I booked this hotel because they claimed there was a parking garage but when we arrived at 5 pm the garage was supposedly full so we had to pay to park on the street. There was very loud partying going on in the street until past 2:30 and then it started up again at 5:45 am with people chanting and yelling for another 45 minutes or more. The room was very nice but I can’t recommend this place to anyone other than a party animal.

L’hôtel ne dispose que de 15 places de parking… quelle galère pour trouver une place dans cette petite ville touristique. Superbe chambre spacieuse et très propre avec un joli balcon. Pas de double vitrage, dommage car les passants nous font profiter de leur bruit toute la nuit. Le personnel à l’accueil est agréable et très à l’écoute.

L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit dej cher pour la qualité moyenne des produits. Piscine plus petite que sur les photos. Parking payant 12e par nuit, et obligé de payer pour tout le séjour, dommage... car en mi saison il est possible de trouver dans la rue. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance : nous étions côté rue, juste en face d'un petit complexe de jeux vidéo, billard, hockey, et c'est très bruyant jusqu'à minuit. Et des gens trainent dans la rue jusqu'à 4h et ne respectent pas du tout le repos des autres + travaux des 8h30 le matin mais cette info je ne l'ai reçu qu'une fois ma réservation payée, ce n'est pas très fairplay.

Nice pleasant clean hotel in great location near restaurants and bars. Room cleaned daily with plenty of towels too. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Not enough sunloungers at pool to cater for guests and parking was a nightmare in Salou- it defeated having a hired car as you were afraid to drive anywhere for fear of not parking your car afterwards Overall we had a lovely relaxed break

L'hotel est top. Malheureusement, le parking est minuscule et en pente très abrupte. De plus, il est situé en ville et par conséquent, nous profitons de rois les bruits extérieurs....

Ahora hay obras y la habitación daba a la calle con esas obras, así que fue ruidosa. La piscina es muy pequeña. El desayuno caro, en un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que haber zumo natural. El parking caro también.

Fijne locatie! De kamer wordt dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en is heerlijk groot. Minder goed is de airco, niet sterk genoeg in de zomer waardoor het erg warm is in de kamer. Het ontbijt is echt waardeloos. Wij hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt maar gingen toch een keer naar het buffet, alles was op en bij vraag kreeg ik te horen dat het fruit bijvoorbeeld ook echt op was. Het a la carte restaurant is goed maar wat een slechte bediening! Het zwembad is ok. De parkeergarage ingang stijl maar prima, zou wel een lampje ophangen!

La habitación estaba bien, pero algunas toallas no es que estuvieran muy limpias, además, por la noche es muy ruidosa y apenas puedes dormirte. Las habitaciones no están nada insonorizadas, así que lo escuchas absolutamente todo. (Los turistas a las 5 de la mañana se ponen a gritar en la calle los que han salido de fiesta). El secador de pelo no tiene boquilla (para algunos será un problemón y para otros no). El primer día la comida estaba muy bien, pero de repente el día siguiente la comida estaba bastante regular, un poco depecionante. El desayuno es normalillo, no nos vayamos a poner exquisitos. Pero lo peor que tiene el hotel es el parking. Pocas plazas, una rampa de miedo (da gracias que no se te raye el coche) y oscuro. Por algo son 15€ el día… Cabe destacar que el personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza son amables.

I loved staying at this hotel. We had a reservation at a different hotel, but they left us hanging and Expedia helped us to switch hotels so we ended up staying at Hotel Salou beach. They knew what we went through and were extra helpful and accommodating, even though it wasn’t their fault at all! Very clear and good instructions to check in. There is a construction in the street around the hotel so it’s a little difficult to get there but if you call they’ll help you patiently. I would stay there again no doubts! :) Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool was pretty and clean. —- Me encanto quedarme en este hotel. Teníamos una reserva para otro lugar pero nos quedaron mal entonces Expedía nos consiguió una reservación en este hotel Salou beach. La persona que nos recibió sabía de lo que nos paso y fue muy amable y empatica, nos ayudó bastante aunque no tuvo nada que ver con la experiencia de donde veníamos. Las instrucciones del checkin fueron buenas y claras, a pesar de la hora. Hay una construcción en la calle en los alrededores del hotel pero si llamas al hotel ellos pacientemente te explican bien cómo llegar. Me volvería a quedar, sin duda!! El cuarto era limpio, cómodo y espacioso. La piscina bonita y limpia. :)

À notre arrivée le sol était pas nettoyé j'ai retrouvé aussi un cheveu sur l'oreiller qui n'était pas le mien et dans la salle de bain le nettoyage n'est pas fait à fond un peu déçu pour un 4 étoiles au prix de la nuit.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel par rapport aux notes, franchement aucun regret, excellent hôtel d'une propreté irréprochable vraiment joli simple, Mais vraiment vraiment propre personnel, très gentil je savais pas régler ma clim, ils sont venus tout de suite, j'ai demandé des serviettes, ils sont venus de suite en plus ils sont vraiment gentils, ils sont d'une rapidité incroyable, je recommande vraiment vraiment

Hôtel avec un environnement très bruyant! Difficile de s'endormir dans ces conditions. Manque un peu de propreté sous le lit, les rideaux tachés, la fenêtre rempli de calcaire et de traces... Buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni👍 Climatisation très appréciable

Su expedia risultava un aparthotel, quindi credevo avesse con la cucina in camera come da foto su expedia, presenti sul posto era un hotel con 4 stelle ma se ne merita 2 al massimo 3, vantaggi camera grande, bagno grande e posizione ottima in centro città, svantaggi : pulizia scarsa, altre strutture attorno che si affacciano nella camera, vetri non oscurati, vetri senza isolamento acustico, molto rumoroso, in camera mia si sentiva passare tutti gli scarichi dei piani superiori, muri sottili, cassaforte a pagamento, nella camera dei miei amici all'ultimo piano salivano gli odori degli scarichi, parcheggio striminzito che devi stare attento a non danneggiare l'auto, assenza di frigo in camera, nessun armadio chiuso ma solo un finto appendi abiti con qualche cassetto, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 3 persone per 5gg, nessun kit cortesia tipo bollitore con bicchieri.

Bon emplacement mais impossible de se reposer et de dormir car il y a un gros problème de manque d’isolation phonique. Beaucoup de bruits dans la chambre du fait des canalisations d’eau non isolées : bruits importants d’évacuation des eaux usées. Bruits des femmes de chambre tôt le matin, bruits nocturnes, grésillements dans la chambre, bruits extérieurs du fait d’un simple vitrage… Pas de tables de nuit ni de tablette de chaque côté du lit.
Bon emplacement mais impossible de se reposer et de dormir car il y a un gros problème de manque d’isolation phonique. Personnel très sympathique, les chambres sont spacieuses il manque néanmoins un frigo dans la chambre. Hôtel un peu bruyant surtout côté rue. Côté repas pas trop de choix…. Un peu décevant de ce côté là L’hôtel est bien placé proche des commodites

Alojamiento con ruidos elevados hasta las 6 y media de la mañana. Si tienen cerca discotecas tendrán que mejorar las ventanas. La habitación no dispone de nevera para poder beber agua o lo que sea frío a media noche. Además no dispone de armarios cerrados.

It is a very nice place to stay at. The location is somewhat complicated to park your vehicle and use public transport. Everything else was very good. The Buffet Breakfast is superb! The property is a bit tired and is showing its age. But everything works! Extremely comfy beds!!!

Fijne locatie! De kamer wordt dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en is heerlijk groot. Minder goed is de airco, niet sterk genoeg in de zomer waardoor het erg warm is in de kamer. Het ontbijt is echt waardeloos. Wij hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt maar gingen toch een keer naar het buffet, alles was op en bij vraag kreeg ik te horen dat het fruit bijvoorbeeld ook echt op was. Het a la carte restaurant is goed maar wat een slechte bediening! Het zwembad is ok. De parkeergarage ingang stijl maar prima, zou wel een lampje ophangen!

I loved staying at this hotel. We had a reservation at a different hotel, but they left us hanging and Expedia helped us to switch hotels so we ended up staying at Hotel Salou beach. They knew what we went through and were extra helpful and accommodating, even though it wasn’t their fault at all! Very clear and good instructions to check in. Hôtel proche de la plage (5min) avec tous les commerces et restaurants a proximité. Parking possible a l'hôtel (mais exigu). Personnel de l'hôtel serviable et sympa (surtout au resto). Le resto est correcte et assez varié. Piscine au top. Le ménage entre 2 nuits est sommaire. En revanche l'isolation phonique (les fenêtres) est catastrophique voire inexistante et gâche le séjour. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors (musique à fond dans les bars, et dans la rue et les gens qui hurlent chaque nuit jusqua 6h00 du matin...).

J'ai choisi cet hôtel par rapport aux notes, franchement aucun regret, excellent hôtel d'une propreté irréprochable vraiment joli simple, Mais vraiment vraiment propre personnel, très gentil je savais pas régler ma clim, ils sont venus tout de suite, j'ai demandé des serviettes, ils sont venus de suite en plus ils sont vraiment gentils, ils sont d'une rapidité incroyable, je recommande vraiment vraiment

Nice pleasant clean hotel in great location near restaurants and bars. Room cleaned daily with plenty of towels too. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Not enough sunloungers at pool to cater for guests and parking was a nightmare in Salou- it defeated having a hired car as you were afraid to drive anywhere for fear of not parking your car afterwards Overall we had a lovely relaxed break

L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit dej cher pour la qualité moyenne des produits. Piscine plus petite que sur les photos. Parking payant 12e par nuit, et obligé de payer pour tout le séjour, dommage... car en mi saison il est possible de trouver dans la rue. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance : nous étions côté rue, juste en face d'un petit complexe de jeux vidéo, billard, hockey, et c'est très bruyant jusqu'à minuit. Et des gens trainent dans la rue jusqu'à 4h et ne respectent pas du tout le repos des autres + travaux des 8h30 le matin mais cette info je ne l'ai reçu qu'une fois ma réservation payée, ce n'est pas très fairplay.

The roads were closed and we had to walk 3 blocks to get to our hotel with our luggage…..u had to pay for the safe which was ridiculous.. thank goodness there were Only 2 cars in the parking garage or we Would of never have gotten our car out So prob shouldn’t advertise parking or Should not charge to park ..the twins were Great service on the day and night service

Prima accommodatie,kleiner dan verwacht. Balkon wel mega groot. Top locatie. Kleine baai met strand. Schoon water ,geen stenen en wier. Alles op loopafstand. Openbaar vervoer naar attracties om de hoek. Erg aardig personeel,op 1 jongen na. Als je die gedag zei aan de balie zei ie niks terug. Elke dag schoonmaak als je dat wenst en schone handdoeken.Eten op zich prima..idd geen koelkast op kamer ,maar ook niet gemist. Op elke hoek zit een supermarkt met koel betaalbaar drinken.wij gaan volgend jaar weer terug naar deze accommodatie.

It was a very nice stay. Only for one night and due to the purpose of visiting PortAventura for two days (bus basically stops right infront of the hotel). It's a 4* hotel with swimming pool, very nice breakfast buffet, nice rooms (with balcony, safe, very comfortable bath/shower combi). All in all, good value for the asked price (outside of the main tourist season)

Estuvimos en media Pensión y la comida deja mucho que desear… lo mejor de todo, el personal del comedor, gente muy trabajadora y encantadora, siempre con una sonrisa… un 10 para los camareros.

Hotellet er fint placeret. ikke i centrum, men lige i udkanten af larmen. Poolområdet trænger til en opgradering, det samme er gældende for stolene. Der var dog altid plads ved poolen. Morgenmadsbuffeten er fin, men aftensmadsbuffeten er virkelig dårlig. vi havde betalt for 3 dage, men spiste der kun en dag. Dagligt kunne vi ikke komme ind i vores værelse, fordi personalet blev ved med at give nøglen en forkert udtjekningsdato. Man kan finde bedre, men bestemt også værre.

As a party of 6 ranging from 20-77 we all had a ball. Pool area clean, rooms clean and reception staff helpful and polite. Made to feel really comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing for the price! And walking distance to abgreat beach, a mini golf bar and plenty of restaurants. Hotel staff couldnt be more helpful!

The roads were closed and we had to walk 3 blocks to get to our hotel with our luggage…..u had to pay for the safe which was ridiculous.. thank goodness there were Only 2 cars in the parking garage or we Would of never have gotten our car out So prob shouldn’t advertise parking or Should not charge to park ..the twins were Great service on the day and night service
