannia. Overall, we’re very satisfied. The properties were very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Great range of foods representing lots of different cuisines, so basically everyone could find something for themselves. What we really liked was the staff taking great care of cleanliness. Our room was cleaned daily, including change of towels. The animators were extremely talented so gave us a great time in the evenings. Overall, very happy. Thank you Alannia!

Room was ok, no bathroom - toilet and shower within the bedroom. Walls were thin and very noisy. Beds not very comfy. Was ok for 1 night but wouldn’t want to spend more time there. Parking is €20 per night which is not specified on Expedia, so worth noting.

Bel endroit, mais pas très propre c’est vraiment dommage. Poussières et odeurs de canalisation dans la chambre.

El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba el agua y desbordaba hacia la habitación. Tuvimos que contener el desbordamiento con toallas. Experiencia muy desagradable.

It was part of a package and we were looking forward to stay. However we left after 15 minutes. The receptionist started really badly. We have two small Children and you can’t park inside until you check in with documents etc etc. the car park is huge , I simply don’t understand why I had to leave my family in the Main Street? With a crying hungry baby. No welcome at all. No one helps you with luggage , doesn’t matter how far the apartment is. Once we actually found our designated apartment , it was clean but I genuinely do not understand what they have done with the toilet ? Your sink is next to your bed pillow and no screening between the two? The place is chaotic so if you look for relax , forget it. Next door apartment or upstairs apartment is basically all in the same surrounding. You can practically hear everything. This place is trying to be what clearly it isn’t. Thanks for the refund but I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

La estancia buena. La comida, aunque no mucha variedad, hemos comido muy bien la verdad y lo mejor, bebida gratis en las comidas! Las habitaciones pequeñas, la ducha y el baño no están separadas de la zona de dormir con lo cual hay poca intimidad. La queja es por la atención de un señor que habia en recepción cuando llegamos. Nos dieron la habitacion 2 horas de retraso. Veiamos pasar grupos grandes a sus habitaciones mientras la nuestra no estaba lista. Me quejé pero creo que ni lo miró y tuvimos que seguir esperando. Cerca de las 18 volví a reclamar la habitación y me atendió una chica muy maja que me dijo que era raro que no estuviera lista la habitación y lo miró y resultó que sí lo estaba. Pocas ganas de trabajar ese señor. Decir que nos obsequiaron con 3 vales de consumicion por las molestias. Mi hija se lo ha pasado bomba en la piscina.

Très étroit aucune intimité douche toilette et le ménage mal fais

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño y la ducha no tienen privacidad pues son puertas acristalada y poco serigrafía el lavamanos está en plena habitación nos lavamos los dientes donde podemos lavar las demás cosas ponía 2 camas y un sofá cama pues no ya que eran 4 camas pequeñas y claro muy poco espacio para moverse . Por lo demás todo bien.

Está genial si vas con niños ! (Por lo toboganes que hay). No me ha gustado mucho que no tengán un baño cerrado (tiras la cadena del wc por la noche y el que duerme se sobresalta del susto). La playa está a unos 10minutos a pie (yo si ceramente si tendría que ir todos los días con el niño y todos los accesorios que se suelen llevar, me daría algo - hay un poco de cuesta - niño 5 años hablamos). Nosotros estuvimos una noche y la verdad que para 1 o 2 noches está genial. La comida ok, sin mucha variedad pero correcta.

O quarto não tem uma configuração funcional. O banheiro não tem privacidade nenhuma. Sobre a estrutura do hotel, perfeito. Tudo lindo.

J'ai effectué ma réservation sur Expedia et en arrivant à l'hôtel j'ai eu encore a débourser 23€ pour ma fille de 16 ans alors que j'avais déjà payé Demi pension pour un adulte un enfant de 16 ans et un autre de 12 ans. Alors que sur la réservation c'était à partir de 17 ans donc mauvaise surprise

Estancia de tres noches en regimen de pension completa. El hotel, dividido en pequeños bungalows de 4 habitaciones ideal, todo muy moderno y las calles de desplazamiento hasta la habitación ideales, con mucha vegetación y muy bien cuidadas. Las piscinas de 10, el peque de 3 años se lo ha pasado bomba. La comida de bufett, abundante y variada pero sin pasarse en sabor. El servicio de camareros y cocina muy atentos y siempre todo en orden.

Nuestra tercera estancia en apenas un mes; siempre es un placer volver a ver a Bárbara y Ekaterina en recepción, ambas son un encanto. En la parte de bar, destacamos a Cristina, es majísima.

Eigentlich ganz gut, ausser: Beim Check in nach 10 Stunden Fahrt müde angekommen, wollte man uns kein Zimmer geben. Wir hatten wie immer über Hotels.com gebucht und das Alter des Kindes eingetragen, Das Hotel vor Ort aber wollte davon nichts wissen. Man sagte uns, dass unser 16 Jähriger als Erwachsener gilt und wir Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Sowohl fürs Zummer 40 Euro und fürs Frühstück nochmals 10 Euro. Ist uns nich nie passiert in all den Jahren, obwohl wir 3 Konder haben, von dwnen 2 mittlerweile über 18 sind. Abzocke, Achtung!!!

Hôtel très sympa petit appartement avec toute commodité. Calme, proche de tout commerce restaurant et parc port aventura

Chambres modernes, spacieuses et propres. Bonne situation de l'hôtel (centre de Salou à 15mn à pied) Piscine avec toboggans très agréable (mais musique sans intérêt et sans aucune variété incessante et souvent trop forte!) Salle de restaurant (ou réfectoire?) bruyante et repas sous forme de buffet pas vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles. Hôtel plutôt familial (principalement animations enfants et toboggans...) Néanmoins, rapport qualité prix intéressant ! NB : nous avions demandé une chambre au rez de chaussée mais on nous a précisé que les chambres allouées à Expedia ne sont que des chambres à l'étage...

Trop bruyant les chambres du bas reçoivent tt le bruit des habitants du haut impossible de se reposer sinon l’hôtel est bien , la nourriture n’est pas top pas très variée

Scène avec des spectacles tous les soirs Seuls bémols : piscine demandant à être mieux filtrée pour être plus claire et il est dommage que de nombreuses personnes viennent faire la queue le matin dès l’ouverture de la piscine pour réserver des transats avec leurs serviettes pour toute la journée, partant même entre-temps dans leur chambre… Cela laisse peu de transats pour les autres… comportement assez égoïste ! Personnel très sympathique et souriant (à part une personne au restaurant…). Restauration moyenne, bonne mais très répétitive et parfois peu de choix. Jus de fruits infâment comme souvent dans les hôtels espagnols. Vraiment un séjour très agréable et reposant !

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und würden sie nicht nochmal buchen. Die spanisch sprechenden Gäste hatten wahrscheinlich Spaß, für internationale Gäste gab es nichts auf englisch. Das Hotel wird wegen der vielen Rutschen an den Pools hauptsächlich von Familien besucht, so wie von uns auch. Für die Pool-Landschaft gibt es ein großes Lob, außer für die Bademeister, die absolut nicht aufpassen, sondern lieber Tag in ihr Handy starren, weswegen es zu Verletzten beim Rutschen kam. Die Animation, sowohl für Kinder, als auch für Erwachsene ist nur auf spanisch, sodass man oft nicht mitmachen kann. Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer. Einen Safe kann man im Hauptgebäude für 5€/Tag mieten. Wenn man etwas herausnehmen möchte, muss man sich JEDESMAL !!! an der Rezeption in die Schlange stellen, damit eine Mitarbeiterin den Raum entsperrt, selbstverständlich muss man sich dafür ordnungsgemäß kleiden, da es nicht erlaubt ist die Rezeption in Badekleidung zu betreten. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt nur mit Frühstück gebucht, es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche! Eine Mitarbeiterin hatte uns beim Check-in eine Zeit um 8:15 Uhr reserviert, ohne es mit uns abzusprechen und obwohl es Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr gibt. Da wir in den Ferien ganz gerne ausschlafen sind wir erst um 9:30 Uhr frühstücken gegangen. Um diese Zeit hat uns eine ca 15 Meter lange Warteschlange erwartet, da das „Restaurant“ voll war. Die Terasse blieb komplett ungenutzt, drinnen glich dafür der Geräuschpegel dem Ballermann.

We are just back from Alannia Salou. We were travelling with two kids. Both extremely happy, mainly because of the pool facilities in Alannia. Overall, we’re very satisfied. The properties were very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Great range of foods representing lots of different cuisines, so basically everyone could find something for themselves. What we really liked was the staff taking great care of cleanliness. Our room was cleaned daily, including change of towels. The animators were extremely talented so gave us a great time in the evenings. Overall, very happy. Thank you Alannia!

Está genial si vas con niños ! (Por lo toboganes que hay). No me ha gustado mucho que no tengán un baño cerrado (tiras la cadena del wc por la noche y el que duerme se sobresalta del susto). La playa está a unos 10minutos a pie (yo si ceramente si tendría que ir todos los días con el niño y todos los accesorios que se suelen llevar, me daría algo - hay un poco de cuesta - niño 5 años hablamos). Nosotros estuvimos una noche y la verdad que para 1 o 2 noches está genial. La comida ok, sin mucha variedad pero correcta.

Chambres modernes, spacieuses et propres. Bonne situation de l'hôtel (centre de Salou à 15mn à pied) Piscine avec toboggans très agréable (mais musique sans intérêt et sans aucune variété incessante et souvent trop forte!) Salle de restaurant (ou réfectoire?) bruyante et repas sous forme de buffet pas vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles. Hôtel plutôt familial (principalement animations enfants et toboggans...) Néanmoins, rapport qualité prix intéressant ! NB : nous avions demandé une chambre au rez de chaussée mais on nous a précisé que les chambres allouées à Expedia ne sont que des chambres à l'étage...
