Excellent

Large, modern, clean rooms. Great rooftop pool. Had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of options but most of the hot food was cold.

The room was super clean. Staff were very friendly. Loved it very much. Would love to return again.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, the biggest issue was the almost non-existent soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear everything happening next door, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also below the standard we expected. Although our room was cleaned daily, it was never vacuumed properly, and there was dust in several areas even after housekeeping had finished. The air conditioning/ventilation did not work properly either. It would suddenly stop during the night, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best. The fried eggs were always cold, the omelettes were cold, bland, and lacked flavor, and the baked beans tasted unpleasant. The swimming pool area is attractive and well designed, but it is simply too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. It quickly became overcrowded and messy. Many guests did not clean up after themselves, and there were groups of young people shouting and making a lot of noise. We even witnessed people smoking cannabis around the pool while children were present, which we found completely inappropriate. We considered complaining several times during our stay, but instead chose to spend most of our time exploring

The hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our clean and modern spacious room. However, we booked a queen bed and they placed us with two single beds. They were able to change our rooms but said they had limited availability. The restaurant was okay food and nothing spectacular. The part we were looking forward to the most was the pool with the rooftop view but it was filthy and milky looking. The drainage system was filled with trash. Did not use the pool with how filthy it was. Overall the stay was fine because the room was nice.
